The level of quickness and attentiveness from Patrick Hopkins has been awesome! Our residents love the coffee machines and Lavit machines. He makes sure they stay up and running and get our products to us in a impressive amount of time! If you’re looking for a great coffee/drink service I would highly recommend Patrick with CBM!!!

CBM replaced our old outdated vending machines with a trendy Micro Market. Our 300+ employees love all the variety and endless options. It is like having a mini grocery store in your break room. Thank you Patrick for professional service and always doing it with a smile!
We have used CBM for cleaning our medical facility and after numerous complaints about unsatisfactory work they did not improve. We decided to part ways. The last 2 cleans we requested that the actual sinks were cleaned, dust furniture and sweep (which was an ongoing problem throughout the contract) and the requests were ignored. We would not recommend this company.
CBM services is amazing, they fulfill all of my coffee needs. Alyssa is one of the best out there. She responds to every call/text within a timely matter. Try them out, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars!
Our company had a micro market put in our break room about 6 months ago. It has been so nice to have so many choices and to not have to leave on my already to short lunch break. We have a suggestion box of foods we would like to see and the guys who come out and stock it must be making sure our rep gets our notes because our request seem to always appear! Thank you CBM for making my lunch break enjoyable!
We love CBM services for everything. As a very busy salon, in the heart of Jacksonville Beach we offer different drinks to our clients. They love all the different flavored sparkling waters, teas and of course the coffee machine. Totally happy!
I contacted CBM to inquire about services being installed at my buisness. Alyssa was extremely professional and knowledgeable during our conversations. In addition, she was able to have the requested services installed within days. It is rare to get such quality in addition to quick service. I am overall very pleased with CBM and would give 10 stars if I could.
I worked with Alyssa to transfer from or current Vendor to CBM Services. She was very polite and confident that we were able to get not only much better snacks and beverage vending services but also add a much needed fresh food vending service for our employees. I recently received an e-mail that she had the beverage machines and the snack machines already available and it would only be a few additional weeks for the fresh food machines. NO problem for us. I also asked her if there was a way to provide some samples to our employees. We have about 100 employees who I would like to hand out some samples to on their 10 a.m. break. First the day was switched which is no problem, then I called on the day of to make sure everything was still good. She called me back stating she was waiting on their truck and it would not be until later. (We had this planned for a few weeks now). Having explained my intentions on handing out snack i was under the impression she would bring something so each employee could sample a bit of something. As it turns out the samples were still going to be frozen and it was going to be about 8 samples in total. Having felt bad that I already told our employees to come up for samples I asked her (understanding she could not do 100 samples in total) if I could perhaps purchase (out of my own pocket) maybe 30 or 40 samples. I was going to get them in, let them thaw out and split them so every employee could have a tasting. She said she would call me back with a price and let me know. Only 20 minutes later she called me back that they will not have the machines to service us. I asked how much loner it would take to get them in as we have already scheduled pick up of the machines from our current Vendor. She said basically they would never have them available and she was pulling out of the agreement. This is only one week prior to having the other machines picked up with a Holiday weekend in the middle of this week. Our employees work in a rather warm environment and need to be able to have cold drinks and available, It will be impossible to set up machines with a different provider within that short amount of time. Further, she stated she had an email about not having the machines prior to speaking to me the first time today. This all sounds extremely suspicious as she did not big up any of this during our first conversation. I was completely willing to overcome the sample issue in a matter that would work for CBM and us as a Company and suddenly the entire agreement derailed. This is very unprofessional and upsetting as this has the potential to cost us a lot of money or our employees in overcoming not having vending for who know how long. Our employees work very hard in a warm and hot environment and CBM completely left us hanging with no notice at all and I do not believe the reasoning about the availability of the machines is entirely honest. I have been trying to contact one of the owners and so far have been not successful either. If nothing else they should provide us with some sort of snack and beverage vending until we are able to secure a permanent company as they had already made a promise to us for providing services. I am not sure if legal actions can be taken, however I am looking into it. I have emails to back this all up as well.
We made the change to CBM Services about 4 months ago for our vending and coffee services. It has been a totally different experience from the company we had before. Alyssa(our sales rep) and CBM has been a great fit and much needed addition for our employees. We have to give yall 5 starts!
Our company switched to this vending company within hopes of receiving better vending service, and more communication.. However, this company lacked just that. When I met with our sales rep Alyssa, she sounded confident in being able to provide the services that we requested. Our company is very dissatisfied with the service that was provided. We were never given a $5 change bag when or if our employees encountered an issue when trying to get an item from the vending machine. We were never paid back for those items. Our company covered those dues for our employees because of the this company and their lack of communication. I would call multiple times, email, and was lucky if I got a response. It started off okay, but not even a month later realized we werent getting what was expected. A few months later, we decided to switch to a different vendor, so we gave our 30 day written notice. We were told that the machines would not be picked up until the 30 day mark. Their machines have been sitting in our break room for 39 days since our notice was given, as of today. (We signed an agreement with a 30 day written notice). The past couple of weeks I spoke with Alyssa back and fourth about coming to an agreement of when these machines would be getting picked up and she either told me today, tomorrow, the following day or just never responded. At last, they are finally being picked up. This has been a major set back for our company. We have had to move out our lunch tables from the break room to our office hallways to ensure we had a place for our employees to sit for lunch. This was a major inconvenience for us, and I have never been so frustrated dealing with a company before. During the making of this deal, this company was attentive, and responsive. Shortly after the machines were in our building, she stopped taking calls and ignored emails. I do not recommend this vending company, at all.
