Clean, fun, and likely one of the best kept secrets in Jacksonville to work out. They offer boxes classes that are tremendous for mental health support.

Huge and clean facility with all types of machines, free weights and olympic lifting stations. Theres an indoor 100m running lane. Theres group classes mixing lifting, circuit training, and boxing so you always leave with a sweat and a good workout.

Awesome facilities! I would highly recommend this place!
