I absolutely adore the little gym! Since my child has been there, he has learned so much and made so many friends! The instructors and manager are all so amazing and kind so I really can’t pinpoint any one specifically but I definitely recommend! The classes are set at a pretty reasonable price and I’m even having his birthday party there just because it’s so great! When I have more kids I will be taking them all here!
My 10 month old loves The Little Gym! We have been going here since right before she turned 9 months old. She was a little overwhelmed and shy at first, but now she loves it and is all over the place! She hangs from the bars and loves doing somersaults! We also love the staff members! They are all super friendly :)
This was our 2nd gymnastics class we tried in town and TLG was FAR SUPERIOR to the other! (for my 3 year old) They were so fun and energetic, really knew how to talk to kids and what to expect from a class of 3 year olds in a gym! They were great with direction and getting everyone’s attention and making my little feel comfortable being away from me for the first time while I was in the lobby watching. We will be back!
My son has been attending this location from ages 6 to 9, and we are still coming! He wanted to learn how to do flips... I wanted him to gain confidence: We both won! I was looking for a gym that focused more on building life skills than super-serious, competitive gymnastics. If that’s what you’re looking for - This is the place. The parent crowd is great. The current owners are a sweet, local family. The best part to me is that the gym is super open. You can see everything. There are so many times he looks back at me to make sure I saw something cool or for reassurance. I’d be sad to miss all those smiles and thumbs-ups.I love that they offer things like holiday parties, private play dates, and the previous owners did camps and parent’s night outs (hopefully when the new owners get on their feet, they’ll do them again!) The extra stuff is either included with your annual family membership or really reasonable fee.The monthly price for the actual classes is really fair and flexible. If you need to skip a class (or even a month if you’re traveling or something,) they’ll work with you. We go once a week in the evening after school and the class is all kids that are school-aged. He is usually one of the oldest kids, but that’s ok. He thinks the younger kids are funny and he likes being the responsible helper. Yes, you can find cheaper places around, but I know my son wouldn’t be happy in a traditional gymnastics environment. This mix of fun/education/gymnastics is exactly what we were looking for.Since the new owners took over, the whole staff is different vs pre-pandemic. TLG franchise must have great training, because the quality and consistency is the same. The lady that teaches his school-age group is energetic and personable. My son really likes her (wish I remembered her name.)And finally, speaking of the pandemic: This place is clean! I work in a similar field, and I can tell the owners and staff take proper disinfecting seriously. They follow all the tedious CDC Covid19 guidelines that would drive the normal business owner crazy.Would highly recommend!
My grandson LOVES attending classes at TLG. As soon as we get into the vicinity of the building, he gets excited and begins pointing and begging to go to class! Its to the point that if we are anywhere near the area of Target, he begins looking for the gym and asking to go it.Weve attending different classes on different days of the week for our convenience, which the gym is wonderful about being flexible to accommodate the families schedules and in most cases, the class to instructor size is fantastic. On occasion, it has seemed a bit overwhelming with the number of children in the gym at one time, to where my grandson was unable to actively participate in some of the stations because of the sheer number of students and lack of patience/attention span of a 1.5- 2 year old.
When I visited my grandchildren I attended a class one of them takes at the Little Gym. My grandson enjoyed the class and focused. The gym is extra clean and doesn’t smell. The Owners were there and they made me feel special and moved a chair up for me to watch.
The staff and owners are fantastic. The gym is always clean. My daughter loves coming to gymnastics here it’s all she talks about all week. They teach so much more then gymnastics. Colors, letters and shapes and much much more. I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else.
Wonderful place with great staff. Very clean and safe. We loved the class and playing on the mats. Great way to meet other babies and parents in the area.
This establishment is a wonderful place to bring your children. I am so glad I enrolled my children (ages 5 and 1) into the programs offered. My daughter is now hanging on counters in the home because of the skills shes learning at, The Little Gym. Meaning, she is getting stronger and much more focused on daily activities. My son is gaining confidence with the interaction of other 4/5 year olds in his class, and his speech has become more clear. Both kids are burned out by the time the class is over. WINNING!Its a fantastic place to meet other adults too. Strategically placed beside ducks donuts so you should enjoy some donuts after a gym session (tons of calories burned, I think).Great staff, VERY clean gym. Will they open up an adults class, too? :x
I started taking my 14 Month Old to the class on Saturdays and she loves it so much. Considering adding another class during the week so her dad can take her too. Its so fun and she gets great interaction with other toddlers and a new surrounding. Definitely recommend.
First group to host a party here...they arent even open and went all out to ensure everything was incredible. Engaged and energetic staff. Great to see a Little Gym in our neighborhood! Thank you!
I drove 35 minutes to a closed gym when the site/map hours say they are open.... extreemly over prised for 30minutes of undirected play.
