Let me first say I love pure barre and have been doing it for 4 years, this is the 3rd studio Ive been a part of - but this particular studios management is dishonest, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with for anything. I have the year membership, so I will complete a year, but will not be returning after that.Management makes you jump through hoops to put a pause on your membership. I threw out my back and they would not allow me a two week pause.... they said that I would need to wait till the next billing period for any pause because it would be a change in my membership which was like 30+ days away because I was just charged... they said to make ANY accommodation otherwise that Id need a doctors note. Give me a break, like Im going to the doctor for a mild back injury just to provide my parents at Pure Barre with a doctors note. At my old studio years ago, when I fell off my bike and needed to freeze for about two weeks while my wounds healed, they did it with NO problem. The instructors and staff at this location are GREAT, but the management is just plain shady. You are NOTHING but a dollar sign to management and for $169.00 a month.... youd expect better treatment. Also all the people I recommended to join had to fight tooth and nail to get their memberships canceled - how convenient that to cancel your membership in the 21st century YOU have to come INTO Pure Barre ONLY when the manager is there and ONLY during working hours - dont forget - they have a two hour lunch from 11AM - 1PM so good luck canceling it on your lunch. Oh did I mention that ANYONE who works there can sign you up for a membership though?? What a joke. I will not recommend anyone else to this studio.
Tried to cancel my membership few times and they still charging me. I overcharged $600 even though I requested cancellation and I only signed up for month to month plan so I can cancel at any time.
I have a consistently amazing workout! I love the instructors too. They are so kind, helpful, and challenging.
Since the first moment I walked in the door the team has been nothing but exceptional!! Positive friendly smiles, under the mask are always welcoming at the door. Classes always start on time and the teachers always make it a point to individualize the group class as much as possible!!
PB is amazing in every way possible. From the staff to the studio to the workout, it has all been a great experience. All the instructors in PB are very warm and welcoming, energetic and fun, knowledgeable about their craft and approachable. They strive to push you to your best limit and politely correct you to maintain good form. I appreciate their constant awareness of each individual student while continuously conducting the class. The studio was recently remodeled and it looks amazing. The space is big enough to hold so many people in one class yet it gives a person space to do the workout comfortably. Everything is nicely organized from the equipment to the merchandise, which makes getting things easily accessible. Lastly, PBs workouts are fun, challenging and obtainable. Its a reflection of ballet or dance, but even if you dont have a background in that you can still perform the moves, and you will never plateau because theres so much to focus and improve in such as strength, height and duration. You are building a high stamina during every class but it doesnt overexert you to not be able to do it again 5 or more times each week. PB is currently my life, and Im happy that Tapestry Park is my home studio.
Absolutely amazing. Rachel Brown- the main instructor is so awesome and encouraging. She pushes you to be the best that YOU can be which means working out at your own pace and doing what feels best for you.Had a conversation today with one of the clients and how they started recovering from a knee injury after doing pure barre. GREAT staff friendly & welcoming. Definitely would recommend!!
I have been doing PB for over 2 years now. It helped me strengthen my pelvic floor during pregnancy and has helped me get back in shape postpartum. I love this studio, the teachers work really hard to ensure the clients have the best experience. The best thing about PB Tapestry is that you have a community of other women there with the same goals. Everyone working hard and pushing each other.
This place is incredible! I hadn’t found a workout I could stick with until I discovered Pure Barre. I’ve seen great results, gained confidence, and met some wonderful women. It’s a wonderful and motivating community with a super knowledgeable team. Try it out! You won’t regret it!
Pure Barre has exceeded all expectations that I had when I first started. The PB community at Tapestry Park is incredible. Every one is so friendly and welcoming. I have seen so many changes in not only my body but my mood and energy. PB has been exactly what I’ve needed in my life and I’m so thankful I began my PB journey.
I dont have enough words to express my love for Pure Barre and all the teachers at Tapestry Park. I started at the studio 3/31, and Im already at nearly 80 classes! The physical and emotional changes are astounding. I first joined to help get me wedding ready, but beyond that I have felt improvement in a previous major knee injury (3 of the 4 main ligaments were torn, in addition to a fractured tibia), improved strength and flexibility, and most importantly a community that is unbelievably caring and supportive. If youre thinking of joining-do it. PB is completely inclusive, and modifications are available constantly-whether youve had an injury or surgery, are pregnant, or simply havent reached that level of ability there. Instead of being judged you will be praised for listening to your body, and celebrated for the accomplishments you make. Hope to see you at the barre :)
I have seen such an amazing transformation in my body in the few months I have been a member of Pure Barre Tapestry Park. My body is toning up nicely and Im feel so energized and strong! Class is tough but enjoyable and the teachers are all amazing. I am so glad I found this studio!
The classes were too fast paced for me. I had a c section recently and theres no way to modify some of the exercises they do here. I joined the YMCA and its been much better and way less expensive. The owner is also attention seeking. Shes constantly posting pictures of herself on social media. This is a not a business I want to support.
Pure Barre has changed my physique in a very short time. This is a great low-impact workout. This studio in particular has a warm, welcoming culture and all the teachers are so skilled and helpful. Love Pure Barre Tapestry Park!
While I signed up loving the environment and instructors in the beginning, my work schedule does not accommodate me being able to make classes for the last couple of months. I made two physical attempts two days in a row before my next 30 day billing cycle by stopping in the Tapestry park location to cancel my membership in person. A manager was not on site both times to complete the cancellation. Told the girl on the second attempt I would not be making a third attempt to stop by due to business travel leaving me out of the city for an extensive amount of time. The manager calls me later that day which I return her call. I asked for the cancellation paperwork to be emailed to me but was given the excuse that their system does not allow them to email the paperwork and that I have to physically stop by the location WHILE a manager was there. Ok, so you want me, a paying customer, to stop by your location when it’s convenient for your schedule instead of just cancelling the membership while you have me on the phone? Poor customer service on Pure Barre’s part and a great way to lose a customer who was hoping to get back into the Barre classes next year when my work schedule cleared up.
Rachel, the owner, is super friendly and encouraging!! The class I took was challenging but I left wanting to come back for another one!
Such an amazing studio with supportive staff! I can’t recommend anything better for a low impact and rewarding workout.
Love it!!!
