The facility need permanent male and female cleaners. It is impossible for 1 female to clean that entire gym. So many good cleaners have come and leave after 6 months. There have been many complaints about the female trying to clean the male restroom. The equipment also needs updated. Its make you wonder what is annual equipment fee been used for if we cant get new equipment. Just old equipment for other gyms. It would be nice if our bicycle had the TV monitor. You need to check out the front door with all the finger prints and smudges.

I love being able to go to the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I feel comfortable and the music is upbeat and makes me want to keep going. The only downfall is they need more janitorial services.

I absolutely love BAILEYS GYM! Almost a yr now n the quality of the gym n staff is second to none. Very clean with masculine tones n hues n almost every workout bench imaginable. Its easy to get into your groove. Everyone friendly n wipes down all the equipment after each use.

Love this gym! Plenty of parking even if you have a walk. Everything from the parking, to the shower stalls are handicap accessible. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Clean equipment. Huge variety of equipment.

Nice gym. Lots of quality equipment. I deducted a star bc I have no cell reception and the WiFi isn’t that good so you have to make sure you download your gym playlist prior to arriving, or you’ll be working out with no music.

Aesthetically pleasing inside n out! Masculine overtones n color patterns. Extra large ceiling fans n TVs properly placed. So many well maintained weight sets to choose from getting in shape is easier. They provide coaching. They have clean showers n saunas, smaller gym rooms for 1on1 training. Basketball court n smoothie bar at the one at DUNN AVE & LEM TURNER of Jacksonville FL.

The gym is 24hrs but they lock the big room at 8pm. Why cant it stay open. We pay for full access but thats not considered full access. We have schedules that may not allow us to get a spin class in during the day and we should still have access to them whether an instructor is there or not.

Great Gym to accomplish your personal fitness goals and there is always someone willing to help you out with advice or even if you need a partner.

What the point of paying for the children play area if its not available. Everytime I go up there its close. 10 to 12 close. 4 to 8 close. Can I get a refund everytime its not available.

I took my kids there to check out the gym and the staff say we couldnt enter because the kids needed a guardian. I told the staff that iam the guardian, they proceed to say that I needed to provide a birth certificate to proof it. I just left wont come back

Great gym! I specifically love the training room with the punching bags. My only gripe with THIS location is that the entire floor is turf(im guessing thats what that is) and it feels weird doing boxing drills in that surface. It would be awesome if that replaced that material in the boxing area.

Very clean, lots of equipment. Friendly staff. I’d like different squat racks and a different hack squat but they have the essentials and everything’s in great condition. The childcare workers are very sweet with my baby. I must say, I enjoy going!!

Baileys used to be my go to gym from 2012 until March 2020. Used to be a great gym! The north side location went through a remodel and was very nice in the beginning but progressively got worse over a few months with machines constantly breaking down and not getting the maintenance and repairs from management there as well as being littered with paper trash everywhere particularly the men’s room. Customer service is horrible no greetings when I enter or exit the facility which is very unwelcoming to treat your customers! I have joined a much better, friendlier, cleaner and better maintained gym for a lot less cost and so glad I did! I do not recommend Baileys Health and Fitness to anyone!Just received an update from a current member that the Northside location is a lot worse condition wise with absolutely filthy conditions and no cleanliness taking place. It shouldn’t be allowed to receive a 1 star minimum rating, let alone remain in operation!Management there needs to be fired or this facility needs to be permanently shut down! This is totally unacceptable to be allowed to have a public fitness facility that was recently renovated several years ago to let it go to hell and allowed to continue operation to the public, especially during COVID. Stay away, there are many more cleanlier clubs to choose from.

No major issues for me. I love Bailey’s, friendly staff, great location for me. I will continue my membership there for the long haul

I love this gym and all of the locations, classes, and activities they sponsor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Childcare is offered at most of the locations. The equipment is modern and well maintained. The extras they offer really make the difference. There are a variety of classes available to suit everyone.

I downloaded the 5 days of free trial to see if I like it before signing. They did not want to let me use it because my drivers license doesnt have a local address. Mind you Im military just moved here looking for a gym. He was pressuring to sign up and would even let me tour the gym before signing up. Hope management get a hold of the front desk. I moved 10 minutes from the gym, wouldve sign up but poor hustling customer service ran me away.

Kids room age goes up to 12, to be in the gym the age is 15 and up. So don’t come here with a 13-14 year old or the rude staff will send you away cause apparently 13-14 year olds aren’t allowed in the gym at all not even on the basketball court. If you want to deal with rude staff go to this gym. Otherwise there are plenty of other gyms around that have good staff and non-ridiculous rules. Wouldn’t recommend this gym.

Horrible experience at this location. Logan, and staff were very unknowledgeable of the membership options. The staff were very disconnected and seemed like they were very unhappy to be there. Logan could not answer my questions nor did he try to research or contact a supervisor for more assistance. I also called corporate and they have yet to return my call. I am very disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and spend the money elsewhere. At the surface Baileys seems good until you have to talk to anyone in customer service especially on the phone. even at the locations I have gotten snotty responses from the staff even asking for basic stuff or i will get ignored completely, and I go to multiple different locations depending on who Im hanging out with that day and have the exact same problems. I just dont feel like they actually care about their customers at all.

Great neighborhood gym. new treadmills and equipment. Hard to find, you have to go around the back by Publix, but worth it.

This location has much less equipment that is not as well maintained as the other locations. They only offer cycling. Its disappointing to pay the same amount as the other locations when this one is clearly not as well cared for. Once my membership is up I will not be returning.

The best gym in south GA and north east FL

Be really careful before signing up. I signed up for 2 years contract, but I had to move out of state after 1 year. I paid $50 penalty, 2 months gym fees, and $50 maintenance fee. You also need to send them proof of new address which I sent twice, but they think it is not sufficient. Now, they sent me another bill($169) because of it, and the email is threatening. I mentioned to Hailey Chronister, who seemed to be in charge, that I dont get any paper bills right now because I am sleeping on my friends or relatives couch.This gym will cost you more than what they tell you. Also things get stolen like a car key. Just be really careful.

Canceled my membership 13 days after signing up (even though is says all over their building 20 dollars a month with no membership required.) these employees are paid on commission- so a lot of them tend to be dishonest. Ive heard numerous military guys say they have left on orders and they get back even after notifying this business that they are deployed they end up getting send to collections for over 500 dollars. This company does this so they can take advantage of you and sell your debt off to collectors for pennies on the dollar and receive massive tax write offs. After cancelation, this company sent me a bill for over 700 dollars. I canceled months prior to this, and was living in a different state. I sent numerous electric bills and pay stubs, saying I lived over 1500 miles away just a month after signing up, and somehow Im responsible for this insane amount of money after utilizing this gym for 10 days. These people are scammers-- a quick search on the BBB website will reveal that.

This Gym Opened And was clean, looked great after 7 months of being open, Machines begin to break down and company refuses to fix items . No one can give a solid answer . Management will not return calls, and most machines that are broke impact seniors and individuals needing special accommodations .
