So after a few estimates in the past and comparing to what Action gutters can offer it was a quick decision to make. Scheduling for install was simple and Austin keeps you updated from start to finish either by a phone call or text. On install day, Austin arrived with Joel and Mike (installers) and was greeted by all 3 with a handshake and off they go to ensure your project gets completed to your highest expectation. After about 7 hours of working in the 95 degree temperatures the job was complete. These guys not once complained about how hot it was.Overall, they exceeded my expectations with a quality product, great craftsmanship/workmanship, and great warranty. I called Action Premier Gutters for a quote for gutters on my private residence. Austin contacted me the very next day. He was very polite and professional. I called about 2 weeks ago to get an appointment concerning my yard drainage. Was told technican Clinton would arrive at 10am on 2 Sept. It’s after 10, I got no person and no phone call. When i call their number back, there is an answering service that seems to be unorganized and lost! Is this a real company? Do they actually provide the services you advertise?? Unexceptionable!!!

From start to finish the process was easy. I had gutters and guards installed all around my home. It was a relief that Austin was not pushy when giving the estimate and he was super quick while still addressing any questions (unlike other companies I received quotes from). Then instead of me having to drive all over Jacksonville to pay in advance they allowed me to pay the morning they come to do the work. since it was at my hanger An hr away from my house. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Premier gutters. We worked with Austin and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. From the initial quote, to the work, to checking in to make sure we were happy at completion of the project. Would highly recommend.

We hired them for gutter installation and it went fast and smooth and felt the price was reasonable. However the 3 star rating is because I’ve been trying to reach them to ask for some assistance on solutions with our gutters for extensions or if we need a French drain and never received a response. I have left a few voicemails and never received a return call. We’ve had to go to another gutter company for assistance with the issue we were having. Seems like a great company but would recommend returning customer calls.

Action Premier came to the rescue. I made several calls to find a company who was willing to do small jobs. All I needed was a down spout. Action Seamless installed gutters at my parents house and they did an outstanding job. Communications was excellent along with workmanship. There was no evidence left onsite after they completed the job. The invoicing is done online so it made it supper easy. Well done to company. Action did a great job addressing my concerns after my lot (thankfully not the house itself) flooded during Hurricane Irma. My yard always became a mushy, squishy mess every time it rained, but now that I’ve got French drains all over the place, and my gutter downspouts sunk underground and run to swales on both sides of my house, it doesn’t get as squishy, and it dries out way faster. They even put in a pump in my back yard to help shoot the water up to the storm ditch in the front. I don’t even have to think about it, it just kicks on when the water level gets high enough and away it goes!There was only one downside: the work they did in the front is obvious because my front yard is St Augustine grass and grass seed doesn’t exist for that kind of grass, so while the seed they did put down has grown beautifully (too well, it grows faster than the rest of my lawn!), it doesn’t actually match, but I’m hoping it will all blend together eventually.Overall, I’m really pleased, and while we haven’t had any really big downpours yet, I know all of this work will have made a huge difference. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any question or issue, they are so nice, so professional, and so easy to work with.
