First time I have used Jax Elite but it will not be the last. I normally wash my exterior windows a few times a year but I have just been to busy to spend half a day doing it. Called them and got a quote for about 30 windows. Pricing was very good. I was not home when the work was done but I can tell you I am very happy with the result. This is the second time I have used this service and I will use them again and again. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. They are professional and highly qualified. My forty year old home is two stories and has a very steep roof. After pressure washing, my stone chimney looks new. My windows, especially the highest ones, were dim with paint overspray. Now they sparkle. Outstanding job!

I NEVER write bad reviews, EVER. But I feel compelled to tell my experience. Called at the recommendation of a friend (who had a great experience). Got a phone quote (pressure washing... They use Google Earth to look at your driveway, but mine its covered with trees, so I described the driveway the best of my ability). Was told a range of $150-250. When the guy shows up, he says this is a $400 job, but I can do it for $325. I was upset, but needed this done this week, so I agreed. I had to leave prior to the job being completed to pick up my kids. The gentleman says its fine and there may be a small area in the back that he couldnt get but dont worry as soon as it rains it will be fine I come home and theres a HUGE mud pit in the middle of the driveway!!!! Way worse than it was before. I had to get out there and spend hours fixing his mess!!!

My first experience using Jax Elite Home Services was a few weeks ago. On the date of their scheduled service, I left for work in the morning with my driveway looking the same boring gray color it has always been. When I returned home from work that evening, I thought someone had completely repaved my driveway and my walkways They are now a beautiful clean cream color! I hired Jax Elite to clean my roof which is pitched to steep for me to get up there. Their response to my request was immediate through Thumbtack. They scheduled the job within a few days. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. I was a little worried that the quality would suffer because they were less expensive then other quotes I got but I have to say they did an excellent job. The guys did an awesome job and checked with me to make sure I was happy before they left. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.

I had two small condo porches that needed cleaning. It was well worth it to me to have a professional do it. I will probably do it annually. The compressor is expensive to buy, takes up storage space and the set up in the summer heat is more than someone my age is up for. It was totally worth it for me. Very nice gentlemen to work with.

These folks thoroughly cleaned 12 screens, 12 windows, a french door, and 2 glass weather doors inside and outdoors in an hour. They even removed some Thompson water seal stains on the outside glass of the windows. All this for a very reasonable price. I had to remind them about the 2 weather doors and french door because they were shorting themselves and they deserved to be fairly compensated for their quality work. Will use them again.

The crew came in and worked their tails off cleaning our property. Were a 434 unit condo/townhome community and everyone has been raving about the work they did. I was most impressed at their attention to detail, in that if a vehicle was splashed by the dirt they would give it a quick hit with water to clean it off. The concrete went from night to day. Highly recommend.
