Okay they pick up for my business weekly on time every other week, leave site clean every time like the promptness and order that is maintained!!

I originally left a one stay review because I was upset, and told by someone on the phone I couldn’t have my money back from trash not taken. A nice woman Megan fixed that situation and made it right! She was a saint to me on the phone and corrected the issue.

I can count on them to leave a bunch of loose trash in my yard, not pickup all of the trash, not send my bill as requested and for the drivers to be garbage.

If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. They skipped picking up our trash at least twice a month even though theyd get our neighbors.We had to get two bins because of how inconsistent they are! Weve dealt with them long enough! So today, we finally canceled our service with them, after hiring 910 Sanitations, and they were so incredibly rude and unprofessional. We are happy to pay the last months payment, but are pretty ticked that we have to pay them to pick up their bins. The 1.5 rating and all the comments really dont surprise me with how they operate. I wouldnt recommend hiring this company! So glad to be finished with WM.

Was charged twice in one month when i first started service. I was given some excuse. Ok fine.... then i was charged again twice in one month because of their faulty auto payment system. I called. Wasn’t refunded, I was credited and told to cancel auto pay if I wanted to pay my bill early okay fine..... well now this month I have admin charges and it would be $113 to cancel this only trash can only service. Poor quality. Poor customer service. They only care about $$$. Avoid using this service.

Very unprofessional workers, overcharging as soon as they bought out all the competitive companies in the area, one week they knocked my can over when trying use the lift to dump it and they were seen by wife and neighbor do it and after standing there for about 30 seconds deciding if they were gonna clean up the mess they drove away leaving all my trash in my ditch in front of my house. When I called to complain I was told i would recieve a callback from higher ups and never heard back.

I ordered this service on 4/26/20 and I was told my monthly fee would be $26.97 per month. 5/2/20 they tried to take an automatic payment! I thought that my service was from the 27th to the 27th like MOST companies do.I received 2 separate emails shortly after that saying my invoice was due. WHAT? Theyve picked my trash up twice and now want paid again? I also noticed the amount due was almost $34 instead of $27. I paid my $26.97 that I was quoted and went on. The next day I decided to call them because even after paying my bill, I still owed $10.33! I called the company to find out what was happening and I was told that my service started at the end of the billing cycle and the difference in price was a prorated amount. This news came after I asked for a supervisor because the employee told me that he could cancel my account if thats what I wanted but looking at his chart I live in a nonrefundable area! Thats when I immediately asked for the supervisor! NONREFUNDABLE AREA?? What decides if you live in this forbidden area? What idiot came up with that lawsuit waiting to happen?? Also, since I opted out of the automatic payment system I HAD to pay quarterly instead of monthly. If I wanted to keep paying monthly it would cost me $6.50 MORE per month! If I paid the $10.33 balance, my account would be zero and I would be paid up to July. But if I still wanted monthly billing I would have to pay the $6.50. I cancelled and before the NONREFUNDABLE FEE could be mentioned I told her to look for a LAWSUIT because I just paid yesterday and I dont owe them anything and its illegal to keep money for a service that you never received! I got my money back! Rays garbage was awesome, since this experience, Ive been searching for a new company but apparently one company bought out all of the little guys! I havent read one good review yet for any other trash services. I wished I would have read these reviews before I signed up!

This is literally the worst trash company I’ve ever had. DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT. They miss my pick up day at least once a month. They are careless and leave trash that they’ve dropped in my yard. They are very rude over the phone. And they are $30 a month. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I will be dropping them. Waste management is garbage. Ironic.

The other reviews speak for themselves. Waste Management does not provide recycling in Sneads Ferry, charges $75 to pick up and drop off bins and is $87 every three months. East Coast Consolidated offers trash and recycling with no pick up or drop off fees for about 30% less cost to the consumer. Their agent was also much more professional and customer service oriented on the phone than WM’s. I’m not sure why anybody would use Waste Management in this area if they have a choice.

They’ve charged me close to $100 this month alone. 3 different charges this month. And I don’t understand why. I’m currently out of my residence getting married cause my husband just got home. And the order I have set for my house is a $27 a month payment. With my bank statement I’m printing out now and about to turn in over the past 2 months they owe me nearly $120 back

My bill was paid in full because it is automatically set up and they still dont come and pick up my trash. Looking for someone else.Edit: My automatic payment fully set up and everything they didnt take any money out and then they started charging me late fees they tried to blindly rob me. One lady told me it was 86 bucks and another lady told me I owe $356, I told them if they are going to charge me for it I was going to come down and pay it in pennies. The lady dismissed the bill.

Will leave your trash on the side of the road even when they pick up some stuff, when you call them they fail to tell you that them coming back out is “optional”, failed several times to actually pick up my trash (picture evidence that they take everytime happens to be someone else’s house), charge you money to cancel their service, are pretty rude and not very lenient. They will come out extremely late (if at all sometimes). I highly advise against anyone using this trash service unless you just like paying money for bad customer service (or no service, ha). They should change their name to “We charge you to not pick up your trash and thats your fault”. This Trash Company is pretty Trash. I could go on.

This is the 3rd time since the company has taken over in which our garbage has been left on the curb at the time it needs to be and is left filled on the curb. Highly dissatisfied with the professionalism and customer satisfactory with Waste Management

Overly pricey and doesnt offer recycling in my area. Will pick up trash on time most weeks but love to hit you with random fees. I was told by a customer service rep that I would be charged $75 for a can pick up fee to end my service with them. Which is ridiculous in the first place since they dont allow you the option to take your can yourself. Then they added more onto the bill making it $116. Even though I was told by a rep it would cost $75 was the only balance I would have to pay. Would highly recommend not going through them.

Waste Management lies...they lie on pick up and they lie on reasons they dont pick up. The review that David left is true...$75 dollar trash bin retrieval fee when you cancel. I even wrote an email to wmcares but received no response. WM does not have a local office that you can voice your concerns to. The local number you see on the web connects to an out of state office, either Atlanta or Phoenix. I have canceled my service with them and suggest highly to those looking for trash service, go with someone else who is local.

I just called today to inquire about their residential prices because I DESPISE waste industries! The call center lady was rude, uninformed, uneducated and never did give me a price. Now I despise waste management too.The one star doesn’t even count. I couldn’t post without it.

When i started with them it took threebweeks before the ever picked up my trash the first time. I was never compensated for the lack of service I continied service for 2 more months and was luck of they picked up my trash every two weeks. I canceled my service with them months ago I left thier can near the road for two weeks and they never caim to reclaim it. They are still trying to charge me service i never got and continue to and 11 dollars a month as late charges. They are a terrible unreliable company.

Constantly leaving trash and broken glass on my driveway. And was charged 5$ for paying online. I called to get a new can because our kid is broken and told it would cost me 10$ to replace the can. Worst company ever.

Horrible service! Do not go with waste management in Jacksonville! I live less than a mile from them and still had a problem picking up my trash. Always changing the pick up days and not informing you until you call. Never sending a bill because you pay every 3months and when I got a bill that reminded me to pay it. I wouldnt know it was past due until I got the past due bill.

Had WM for 12 days never once received my trash can even after 3 phone calls. Then they tried to re-bill and hike the price up after the agreed upon price. Needless to say I called them today and demanded a full refund and canceled my service. Went with M&W hauling and they had a trash can out to my house in under 12 hours. Plus they do recycling and are cheaper.

Very convenient trash drop off and great service.

Call local office for curbside pickup prices and they dont know it was like I called a call center not even local office and he had no idea he had to go to website and look it up but after 15 mins I was done, ALL of the other places I spoke to instantly knew the price for curbside pickup, so I hung up dont want to be a customer of thiers

More expensive than other services in the area, picked up my trash container earlier than the scheduled end of service, and charged more money to collect the container than was quoted.

Was told we would get a can delivered in five days but took them three weeks to actually deliver it. When i finally received a can it was filthy inside

Through trash bag out of my trash can and threw trash all over the ground in front of my house whos going to clean it up do I need to get a lawyer and sue you guys

This is dumb we paid our bill before going on vacation and the whole 3weeks we were gone they never picked up our garbage, also they said it would be 60$ every 3 months but they add 20$ worth of taxes to where we almost pay $100.
