They are a shipping partner for Weber grills. My order remained in a transit status for over 2 weeks for a domestic shipment. They dont answer their phones so contact is impossible. I got tired of waiting and cancelled my order by disputing the charge to my credit card after multiple contacts to the originator. SEKO is obviously out of their league and has no business in the shipping business.
Bad Company in Jacksonville FL / International Expedite Service LLC. Beware of this company. Stay away potential customers. Rob you blind. I believe thats the reach Seko sent then a determination letter. Writing on the wall. Drug environment from the office to the office / Owner..... Sean.
Had a horrible experience working with this shipping company. Horrible communication and service. Ordered furniture off the Military Exchange and they contracted this company for delivery. It took over three weeks to be able to coordinate delivery (they never called me, I had to continuously call them and kept getting told my after hours approval was pending). They also kept telling me to talk to the Exchange... which in turn would tell me to talk to the shipping company. They did not give the option to have the furniture delivered without having someone home from 10am to 2pm M-F, which requires taking a day off work.... unless you pay extra (Wal-Mart or Target just drop it off at your door..not sure why thats not an option). Delivery men were unprofessional and showed up with only a ten min notice vice the advertised 30 minutes and 20 minutes outside the window I was given, which conflicted with other work I was having done that day. They showed up in an enterprise rent a truck and they didnt know how to put the furniture together. They didnt bother to look for the instructions before assembling. They damaged the furniture in the process of trying to put it together and couldnt figure out what they did wrong and talked about using glue or drilling new holes. I eventually asked them to stop assembly, and that my husband and I would figure out what the issue was because I was worried theyd damage the furniture further. I now have touch up work to do due to the damage, but its not so horrible that I was going to have them take it back and start the whole ordeal over again.
No customer service. I requested a phone call or email to confirm a delivery was made due tothe fact I was not going to be home the day of the delivery. No confirmation of delivery and when I inquired the next day if the delivery took place, CSR just stated abruptly the delivery happened. If I told you I was out of town and was requesting a confirmation of delivery and you agreed, then why have an attitude afterwards. Sigh!
