Wish we had used this service years ago instead of USPS to send my wife’s packages to the Philippines, would have saved lots of money and aggravation, yes it takes a couple of months to get there because it is on a cargo ship, you fill the jumbo box to the top close it an send it for less than $100. We are sending much more to her family for a fraction of the cost.

I just got off the phone with the rudest Filipino woman I have ever spoke to. She is customer service for the company but did not want to answer any questions I had. Your job is answering the phone to give people information about your products and company. Either get another job if you can not do this or go back to your country for a month an learn some manners. IF you speak rudely to someone in the Philippines, they will slap your face. You have gotten spoil in this country.

Umac is the best forwarder...i received my 2 boxes last yesr with no any damage or tear, my box is intact and and good shape..now i have 4 boxes for UMAC to send for my family. Thank you UMAC for being a trustworthy company...

My box was received by Rod here in Jacksonville on 11/18/16 and I still cant track the status of my box. Everytime I enter the invoice number provided/or the EFL number, I get an answer cant locate box. I was told by their representative that it would be a week to see the status. But its now 11/28/16 and I still get no result. I was told that it was going to be shipped out on 11/21/16.

Extremely rude staff, they don’t pay attention to every details for example my boxes has numbers yet still been sent separately. I sent 6 boxes and one of my boxes was sent separately ( late) and their excuse was the shipment was already full. Duh...You left message but they don’t call you back
