When you spend nearly $1000 on a product, you expect it to be delivered as promised. There is NO EXCUSE Why Pilots lack of communication with the customer, should create an inconvenience for me, as a customer!! I would cancel this order SO FAST if i Could, but i CANT!!! Im STUCK With having to WAIT Nearly a MONTH for My 1 Item from Walmart to be Delivered!! So, I guess well FINALLY See Tomorrow, if Ill finally get my Delivery!?!
I had an appointment scheduled for over a week. They never showed. I called and they said it was delayed and not coming that day. I paid $100 for shipping & wasted a whole day waiting for nothing! They could have at least called me that morning to let me know it was delayed.

Theres nothing more aggravating than sitting around hours waiting for something thats not coming! Second time Ive used them and both times they were days late with no updates!! Id recommend not using this company if you need it by a certain date!!! I would give no 0 stars if it was an option
I just used Pilot Freight Services to deliver a big screen tv from a third party. Their on-line tracking system was excellent. Their customer service was excellent in responding to a couple of questions I asked by phone. The delivery team was on-time, professional and helpful. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

The absolute worst. They can’t seem to understand what a delivery date / commitment is. They rechecked the delivery 3 times, the on the third time had the audacity to call me 20 minutes before delivery and said the could wait ANY minutes for me to get home. I refused delivery right then and there. Yet they REFUSED to acknowledge it for one week. Needles to say the held my money hostage for over a week while they worked through they worst system ever. NEVER. EVER. Di businesses with this TERRIBLE Organization. Never ever do business with a company that picks this “logistics” company. They don’t understand what consumers expect in 2019 which is simply to just deliver the package on time, as described, without any excuses for why they can’t.
Walmart used them to ship my patio furniture which arrived crushed, completely destroyed, customer service is a joke, very rude, took them almost two weeks to come back and pick up the furniture. They never knocked or came to my door, and they left the pickup reciept stuck to the wet windshield of my truck. Extremely unproffesional.
Their customer service is awful. A seller I purchased an item from shipped through them. I have never heard of them before. I went to their website to track my package the day it was supposed to be delivered, to find I need to receive a phone call from them just to receive my package. I never received a call, and contacted them via an 800 number. I told them Im not familiar with them and didnt realize I would have to arrange for them to deliver to my house, as if this is a pizza order. I was transferred to the manager (or whatever he was) and he told me I couldnt receive my order until Monday, that they cant deliver to residence unless they know someone is home to accept it, or they would never get packages off their trucks. Seems to me UPS AND FedEx do just fine, since I receive deliveries from both companies every week. The manager was rude, didnt understand what I meant when I called them a shipping service, and when I said Ive never heard of them or have used their services and was oblivious to the fact this is how they work, his response was basically oh well.
Walmart shipped an item via Pilot. I was not aware that I need to call and schedule an appointment. Lost 2 days at that time. When I checked for the slot, I could get it after 8 days and got confirmation email. I was at home and waiting for the item. They did not deliver on that day. When I called, customer service team said, it was not printed in their list and they are not sure how system behaves when someone schedule an appointment. Again had to wait for the next slot.
This company works as the freight company for Amazon, it is sad the level of customer service, deliverer people are unprofessional at best! Dispatcher is no better - poor resolution to issues - Amazon should cut ties and run far away from this company before it becomes their downfall.
