It is very easy to become overwhelmed with debt. Mr. Higginbotham took the time to review all of our options regarding filing bankruptcy. He was always responsive to emails and his staff was very nice. We were not behind on our bills, we were living paycheck to paycheck. I highly recommend meeting with him to others contemplating debt resolution as an option, because that is what we did first. Unfortunately with debt resolution, you are forced to become late on your bills for their system to work and what they dont tell you is that they cannot always get a resolution. A few small things slipped through the cracks in the process, but after talking to my representative, everything was fixed relatively quickly.

I chose this law firm, due to being available during the covid-19 pandemic. All other firms, were taken calls from there homes; and I needed to file chap#7 fast due to being sued by a collection agency, IRS tax issues and overwhelming debt. They are a family run firm and completed the process of filing for me in a very timely and professional manner; The other law firms I contacted wanted me to do most of the work through their portal on-line. It was not user friendly and added more work for the client.
