The service from Dan McKillop started out well enough. But every two months I wrote an email to ask if there are any updates on my case, I receive a 2 sentence reply followed by a bill for $29. More than 1 year later my case is over, McKillop received my cash settlement and he stopped returning my messages, but still continue to send me bills without explanation. Sadly I now need to contact the ACAP for help with this firm.
