Travis was an amazing fishing God, he was very knowledgeable, put us directly in contact with our dream fish!!!!! The price is well worth the experience & views!! I cant say enough about how amazing this trip was!!! & thats coming from an experienced fisherman, my family and I had a blast.

Travis is a incredible Captain. Hes been fishing in the Jax area his entire life and it shows. Very hard working and dedicated. If there are fish, hell put you on them. Cant recommend more.

Three of my old geezer buddies booked a outing with Travis Wilson mid July. The ocean was not geezer friendly so we took off looking for Red’s. Took a bit to find them but Travis came through in spades!! The box had 7 reds and a flounder in it when we hit the dock. NOTE: two over slot went back so if your scoring that was the limit! Everything was top notch and very professional. You can’t go wrong with Capitian Travis. We’re coming back!!!

Last year, my family and I took river city charters out on a journey to release my fathers ashes in the ocean. I’m so grateful this experience was super special for us. Austin was so sweet and took great care of everyone on board including my 11 y/o. Thank you!

Can not say enough about our trip with River City and Captain Travis Wilson!Took my son Cole out for a day of Kingfishing!Started along the beach where Travis caught 5-6 dozen pogies with his cast nest. My son, Cole, enjoyed and helped assist loading the live well.No hits near the beach so Travis took us about 7 miles offshore. Nothing their either. But we were still having an amazing day! Travis was very engaging and he and my son hit it off from the start.Off to our 3rd spot where Cole pulled in a nice sized Cuda of about 18lbs.To the last spot - where the action happened!We pulled in two nice kings - an Amberjack and a huge red snapper!Amazing day - amazing Captain! River City is top shelf and Travis a true pro!Fish tacos for dinner!

Had the trip of a lifetime with Captain Travis. It was refreshing to see a charter captain and business that is as passionate about fishing as we are. It was a joy from start to finish and our happiness and experience was always the top priority. I have been on many charters inshore and offshore and this far exceeded my expectations. They have earned a customer for life.

Fantastic day of fishing with River City Charters! Austin is a great captain. It is immediately obvious that he is an experienced angler who is incredibly knowledgeable of all things fishing. Austin is intimately familiar with the water and wildlife in northeast Florida. We enjoyed conversing with him during our trip and he was patient with my eleven year old daughter who learned a lot while we were on the boat. The best part of the day was watching her catch an inshore slam at a spot Austin put us on. Highly recommend and will hire him again!

Sent my son and two of his friends (all 12 years old) out with River City Charters. Best “BOY Day” ever catching all different kinds of species. Definitely booking again this summer! Austin, the Charter Captain, makes you feel comfortable sending your kids out on a youth charter!

We had an amazing day fishing with Captain Austin. He knows so much about fishing in the area and taught my girlfriend how to catch a flounder, along with tons of jack fish and multiple other species that kept constantly kept us busy. The boat is extremely comfortable and stable and I would Definitely book my next fishing trip with Captain Austin.

We have now been on 2 charters with River City and they have been nothing but first class. Capt Austin had the boat and gear ready when we got to the ramp. We enjoyed fishing inshore for reds and fished on some of the wrecks off Mayport. We always felt safe and experienced some quality family time. Looking forward to our next trip!

Went out recently with Captain Austin and River City Charters, only utilizing about 4.5 hours from midday to the early evening but were still able to hookup with many different types of fish, ranging from Trout ( my first catch of the day) to Reds, Jacks and Flounder. If the fish stop biting or they were not showing up on the fish finder Austin had no problem getting us to the next hot spot quickly to ensure we caught as many as possible . The Bay Boat (Islamorada) was in pristine condition as well as all the tackle we used throughout the trip, topping it off with a Minn Kota trolling motor with anchor setting keeping you exactly where you wanted. Highly recommend especially if you want a quality and professional fishing trip or excursion.
