Had a GREAT 1st time riding on the airboat today! Captain Tyler was knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly. I would highly recommend Crazy Fish for your airboat tours and we will definitely come back!

Becca was alsome and a great captain. She is down to earth and is very friendly and funny. I would recommend to come and do the air boat ride me and my whole family went and had a blast. There were 7 of us including our 2 children. The kids had a great time.

Fantastic experience. Took my dad for 75th birthday, an airboat ride was on his bucket list. He had the best time, the whole experience was amazing and beautiful in so many ways.

We were there today in Jacksonville leaving from the marina. We loved it esp Captain Tyler. He was very informative, nice and funny. Loved the music too. The only thing that was disappointing was the guy answering the phone. We were having a hard time finding a place to park. He kept telling us to read what was on the site with where we meet and we still couldnt find anything. We ended up parking far away and didnt realize we would have to do that. He couldve been more helpful instead of reminding us that the boat will leave on time and we need to be there. I have heath problems that affect my legs and it was challenging walking fast to get there. Just thankful Tyler was our caption and guide. So professional. As a business owner myself I would never leave my clients just hanging to figure it out. Glad our car was still there where we parked. Its a long way back to Michigan.

I could not recommend Crazy Fish air boat tours enough! Captain Becca and Tyler were both so great- informative and funny! We saw a couple pods of dolphins, some fish, birds, eagle nests, and even a raccoon! We also learned about Manatees which was awesome- definitely coming back next time we are in FL to hopefully see some more wildlife!This experience was great for the whole family- parents and grandparents included! If you have an opportunity to take this tour- do it!Wanted to thank Becca for telling us about Singletons- the Bang Bang shrimp (and everything else there) were DELICIOUS!

This is a great experience for the traveler and for locals. The captains were funny and knowledgeable, the ride was smooth and refreshing and the nature sightings were beautiful. You can bring your camera but I didnt get to many pics because I was just caught up in the moment and wanted to take it all in.

Our family booked a tour for vacation, and Craxy Fish did NOT disappoint! We loved Captain Beccs and Tyler -- they were funny and informative. We saw an Eagles nest and lots of oysters and other birds. The ride was both exciting and relaxing, and the music cued to different parts of the ride was brilliant. Definitely give this a try!!

The airboat tour was a blast. The only thing that was missing was the sight of a giant alligator. But that was as much my fault for going to Florida in April. Our captains were great. They are super knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area, put us on dolphins right away in the river. Then zoomed us into the marsh where we were seeing fish, birds, and more.I think that really impacted me the most was how the locals on the river bank or on the water all knew these people and were waving to us to make us have that much more of a good experience. It was like they coordinated it...If you are looking for a great tour, awesome music, and a bit of an adrenaline rush from literally flying right next to the beach at 35 mph, then this is the tour for you. If you go in the morning, bring a long sleeved shirt or shell as the fan does really cool you off. Even in Florida.

Bought two tickets in December 2019 our trip got cancelled due to weather..In June 2020 bought another ticket online and called to make reservations wasnt running do to covid...Called today to buy two more tickets and make reservations for all five of us..New owners is only honoring tickets for the last year...With a computer system and online ordering your well aware of what was bought and not bought and you should have negotiated in the price...especially with covid and a weather business..a we called another company and they said they would take the beating to get our repeat business...

Nice ride. We had a good time. The trio was a little over an hour. We saw a pod of dolphins, osprey, jumping fish, and other species of birds. The music was pretty awesome, too!

I purchased tickets just before COVID, December 31, 2019, while on vacation. I scheduled and the business canceled due to weather. The owner then told me we could use them later when we visited again. May of 2020, I purchased another ticket online for our daughter to go with us. I called to schedule and was told they were closed due to COVID. They told me that The 3 tickets would be honored post COVID anytime we visited again. I called to use our three tickets and purchase an addition three tickets. I was informed that it was under new ownership and they would not honor my previous purchase. I don’t expect a free ride, I expect my purchase to be honored. I’m a principal person, so I will go down the road to a respectful business. Thanks but no thanks. Customer service sucks!

We enjoyed the boat ride but a few things that we have experienced in the past was missing. It would have been nice to have more commentary during the ride explaining, the Mayport Naval Station... Was the ship that was made with the tin from World Trade Center still there? If we had gone closer to the mouth of the opening into the Atlantic we may have seen dolphin, I know in the past we have. The music was nice but to have commentary as well would have been a big plus. The boat ride explaining how an airboat operates and can go over land with a demonstration would be nice as well. More fast turns to entertain the kids and make it more fun. The commentary about the dolphins and manatees was good and informative but could have been told during the ride. Of course then the fish would not have jumped into the boat.

We had a fantastic time! We had small children with us and the Captain was courteous, knowledgeable and engaging. My 4 year old kept saying how Awesome it was! We went all the way out to where the river meets the ocean, then back around near Sisters Creek near very quiet/peaceful marshland, then out towards Ft. Caroline where these beautiful home sit along the water. It was definitely a thrilling ride!! We saw plenty of dolphins and other wildlife. We did the 6 person boat experience (Dolphin and Manatee cruise). Nice, newer and clean boat. Yes, they did change our time via text. However, we are SO THANKFUL they did. The time we went out was PERFECT! We will definitely be going out again! :-)

Did an airboat tour in my week vacation to Jacksonville and it did not disappoint. A truly amazing experience I would recommend that everyone do at least once. I will definitely be doing another tour next time I’m back & the captains were hilarious & for the price, you can’t beat the views you get.

First time being on an airboat and loved every second of it!!! Capt. Becca was nice and very funny. Highly recommend!!!!

We did this airboat on Saturday the 19th of June. The only wildlife we seen was a bald eagle. Please dont expect much. Others in our group were saying the same thing. The crew were excellent. Just not worth 50 dollars a person to go up in down the intercoastal just for a ride.

Would love to change this review if I could ever get someone there to call me back. I left a message about purchasing 4 tickets almost three weeks ago. No return call so called again two weeks ago and spoke to a woman that said she would have the captain return my call...still nothing. Had wanted to purchase a GC as my grandson’s 10th birthday gift (that’s only a week away now) but guessing that won’t be happening. Pity...a fabulous idea for Jacksonville and North Florida.

The two young women running the trip were fantastic! This being our first airboat tour I thought it would be a bit more thrilling. My teenage boys were disappointed. This trip was much more of a tour seeing some nice wildlife, but not very fast moving.

The new ownership is excellent. Our kids loved the tour. It was a really fun way to spend a morning and we all learned a lot!

I scheduled a ride for my birthday and the morning of half of my party had the fire department called out to their home. I spoke with the manager who stated some other guests also had some issues and wouldnt make it that morning and to have the rest of my group come for the next tour. I passed that info along and my group showed up early for the next tour. Right before it was supposed to start the manager tells me oh sorry Im letting another group, who wasnt there yet, come during this time and there wont be room for your guests. Mind you my guests included a 4 and 6yr old who were super excited about the boat ride. I was told I could call back in the future and see if there were any vacancies. That was in August. I was placed on a waiting list so that whenever seats were available I would get a call and be able to attend. I havent heard from anyone yet and its November. Im terribly disappointed with the way this was handled especially because the kids keep asking if its our turn on the waiting list. I wish the manager would have been more upfront and honest if he wasnt going to allow us to reschedule. The whole experience turned out to be a birthday nightmare.

Awesome day on the water! Capt Josh was amazing! There were scattered showers and he skirted them like a champ! This was a private tour for just me and my husband for his birthday and it couldn’t have been any better. The Capt was very knowledgeable and made it all very interesting. We saw dolphins right next to the boat, historic sites, Navy warships, multi-million dollar homes and gorgeous marshlands. Highly recommend this tour!

Great ride through the river and inlets, saw dolphins, ospreys catching fish, eagles, pelicans etc.....just no gators today.....the two captains did a wonderful job with airboat operation and information about the area despite a very windy and cool day....I would definitely recommend this tour.....

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. A typical con man, and a lazy one at that. First, his website advertises a typical ticket price of $99 but because theyre on sale for this week only you can get yours for $49, half off! Its a scam right off the bat because this $49 ticket price is not, in fact, a steal. It is the typical sightseeing tour price for an hour and a half ride in this area. In fact, St. Augustine touring companies offer tours for $10 less. The for this week only sticker has been on his website for the past three years. The caveat is that this $49 ticket, unlike the $99 ticket, is Non-Refundable. The reason being you never do get a tour booked and he gets to pocket your $49 times however many tickets you bought. The tickets are good for one year upon purchase. I called four separate weekends over the course of this past year and each weekend I called he was completely unwilling to accommodate my family and I. We are driving from over an hour away and need the time and dates of departure at the least a couple hours in advance. Just go on his website: crazyfishjax.com . Dont see any departure dates or times? Thats because he goes when its not convenient for you, but when its convenient for himself. I was finally fed up after 10 months of trying to book a tour with this man, asked for a refund several times over texts because he refuses to take a call. His number is clearly visible. Please feel free to read the attached screenshot to see how he would treat you. If you enjoy funding a con man and then him calling you a loser for being dumb enough for having given him the benefit of the doubt, this is the con man for you!

Fun trip to do when in Jacksonville. Happy we were able to use their discounted special. Online ticket purchases are a little tough, but the owner was SUPER helpful and accommodating in helping me and my family. Captain was a pleasure. I would recommend this trip to anyone who visits Jacksonville. Thanks for a fun time!

This tour was great! Capt. Jack was very knowledgeable. Very nice to be on the water, see dolphins, sight-see and learn new things! When we got back to the dock, we werent even off of the boat yet and my daughter asked if we can go again tomorrow!

Too bad I had to pick one star because I would have picked 0. Ive never dealt with a company who clearly signed me up online and took my money for two tickets... only to send me a text hours before the boat ride that there would be no boat tours because of mechanical problems. I asked...well what about refunds...they said yes and two weeks later, Ive been lied to over and over again that the refund is being processed. So its no telling how many people signed up for a boat ride that weekend and didnt get to ride, nor did they get their money back...or am I the only one they decided not to refund? Have all the texts to prove it. About to take this to the next level and even reach out to authorities on what can be done next to get me my money back. This is ridiculous that someone would run a business this way.

We came to Neptune beach and thought this airboat ride would be a great idea for an outing. We purchased the gift card that was a special for half off. We arrived for vacation on 7/3/20 Friday and contacted the number on 7/4/20 Saturday was told to get back in touch with them on 7/6/20 Monday. I did this and he then asked for me to call back on Wednesday. I wanted to schedule Monday so we could plan out our week. I asked if he had availability on Tuesday or Thursday, he stated weather would be better on Thursday. Then sends a message back with Wednesday. I did not realize that as we had just spoke about Thursday moments earlier.... please read text messages.I had called the company after the follow up from missing our time on Wednesday. I had to call twice before they answered and the person who answered was very unprofessional. Just feel this is not how you should run a business. I feel this is just unprofessional. We did not have great reviews from locals that we asked about the company. We would just like our money back since this was all a run around by the company.

Ignore the negative reviews. Beautiful views and hundreds of dolphins. We visited his website at 1:40pm and were on the water by 2:30pm. We chose the private tour for the two of us for my husband’s birthday. It was absolute perfection even in the chilly weather. We wore sweats and relaxed to the fullest. Thanks Captain Josh!

When initially calling to reserve a spot, the proprietor was rude and curt with us. I asked him about the lunch tour. He stated that there was only one lunch tour available at 1pm. We wanted a later tour than 1 pm, and the owner suggested we book later and just eat beside the shop. We booked our reservation, and an HOUR before the tour we received a call from him that our ride was cancelled. We explained we were visiting Florida and would not be able to reschedule and utilize the service.As a patron, if you want to use this company; please use a credit card so that charges can be disputed.

Wow wow wow! What a trip! Me and the kids were visiting from Pennsylvania and needed to kill some time before our flight and boy did we find a good one! The abundance of wildlife on the coast of Northeast Florida is remarkable! I can’t thank Capt. Josh enough, he knows the waters like the back of his hand 👍

The entire family had an enjoyable time, from the 6 year old to the 60 year old. We went out looking for Dolphins and Captain Josh was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made everyone feel comfortable and he showed us numerous dolphin areas. We saw lots of dolphins but no manatees. We learned about the area and made the trip enjoyable. He was not only knowledgeable about the dolphins but the entire area. Definitely worth every penny. Definitely a must do and will be going back for a longer tour.

To be honest I understand that we are in Jacksonville and not the Everglades But I am a local and the tour I was on today made me pretty upset, The captain stated the obvious from the naval ships to the coast guard he even pointed out the Mayport ferry no exaggeration, I honestly don’t think any tourist or any local would want to be taken around the port and shown the obvious . We did see some dolphins but I was already in a bad mood . nonetheless he cut right in front of a moving barge I doubt he has his masters from the coast guard no matter how slow the other boat or ship is going you never drive in front of them that close. In my opinion not worth the money or your time find something else to do with more useful information.

We had a great time! The captain was knowledgeable and good at explaining things. We visited various types of waterways. This made it interesting.

We enjoyed the outing experience. There was not much variety of wildlife out and about on our tour ride but thats nature. Sightings mostly birds and dolphins. Was excited to see a new born dolphin and its mom. Cute! We saw, Pelicans, the spoon bill pink birds, oyster beds also, then we cruised by the docked shrimp boats, cargo ship, and the military ship areas. Guide was knowledgable, polite, but not to chatty on a one on one conversation. They do need better meeting instructions! The marina is large, but they should tell you to meet specifically at the pavilion by the parking area on the boat loading dock.

Captain Josh was wonderful. We saw plenty of dolphins and very much enjoyed the trip.

We really enjoyed the air boat ride. Ive been on others that mostly took place in the swamp/marsh. I LOVED that we were out close to Mayport Naval Base and got to see all the ships and the abundance of dolphins. Seeing all those dolphins playing was the highlight. We also got to go by an old shipyard, the Coast Guard and also into the marsh. Wish we could have seen manatee but maybe next time.

Well worth the money! We had a great time on the tour.......Actually saw the most beautiful?Amazing Alligator eating a big fish!! Saw 3 Turtles AND a giant school of Dolphins. When they say they guarantee the Wildlife, Theyre not kidding! Highly recommend for any age. This was so worth it and exciting I had to tell everyone!

We had a 11am tour and were told to be there 15 minutes early. The owner didnt show up until 11:15! Then the tour was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours. We were back at the dock at 12:20. :( We did see dolphins. Just wish we would have gotten our full hour and a half because we reall enjoyed riding on the airboat. The Captain was very informative and interesting to listen to.

Unscrupulous conMy 3 colleagues and I took a trip with this company, having phoned ahead to confirm details for an air boat.When we turned up, we were told the price had risen from $100 to $110, and that we had to pay cash only. Being a captive audience, we had little choice but to accept.We were taken on a standard (not air) boat and saw dolphins.After the excursion, we asked for receipts and were told to send a message via the website, which I did immediately. Waited 3 days... no receipt. Called and spoke to our boat driver, who said that the boss would have to deal with receipts and he wasnt able to help. I have called about 8 times and am now being routed through to answerphone.I have a pretty strong suspicion that the same gentleman who took our call, drove our boat is the owner and is fobbing us off.Terrible service, buyer beware.

We had a great time on the boat. We saw lots of dolphins. We did not get to see an alligator, but it was great being out on the water. The only problem we had is the address in google is incorrect. I recommend asking where the load the boat and then you wont have any issues.

Owner or whoever operates the phones is extremely unprofessional and rude. After asking some questions he started to get a defensive tone with me and hung up on me. And apparently from the other bad reviews if this guy is having a bad day he takes it out on his guests.

Our family had a great time. It was obvious that Captain Jim was looking for interesting wildlife to show us throughout the entire trip. We saw a manatee as well as several dolphins.The captain was knowledgeable about the ecosystem and gave us all great information.We were also able to go past naval station Mayport and get a good look at the USS New York City that was in dock there.I highly recvomend this tour.

Well, basically nature was not making a showing.. we did see a lot of boats and two container ships from China. That was worth seeing. Being in the river with those huge ships and dredging the river so larger ships can come through. Putting our own workers and farmers out of business. Its a disgrace and an insult to the American people.Zipping through the marsh was great, but I wanted to get wet.

Nothing more to say then we had an awesome time. My family loved it they had never been on an airboat ride. My dad never saw manatees in the wild I was amazed they were all around the boat. Family from Illinois came to visit We took them since we had done this airboat tour one time before. We totally loved it. Saw many dolphins. Captain Josh was excellent.

Completely unprofessional company.I booked an airboat ride and arrived at the address on their website. When I arrived at the address it was a house. I called the company and was told that was the mailing address and not where we were supposed to be. Why would you put the wrong address on your company website?! Then I was told we wouldn’t make it on time and “that sucks” then he told me that there were no refunds.The man on the phone was unnecessarily rude. Watch out for this company, they’re total scammers.

I almost fell asleep on the tour...... the tour was online for $49.99. And we had 4 guests. So the total before taxes should have been $199.96. Then he told us our total is $220..... so we asked where the extra $20 is coming from and he said taxes. Florida sales taxes are 6%. With a 6% sales tax the total should have been $211.96. Then I thought well maybe I should include the local tax which bumps the percent to 6.8% which them brings the price to $213.56. So I believe we were over charged as well. If you want to take a nap and be over charged head on over. It was also fishy that the tour guide kept saying, cash only, cash only..... sounds a little crazy fishy to me.

This is simply a boat ride where you might see a few dolphins, and pelicans and their poop! 😏Not much to see for the expensive price!We saw just as much on a free ferry ride in Texas.Also, the address on google is not the place to go for the ride- his neighbors said we were not the first people to show up at that location. The ticket registration is not clear that an email will be sent with the ride location.Not well organized, not well represented for what it is on the website. Save your money, don’t book.

My family and I did a tour this afternoon with Captain Josh. We all had a blast! We spotted tons of wildlife including around 30 dolphins. Captain Josh gave us tons of cool facts along the way and a couple of thrills with his ability to maneuver the airboat. Cant wait to do it again!

Was Awesome !!! Josh is amazing and great sense of humour. My son thought it was a real cool experience !!!

I’m not from this state and have never been on a airboat tour so thought we would give it a try cause it did sound fun. Well this guy ruined the trip for my whole group. The only thing you see on this trip is dolphins, absolutely nothing else. He didn’t spend hardly anytime in the marsh at all which is very unfortunate because we were hoping to see alligators and other critters. All and all I’d NEVER recommend this boat ride. Also it was way over priced!!!

2-1-2020 was cold and breezy but the tour was great, great tour guide and was very informative

The tour might be nice if you dont have a hurricane coming and have to reschedule. However, if thats the case, dont expect a refund. Even the 72-hour cancellation policy apparently isnt true. Our trip was planned for Wed, 9/4/19 and we called on August 31st to let them know we had to move our flight up. The gentleman we spoke with told us to call back that evening, which we did and had to leave a detailed voicemail. On the 1st, we called *again* to confirm the cancellation and were told they wouldnt be going out on the 4th and they were preparing for Dorian and to call back.Since our return, we have sent several emails to jschrutt and to Peek Support requesting an explanation. The only one polite enough to reply was Alan from Peek Pro Help Desk who explained they were the booking company and to contact jschrutt. Id already sent emails to that address but tried again.Amazing that I recd a reply immediately when I first booked the Thrill Ride tour but not so much as a courtesy response since then.

Such a great time! Would recommend for any and everyone. We had a total blast- really affordable and professional too!
