Great company for Mobile Livescan Printing and Hard Cards. Have used them for years. The service is exactly as described and the rates were fair.

Worst customer service in Jacksonville, I requested to appointments and they were both no shows I was very detailed about what I wanted and when I called after the second no show I asked why he didnt show up he said that they dont do prints for my requested service. I asked why wasnt I told that they didnt perform the service for the type of prints I requested he said because it wasnt necessary. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment waited over an hour for them to tell me they would be unavailable to do the fingerprints! Very unprofessional will never use them or recommend them!

Waste of time. I’ve called three times trying to make an appointment and now they are telling me it’ll be a week from now. I’ll be going somewhere else.
