I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and waited over 10 minutes before anyone even checked me in. The waiting room was full of people and there was only 1 employee. When I finally checked in he told me they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. I finally got out of there 1 full hour after my appointment time. All I needed was a fingerprint card. They should have closed appointments if they were understaffed. Its ridiculous to run a business that way.

The website needs work but the people although undermanned are really professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes.Heads up: because they are very busy be prepared for them to be very direct. They arent rude theyre just busy.Walk in and have a seat you will be called to the front in the order in which you came in. So if its packed just ask who was the last to walk in. You will be after them.

Went here to get finger printed for my insurance license, place was friendly and efficient.

The staff was courteous and organized. Given the number of people the plane seems a tad understaffed. Still, the staff moved people through efficiently. Word of advice for people unfamiliar with this place... The entrance is the little just BEFORE the traffic light. The company is in the back of the building.

The staff take turns checking customers in while also doing ID checks, so if no one is there to check you in when you get there, just have a seat and they will get to you in a few minutes. They were quite busy when I visited; took about 15 minutes for them to get to me. Service once I got seen, however, was quick and efficient.

Bad costumer service, went there at 8 am 2 times in the week and the lady didnt helped me at all.

The woman working there needs to find another job. Was there this morning with my mask on like required while she didn’t. It was only til I was just about finished that she decided to put o e on. Maybe because there were more people walking in? Also her attitude is beyond horrible. She doesn’t know how to greet someone back when they say good morning. She can’t spell so when you go to correct her she either ignores you or mumbles something under her breath meanwhile the paperwork she is filling out reflects you and your work and since she doesn’t care to correct anything how do we know we’ll be approved for our card? Here’s something, if you hate your job GET OUT. Let someone who appreciates having a job to go to in these times, take your place. It’d be gladly appreciated.

Fast service. I was there for a fingerprint card to be done. If you have a form from your employer or facility that needs to be signed as well by the fingerprint technician, they will not sign it. Find another location to do your fingerprint card. I have to pay another facility to do my fingerprint card AND will sign my form. I called IdentoGo customer service and the supervisor confirmed that the fingerprint technician does NOT have to sign the form and they can’t force her to. Money wasted. Just a forewarning.

Someone needs to explain to Ernest at this location that if you have a medical reason that prevents someone from wearing a mask then you are exempted and to refuse service based on medical reason is discrimination and against the law. Please educate your employees so that they dont embarrass people with medical issues.

Absolutely awful. They have ONE PERSON working in the entire office. On a Monday. I arrived 10 minutes early to my 10:50 appointment. Standing room only in the waiting room. At 11 she finally came out of her cubicle to sign every one in. The people who had a 10:20 appointment hadnt even been seen yet. Her computer crashed two times while checking in another customer and they had to start the registration completely over. An hour and a half after my appointment time, I was seen. I feel bad she was the only one working and had to handle the chaos all by herself. Some people were getting very upset and the situation couldve turned dangerous if they chose to take it further. Whoever is the management of this place should be relieved of their duties immediately.

Very quick and easy pre-check process center. I recommend making an appointment to streamline the process but even without one they were efficient and timely fitting people in and getting them out without too much hassle. I recommend highly.

I was scheduled for a fingerprint at 3:00 pm but didn’t get it until 3:25 pm. It was not busy at all and it sounded like everyone there was just socializing. Finally, I had to tell the young woman up front that I was scheduled for 3:00 pm. She looked annoyed but I was assertive and basically told her let’s go. This was at the Marco Island Drive location.

Place is very unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. Wait time is ridiculously long. I came and made an appointment and the lady upfront checking in said its going to be a while for me to be seen because the lady that does fingerprints wont be back. When I asked her when she would be back the black lady says in a very rude tone I dont know but go sit down and wait I came 15 minutes early too. Walk ins were getting seen before me and I made an appointment. I honestly would go somewhere else. The staff need to be fired. They are highly unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars

I had an appointment, but it didnt make into their records. The Lady working the desk refused to accept my record of appointment as proof. As a results everyone else was seen first, including a man that arrived 2 hours earlier then his scheduled appointment. Furthermore, this change in documentation led to a delay in the processing of the application, and I was unable to receive KTN in time for scheduled flight. If you use this location allow up to 45 days between application date and flight, or dont waste your money on the TSA Precheck application.1 additional star over minimum because the second employee I interacted with was courteous and professional. However, this does not excuse the unprofessional attitude of his colleague, and the failures of the office in general.

Know that even with an appointment the wait is extremely long. There is one person checking in and also completing the application process. The room had 30 people, standing room only and the agent was only able to process 1 to 2 people an hour because of the need to check in everyone waiting. A walk in appointment would be a wait of between 2-3 hours. I had an appointment and waited almost an hour. I left because I had to get to work. Plan for this so you know what to expect. I went on a Friday perhaps another weekday would be better. It was a brutal wait to watch how inefficient the process is. About the same as waiting for security

Watch your credit card info!!! My credit card info was stolen and used at several gas stations. I still have my card so they stole the info, not the card. With one guy having to run 4 programs out of this office, its no wonder that my information wasnt secured.They need additional staff and accountability for that staff to come to work when scheduled. They need higher security for Sensitive Personal Information. Now I get to fight with my credit card company to prove this is fraud.

First time applying for a travelers # to go through the Pre TSA express line. I didnt know what to expect but the young lady that served me was quick eventhough I was a few minutes late for the appointment. Good experience that I will do in another 5 years to renew my status.

Identogo is the place you go for your your pre TSA authorization. You can show up without an appointment but I suggest you get one before you go because shell bypass anybody sitting waiting in the in the lobby. The process is quick and easy

Dont worry, trust me, Ive been doing these for years...that is what our service rep told me back in December. Im still waiting for my approval-Its March. During the application interview he selected Saudi Arabia. I had to correct that right away. After several weeks of waiting for approval (after he pressed submit), TSA calls me and asks if I was born in Antarctica. My birthplace was entered by the IdentoGo rep as Antarctica. Im having to do the legwork on this application. Disappointed and frustrated.

I only chose one star to comment.. I had not so great of an experience with the agent David Diggs he is very rude and disrespectful. He tried to make conversation after he can tell I was upset with him and when I asked for his last name.. he said he is ex military and he talks to you like you’re in the military, I thought he said something else and when I misheard him he got very nasty, not once, but three or four times with me. I never experienced this before in customer service I was so shocked and wanted to lash out at him, but I didn’t because I was there to get my twic and when someone has all my personal information in front of them it’s like you’re between a rock and a hard place.. for me anyway, but just know mr. diggs this in not the only piece of feedback you will be getting sir.

I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. Identogo only had one employee working and had a room full of customers waiting. The lady with the appointment ahead of me was still waiting to be seen at the time of my appointment. I would have had to wait 30-40 minutes pass my appointment time to be helped. Making an appointment was a waste of time.
