Everything they bring you is either broken already or about to break, tech’s dont even know how to work on there own equipment, plus if something breaks they dont even try to replace the machinery with another. Worst company to rent equipment from in north florida without a doubt

Horrible customer service, Jennifer is not very helpful in knowledgeable with equipment rentals, and dispatch is appalling. Instead of helping me solve an issue she retorted to next day, next day. I will not do my business here even if it means saving a little Id rather take my business to other rental companies off Philips Hwy then deal with them. I took my business with the Main st location which were very helpful, but bumped our order to this location, considering the time crunch I had no choice. Big Mistake!

Great company they have forklift operator classes so you can operate the forklift that you rent. So see how much the combination cost and get it done.

Brandon and Canon (I apologize in advance if I misspelled either of your names) offered amazing Customer Service. I am active duty USN and my command is building a PEB at NAS Mayport. We needed to modify 2 trim pieces and no Home Depot in the entire Jacksonville area had the tool we required but Sunbelt did. They got us what we needed and in and out the door quickly. Our project did not suffer and stayed on schedule. We greatly appreciate what these guys did for us!

Drop the ball constantly they tell you they have what you need then when you go to pick it up the next day they still have to put it together, really I had an appointment it should have been ready
