What a joke of a company! Do not use their services. Much higher rental cost then any other rental company. Read the fine print on insurance damages. They only cover fire and flooding! They lost my business going forward.

It’s one of those places where you have to have an account.. he never called back and that was good because I found a place that had a scissor lift for $400 less per month called High Reach

Great people to work with

Sales people are horrible. They lie or plead the fifth after being inconsistent. I have been with Sun Belt rental for years and was very happy. A few years ago one of Synergy’s representatives contacted me and asked me to switch over. I gave them a fair shot. I did not like the way they send notice to owners to residential clients. My clients were getting notice to liens two or three days after the equipment was dropped off on their property. they outsource their liens and notice to owners to a third-party company. I am a successful general contractor and understand that A notice to owner has to be sent out within 45 days of delivery. these people are putting liens on peoples property right at 30 days. This happened to one of my clients. I quit using them after this. A couple of months ago one of their sales reps begged me to come back. I told him I was not happy with the way they build and their inconsistency in billing. He assured me all that had been fixed. I rented a skid steer for one day and had less than five hours on the hobbs. These people tried to charge me for a month and with all their collective efforts could not get the bill fixed. They finally billed me $1100 for a one day skid steer rental which in all fairness was $90 in fuel because we did not fill it back up and I paid them in full. Then I tried to rent another piece of equipment from then after putting in an order that they confirmed they would have out to me once I paid the bill making it seem like I was the reason that it was late. After that they informed me that their credit department no longer wanted to do business with me and dropped my account. These people are liars and do not know what they are doing. There is a reason you see sun belt rental equipment all over North Florida on the side of the road to backyards and you do not see synergy anywhere. They are a scam artist and they will scam you too. All the positive reviews on here are local friends of the owner and family members. Don’t get ripped off by this company.

Synergy is our Go To source for rental equipment. Pricing and service are top notch. Ive sent Steve Lamb emails or texts after hours expecting to get a reply the next day. But many times he responds in the evening hours.

Steve Lamb our sales rep always goes above and beyond in working to get and keep our business. He is available by cell phone 10-12 hours per day, never keeps me waiting and 99.9% of the time gets my machine to me in less than 24 hours of request. If I have a question with billing he never stops until he has an answer that satisfies us the customer. I always call Steve for all of my rental needs, he is above and beyond the best in the business.
