I felt really safe take my child to this Dentist office. They are always so kind and very patience with her. They explained each step of the process. Probably the best dentist office in Jacksonville

Best pediatric dentistry ever! We have been using them for years with our kiddos. All the staff genuinely LOVES children and explains every step to the child. They make going to the dentist very fun for kiddos. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Great staff but not an ideal policy on missed appointments. We missed one appointment (my fault i admit that) and we were dismissed from their office.

My 5 year old son had his first cavity filling today. I was really worried because I had nonidea how he would react but Dr Halley and her assistant were amazing. They explained everything to him and made it a fun and enjoyable experience. Everyone that works here are always so nice and helpful!

I was referred to this clinic with my 5 yr old because she needed a filling. Well got there to be told she needed way more fillings that the first dentist had said she did.( my daughters teeth are very well taken care of) so this was hard to believe to begin with.Only option they gave me was to have her put through surgrey.Fast foward to surgrey day at surgicare which was a pure nightmare. Got there ...got suited up for surgrey ...then they drugged my daughter just to come back in and tell us surgrey was cancelled because she had fell and bumped her head the day before.(again after drugging my daughter to the extent she had no idea of what was going on)Called the office the next day to explain what happened just to be told once again the only way they would put her fillings in would be surgrey.Another trip for for a physical then covid test then surgrey trip again.This place is crazyMy children will never been seen again

Cannot say enough great things about the dentists and staff at White & Johnson. Have been to the Jacksonville and Wilmington offices for procedures and at both locations the staff made all 3 of my children feel so comfortable and at ease! Chandler in Jacksonville and Winifred in Wilmington were absolute ROCK STARS with my children....and me (dentist can be scary for mom too)! So much patience and compassion from them both, they truly care about their patients!

I had a procedure done for my son that could only be done at the hospital under anesthesia. White Johnson did not mention, even once, that there would be another $7K+ costs outside of the $2K that they charged me. i asked them to send me a breakdown of what the 2K included and have not received it as of yet.

My kids have been seeing Dr Halley & Dr Andy for the last 5 years. We were first referred because my son, who has autism and severe anxiety, needed fillings done. Dr Halley was able to complete all of his work using sedation and an understanding & comforting demeanor. My daughter loves seeing Dr Andy, Dr Halley & all their amazing staff at her check ups, she even sings Dr Halleys little tooth brushing jingle . My kids talk about going to the dentist in between their 6 month visits. Im so thankful for the entire staff & their attentiveness, compassion and professionalism, from the ladies at the front desk to the assisting & hygiene staff and finally the wonderful dentists. Cant say enough great things about this practice!

My family attends the office in Jacksonville and every single staff member is the friendliest people you’ll ever come across. My daughter is one of those toddlers that does not like going to the dentist at all, but every single visit, the staff continues to show patience and understanding along with their loving and caring personalities for each child. The staff always strive to keep parents informed and involved in their child’s care, which is very important from a parents standpoint. If you are looking for an office for your children, don’t hesitate to call the office for an appointment!

White & Johnson Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic! My daughters both have a positive experience every time we need to have a dental check up. Recently my 5 y/o needed to have a cavity fixed and the both the dentist and dental assistant, were awesome. Im sorry ive forgotten your name (dental assistant) but you were great with my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend White & Johnson so ANY family with kids for dental care!! Thank you!

White and Johnson are wonderful! We trust them so much. Dr Andy did an amazing job with my 6 yr old daughter’s filling. There was no pain, no fear. Totally calm and uneventful for her! Everyone at the office is very patient and understanding with children. We love them!

This is the first dentist office that my children really love. They have asked me multiple times if they can keep going. Dr. White is really great with the children as well. She is very quick and efficient. My oldest son is 8 years old and we always have problems with him biting, screaming, and kicking. We had no problems here. He laid back, listened, and enjoyed watching the cartoons on the ceiling. All my children always look forward to the prize coins after their appointment for the gum ball machines. I really like this office a lot, myself. The waiting room is amazing too.

My son has visited here multiple times to have dental work done using sedation dentistry. Dr White is very patient and kind with the kids. Her staff is very helpful and courteous. Mid treatment at our most recent visit, my son literally gave her a two thumbs up while she was working on him. 😊 This is a big deal coming from him!

We always have a great experience at White & Johnson! My boys are always excited to go and the whole staff is just wonderful with kids. The office is so fun, inviting, and clean! I highly recommend White & Johnson and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We were referred from my sons primary dentists office to have some cavities filled. Staff was great. Front desk girls were so nice and helpful. The girls in the back are awesome with the kiddos. Not just mine, I looked around and they were great with all their patients. Dr. Johnson was quick and definitely made my son feel comfortable. Wanting to switch him to this office for all his dental needs!!

We drive almost 2 hours to take our children to Dr. Halley and Dr. Andy because they are THE BEST! The office staff is helpful and friendly. The doctors and dental staff are always smiling and making the kids feel comfortable. My girls get excited about going to the dentist, no matter the reason. I have seen the staff sing to my girls and go out of their way to be sure we have a happy visit. Every aspect of the appointment is child centered and puts the parents and kids at ease. They even called after an appointment to be sure my daughter was still doing well after a dental procedure. I could just go on and on about how awesome they are. This office cares about kids and it shows!

Looking for a dental home for your kiddos, look no more. Dr. Halley and Dr. Andy are the best. The care they provide for my girls is perfect. My girls loved going there for their checkup and will continue to see them. Thank you soooo much for being great providers.

Had a wonderful experience! All of the staff who helped with my son’s lip tie release were so helping and understanding. We went in for a consult and the next day we were there for the frenectomy. I would definitely recommend them!!

This pediatric dentist office is amazing! Our 4 year old daughter had to have an extra tooth extracted. From the consultation to the actual procedure they knew how to communicate with her and make her feel comfortable in the best way possible. There were no tears at all from this brave girl because they made her feel so comfortable and never made anything seem scary. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who needs a pediatric dentist! We were referred to this dentist from our regular dentist by our home but, if they were closer I would for certain be switching just for her comfort and their professional and fun appearance with children.

I am beyond thankful for Dr. Halley, Dr. Andy, & their staff! They make the experience fun and welcoming! I never expected the dentist to be such an easy trip for my boys, but they both love it! The staff work their best to make sure that your child is happy and comfortable at all times. I would absolutely refer them to any of my friends or family!

Yesterday, after many years of bad experiences, my 3 children and I had the best dental experience ever! The staff is warm and welcoming. The hygienists, assistants and dentists are fun, knowledgeable, patient and kind. The whole atmosphere of this office has a calming effect. The best part is I know my children are getting top notch dental care! I highly recommend you take your children to this office for all of their dental needs.

The entire staff was friendly and forward throughout our experience. My so. Felt like a priority and gained trust and confidence with Dr. Halley quickly and it made everything go smoothly! I was fully informed from day one with a treatment plan and nothing ever came as a surprise. We love them!

Decent office staff, long waits. Dont arrive early, if you do, have something for yourself and child to do to occupy your time. If you have to schedule a follow up appointment, make sure you are accountable for it yourself. The staff see so many people they dont remember what they tell parents. I was told the wrong appointment time and now the wait is two months out. Staff need to be held accountable as well. Proper note taking and documentation in the charts should be used. If that were the case, this would not happen. Better attention to detail and more than one person scheduling appointments needs to be considered.

Amazing staff, dentists and facility. I drive an hour just to keep my childs care here. I had one small issue where the office called to reschedule my appointment due to being double bookes, I had made that appointment 6 months prior. After some time I was able to reschedule.

If I could-I would give no stars! This pediatric dentist wanted to put 4 crowns on my three year old under general anesthesia. I went seeking a second opinion where it was decided this was unnecessary at this time. When I called to schedule her 6mo cleaning they asked if i was going to schedule her unfinished dental work. I told them no, explained why. They told me since I got a second opinion and treatment elsewhere other than what they recommended they will no longer see my child and she will be dropped from the practice. Even after explaining that we had the second opinions in California and follow up there is not an option, since we dont live there! Also, the lady who I was talking to on the phone was incredibly rude. Today, I got my certified letter from them dropping us from their practice. So absurd and unethical. I would definitely not recommend!!

White and Johnson started off as a great visit. Dr. Andy was professional and his staff was great with my child. We were told he had a few cavities and they would need to be filled. When speaking to the treatment coordinator I verified that they would file insurance and then I would pay the remaining. She said yes this was correct but, check with your insurance company to verify which I did after she gave me the billing codes. However this did not happen my little boys appointment had come and gone. The treatment coordinator asked for the full amount of the visit. My husband said no we are only paying the 20% she then demands the full amount stating that the never dealt with “Cigna” before and they didn’t know what they would pay. This is where lies began. They had already filed insurance after the first time and were paid in full two weeks prior to our appointment. Then my husband calls me and I speak with her, she had zero customer service experience and she kept repeating herself instead of providing any type of solution. I finally had to give my banking information before my husband could leave and pay the 20%(which I expected) and was treated like a criminal. Remind you my 3 year old is on Valium and is crying at this point that he wants to go home. Also this was only 2 of the cavities and they would not treat the last two that needed to be filled until they received full payment. Can you say money hungry? After they received their payment 2 weeks later they had been over paid, so I called to get my refund and they said yes we will send it on 10/21 but all I received was a letter stating we were not allowed back... No check!!! After all this I took my son to another pediatric dentist and come to find out he didn’t have any cavities that needed to be filled. These are his baby teeth and he was fine! I have never wrote a google review before but I feel like this is unethical and poor costumer service.

My daughter was always scared of the previous dentist and would cry. After our first visit my daughter left with a huge smile on her face and didnt cry. Amy and DR Halley did such an excellent job with her and reassured her that everything was ok. They also explained step by step what was going to happen and even gave her cool glasses to wear during her visit. They were able to get more work done in that one visit than we could at the numerous other visits with the other dentist. Now my daughter requests to go back and even counts down the days until her next visit and I am so thankful for them.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Johnson & White Pediatric Dentistry! As a dental hygienist, I was really wanting our daughters first visit to the dentist to be a positive experience and it certainly was. The waiting area was super cute, the dental team was extra loving and all of our concerns were addressed. Dr. White was amazing and our hygienist, Merna was very patient as well as thorough. I highly recommend their office for little ones.

Today was my childrens first day experiencing this dental facility. They had an awesome time and I truly enjoy the customer service that was given to them. I am also pleased On how they took the time and effort to find a way to allow my two-year-old to sit there like a big girl to get her teeth cleaned. Very clean, professional and friendly. My 4yr old has a lot of sensory issues and weve been working on getting them resolved. This was his first trip to the dentist because of that.Lavonne and Dr. White were just incredible with him and he was very comfortable, resulting in an excellent visit! I highly recommend this office for kids with special needs or whom have yet to see a dentist and might be scared.

Dr. Halley and her staff are amazing! We first visited her office last year when my daughter needed a repair to a crown that had been put on by another dentist in Virginia. The first pediatric dentist we went to in the area was not comfortable completing the repair and we left with a traumatized 4 year old. We went to Dr. Halley and she offered to do the crown repair that same day to lessen the trauma for my daughter. My daughter was really upset but Dr. Halley and Lavonne worked really hard to put her at ease and make her feel comfortable. They really are patient with kiddos and know how to distract them and make them feel comfortable. The office is very kid friendly with toys, books, televisions in the ceiling, and token reward dispensers. Our insurance changed since our last visit and I considered canceling the appointment. When I asked my daughter if she was okay changing to a different dentist, she said she wanted to continue seeing Dr. Halley. Im glad she did! Today we went in for a routine visit. Lavonne and Dr. Halley amazed me again. They interact so well with small children. Theyre friendly, engaging, encouraging, and even sing. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and got her x-rays and did not shed one tear. Thats a victory!! Weve already scheduled our next appointment. Even though our insurance carrier has changed and the out of pocket is substantially more; its worth it!!

The best experience ever. I was running late for my daughters very first appointment and they still found a way to fit us in. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My daughter absolutely loved being there and didnt want to leave. I will be recommending them to all my friends with kids.

They said my daughter needed several fillings and a crown, when she was referred there for one filling. I brought her to a different pediatric dentist in Wilmington and was told by them she only needed one filling, like the original dentist had said. This was on the tooth they said needed a crown. We went ahead with that filling, no issues transpired that would require us to crown that tooth. When I called and spoke to their PR representative, she said she’d get back to me after speaking with the dentist. When she called back she said she could see the decay the dentist was speaking of. Though the new dentist said everything looked good and she didn’t require any additional dental work at this time. I then received a certified letter that I had to sign for, stating we were being dropped from the practice, I’m guessing for questioning their bogus treatment plan. I would definitely not recommend them, and if you currently go here, I’d suggest getting a second opinion.

Fabulous first dental experience for my little guy!My son just turned 3 and Dr. White and her staff were wonderful at answering questions as well as letting him play and explore. They made him feel comfortable and excited about going to the dentist. A week later he keeps asking if we can go back. :-)

I just moved to the area and my neighbor recommended this pediatric dentistry. Im so grateful for her recommendation because we absolutely loved our experience there! From the very beginning: calling to book an appointment (we are out of network so they informed us upfront we would have a co-pay); the greet when we arrived; the waiting area is so nice and my daughter absolutely loved all the toys and books they had available. Mirna was very pleasant, professional, and provided a lot of education on oral care for my daughter. We met with Dr. Andy who is a child-whispered, seriously! My daughter was so calm and receptive throughout the oral exam and fluoride application, even I was pretty impressed at how well behaved my 2yr old was! After the oral exam, my daughter insisted on sitting in the dental chair. The staff gave my daughter a token so she could get a toy of her choice from the many gummball machines they have (sans gum balls, of course). My daughter received a little welcome bag, as well. The overall experience was very positive and I know my daughter and I both are looking forward to her next appointment. Thank you to the staff for your professionalism and patience with children!!!

The dentists and their assistants are amazing! I never had a problem with the office until recently. I called because a filling that they did on my sons tooth recently chipped off. I asked if they could fix it and they proceeded to tell me Id have to pay $75 just for them to look at it. Whats the point? Their office put the filling in. You should fix it for free. So instead I asked them to send all my sons x-rays and records to a better dentist I found. They lady said oh yea the records should definitely be to that dentist before my sons appointment. The new dentist never received any records. Im super pissed. Also, I hated when I had to call and reschedule an appointment and the lady up front would catch an attitude with me. They just sent me a letter saying they refuse to see my child again, thats fine because trust me we were not going to come back!

My two daughters were recently seen at White & Johnson dentistry and had a phenomenal experience.The front office staff as well as the dental hygienists were very friendly and instantly put my two little ones at ease, so that any case of jitters they had prior went away. They both then were seen by Dr. Andy who just like his wonderful staff was very friendly and happy to answer any question I may have had.A wonderful dental practice in Jacksonville.

Ive been taking my children to Dr. Halleys office when she was based in Wilmington. I was so excited to have an office in Jacksonville. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make every trip a breeze. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist! I recommend them to everyone!!

I was looking specifically for a pediatric dentist in a childs atmosphere and found it here. I was pleasantly surprised at the care and interaction that they showed my girls. They have lots of patience with the littles and they take the time to explain to the child exactly what theyre doing and why. I felt really comfortable with them. Lets face it, the dentist can be scary, I personally loathe going to the dentist. My experience as a child wasnt a good one and thats what I wanted to avoid happening with my girls. Im happy to say that I found that here.

My son has been going to this dentist for several years now and actually is excited to go! I tried to take him to my dentist for his first appointment and whereas they are great, they arent child friendly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The TVs mounted on the ceiling and open concept helped my son feel more at ease. I recommend this office regularly and will continue to do so!

One of the best experiences ever! My five year old loved it! His first appointment they sent him home with a goody bag (t-shirt, water bottle, etc). They took a picture and sent it as a card for his first visit ever! The tvs on the ceiling are great for kids. His second appointment for a filling was great too! The nurse are all kind and gentle and so is the dentist!!!!

Awesome staff! Its great to find a pediatric dentist that doesnt make the kids feel rushed or unappreciated. These folks go the extra mile to make the visit fun and enjoyable for every child...and thats no stretch of the truth. From the beginning, this has been a positive experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the staff understood our insurance, and we received reminders of the time and date. The Dr. and his staff are wonderful with children; they truly understand how to make what could be a stressful experience more positive and relaxing for a child.

I was referred to Halley White Pediatric Dentistry by two different Pediatric Dentist Gilliam Dentistry and Signature Smiles. I’ve been in Jacksonville for 9 years and have always been cautious when I take my children in to see a dentist because of Tricare/ united Concordia/met life or whoever the military decides to partner with for dental. However I wish I would have made Dr. White our 1st stop even with them not being a network provider with met life. It was wonderful. From the front desk all the way to the chair, everyone is very polite and courteous. They make your children feel welcomed and they also take the time to talk to you making sure you understand the progress from a previous visit as well as your current visit. My children feel very comfortable with the staff. They actually like going to the dentist which is hard to achieve with most children! Dr. White and her employees are the best! I definitely would recommend her to anyone!

Dont miss any appointments for any reason! My son missed one appointment because i was pregnant with complications and now none of his family members can be seen... most ridiculous thing I have heard of in my entire life! I can understand if he cant be seen but his family members????

I was referred to Dr Haley White from my regular dentist to take care if some dental work my six year old daughter needed. I was apprehensive but had no reason to be. They were kind, professional, and ensured my daughter had a pleasant experience. I loved that they sang to her while working on her teeth. It was sweet and kept her calm. I would defiantly use this office again.

Our children continue to have wonderful experiences with both Dr White and Dr Johnson. Our children are all under 4 and all 3 have been treated at their office. Although they are apprehensive as most children are to a new experience, the dentists and staff do everything to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. We never feel rushed or pushed off with concerns, nor do we spend and excessive time in the waiting room.These folks are top notch, friendly, and family oriented. I wish I had this type of dental care as a child. Highest recommendation!

My 2 year old daughter has had 2 appointments with Dr. Andy and I cannot say enough about him and the rest of the staff there. She has talked about going back to visit Dr. Andy since her first basic checkup 6 months ago. The hygienist named Amy did her first real cleaning and she was so good at making my daughter comfortable with the process and making it a fun experience! If there were 10 stars, they would get it! I will recommend them to ANYONE I know with children! They are AMAZING!!!!!!!

We had a great experience at the dentist today! My 3 year old sat in the big girl chair and got her teeth cleaned. The hygienist was gentle and patient just what you need for a toddler. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and the office was amazing.

This office is top notch! My daughter was referred to Dr. White by our orthodontist for extractions. From the consultation to the procedure, the staff made her feel comfortable and were so patient and kind to her. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a pediatric dentist!

My son has been going to Dr Halley for three years since he was almost four years old. And he absolutely loves her. The office is so kid friendly and all the techs are so kind and attentive to the kids. She is the best in my opinion. Very patient, kind and goofy. I wish all pediatric dentists were more like her. :)

The office front desk staff and the hygienist are not friendly at all! My son missed one appt and it was there fault for not changing my Number and now they are saying he can’t be seen there anymore!! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They were not very thorough and I always felt rushed! The staff is very unprofessional!!!

All 3 of my children go here and weve always had a wonderful experience! My son had his picture taken his first visit and was sent a welcome card in the mail of that picture. It made him feel so special, such a thoughtful thing to do.

Dr.Hàlley White is very patient with special needs kids she makes them feel very at ease. It is a very comfortable atmosphere for them . She tries to personalize as much as she can for them. We went from fear to sitting still for great cleanings.Dont want to ever go anywhere else. She is great.

This office really goes above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable. They have TVs on the ceiling and let kids pick their show to watch, give them sunglasses to wear, give tokens for small prizes if they behave, and sing during procedures. He was thrilled, even though he had to get some work done. The only downside is that they use different language and the word shot is off limits. I understand why they do this. However, it made my son feel very mislead that they told him they dont do shots there, but he realized hed gotten one that day. All in all, it still helped him get past his first dental issue without developing a fear of the dentist. They also called later that day to check on him and sent him a card in the mail. It shows that they truly care about their patients.

I took my 19 month old daughter for her first cleaning. A few days prior she fell and broke her tooth and they got me on the same day to check it out (and clean/checkup)I was nervous to see how it would go with my daughter who wont even let ME on her mouth let alone a stranger. However it was the best appointment (of any!) Weve ever had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The office was clean and full of fun things to play with/distract.The dentist was thorough yet quick and did his best to comfort my daughter all the while he was in there checking things out.I chose this office based on the internet reviews and Im so glad I did! What a wonderful experience. I am sad to be moving and not getting the chance to have this dentist office in our lives for the long haul.

My son had high anxiety due to a previous negative experience at another dentist. We were referred to Dr. Andy and I am so very glad we were! Starting from the front door, the restrooms are always clean. The waiting area is very kid friendly, obviously, with toys and a large tv screen. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The tech was fantastic! Even though my son is 6, she still walked him through the entire process. She managed to clean his teeth for the first time! Dr. Andy is so great!

I took my son there for his very first dental appointment the other day and they were absolutely wonderful! I was worried he would be scared but the hygienist sang to him and took great care of him! She made it fun and not so scary! The Dentist himself was also funny and made my son giggle and turned it into an overall fun experience!

Refused service to me because my step son didnt have his mother with him. I wanted to try another dentist so that I could get my son out of pain. I left since they couldnt help anyways. All the other dentists were booked for a while so I called this one back and tried to make another appointment where his mother would be there. They said I can never be seen there again because I left earlier after they couldnt even help. They didnt care that he was in pain and were unwilling to help. Shows how much they care about children. I was polite and courteous the whole time. I believe they are racist to asians.

Dr. Halley White and her team of technicians are one of a kind! I have tired several places in our area and all of them were traumatic for both my daughter and I. I finally found her office and wish I had sooner. they are sweet smiley and go above and beyond to have your childs experience be a good one. It only took one visit for my daughter to climb up in the chair and ask me to leave because she is a big girl. Its from the people, the atmosphere, the ceiling tvs to the cool sunglasses. Your child will feel in control! I wish my adult dentist was as cool!

I took my daughter for cleaning and Amy took care, she is very very nice! My daughter didnt want to go because she said mommy “ Amy and Dr Andy are the best” can we come back tomorrow? LolAnyway love this office and their staff.

Marna was great with my boys and they Im glad we got her as our dental hygienist. Finally I was pleased with the way she took great care of them by showing them how to use dental floss . I will be back because of good people like her.

I honestly dont know where to begin... I have never been treated with so much kindness and professionally in my life. The entire staff is wonderful. My daughters are 18 months and 3 years old and they absolutely love going to the dentist. It would seem that they view it as a special treat and get excited at the mention of an appointment at this office. I am not just talking cleanings either! My older daughter has had other work done and the way she was lovingly cared for and treated brought tears to my eyes and has gained my family as patients from now on. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with children!! This office is a huge step above any others that I have experienced as a patient and the only place I ever want to take my children.

I called to make an appointment because my son ( 3 years old) has cavities that are going to require sedation. I was informed that because we missed one appointment at the end of last year for a check up, they are refusing to treat my child. I dont understand how a dental office can refuse to treat a child over one missed appointment that was only missed due to prenatal ( just welcomed our third child/ recovery) . My husband and I have been stationed in many states and can not understand how a practice that is supposed to care for children, can ever refuse a child. Just unethical business practices.

A wonderful environment for children! My little girl seemed very at ease the entire time and the staff was very warm and friendly. Dr. Andy was great with my little one and answered any questions I had.

Today was the best trip to the dentist that we could have asked for. The treated my 4 year old son like a king. During the whole procedure he felt no pain and left with a smile on his face and a popsicle in his mouth. I cant say enough about the great folks that run this place and practice dentistry here. Top notch!

The staff here are great with kids. They make going to the dentist a fun experience. We have to drive over an hour to get to this office, but its completely worth it.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! They know what theyre doing with kids. We were referred here for a specialty appt due to my child being anxious about dental work (cavity filling). They were careful about his other health history in making a decision about the best course of action. We had an initial visit before scheduling the actual filling, and both visits were so positive and he actually had fun! Children can earn coins to get prizes from dispensers at the end, and the staff is so creative about how they get children comfortable and calm. Dr. White is professional and personable, and Lavonne as well... the best!!! She stayed with our child from the time we went back even through him picking out his prizes (she walked him around, talked with him about his choices, etc. etc.). They take their time, but we were prepared for the length of the appointment. The waiting room has fun toys without being overwhelming, and it appears clean. We love this office!

Dr.Halley and her staff are awesome!! They make every experience wonderful. My children cant wait to go to the dentist!

I enjoy going to Dr. White. Her staff does great with my children. I have no complaints with any of my visits there.

We started coming to Dr. WHITE about 2 yrs ago. This office is FANTASTIC! My kiddos love it. The techs are great. Everyone is SUPER friendly.. we appreciate the cheerful smiles every visit! Definitely recommend this office in jacksonville nc

Everyone is amazing and did a really good job with my son (3 yrs old) since it was only his second time to the dentist. I definitely recommend bringing any child there.

I can not believe the difference in experience for my 7 yr old daughter today... I did not get the name of dental hygienist, but she was AWESOME... she was soooooo patient and took the time to show Mackenzie every tool and let her see that nothing was going to hurt her... made a huge difference... she truly engaged with her, lt her put gloves on, and used those awesome tokens for prizes like a pro!! Thank you so much for giving her a totally different experience and taming her fears! Oh... and my 8 yr old son... he had a great experience too ((ALL at the same time!). I love both the dentists and staff.. we should have switched permanently a long time ago!!!!

If I could give them 0 star I would. I missed one appt do yo there mixed up scheduling and my son was dropped and none of his siblings can be seen there. Most ridiculous thing....so dont miss a single appt of you go here.

I was referred to Halley White Pediatric Dentistry by my regular hygenist Anderson & Slack out of Swansboro, and we are so glad! My children (ages 4 and 5) were both seen in one day for cavities with no complications or concerns, the atmosphere is very comfy and the children had plenty to do while in the waiting room. both of them were so comfortable with the staff, they went back for work without me and did wonderfully! I was so very happy with the whole experience! Recommended to anyone!!

We loved our dentist! She did an amazing job with our 15 month olds first dentist visit. But the front office women arent friendly. Both in office and over the phone two different women were very unfriendly and even rude. Both seemed irritated to have to be dealing with a customer.

Not to happy when I got referred to white and Johnsons I called to make the appt. For my son to be sedated to get his teeth clean then denied me because I had a previous appt. That was a no show, because I was in the hospital having brain surgery in chapel hill . They cant see him cause they have a strict policy . Well your strict policy doesnt mean anything when Im in the hospital . I think it was very rude and they were not understanding at all . I will not referr them to any one .

We have had amazing experiences with both our children at Dr. Whites office and look forward to seeing her for many more years.
