The dental staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met! I was very nervous about coming in because I had not been to a dentist in a few years, but they eased all of my worries! The space was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and making this my primary dental care provider!

I have been going to JAX Dental Studio for a long time and it is a good hike from my house, but going at least twice a year for basic maintenance, I have experienced over and over, from the friendliness and knowledge of the admin staff in handling my insurance, etc. The dental staff is top notch, everyone is on their A game, they are thorough, efficient and recommend solutions for your dental needs. I have a small mouth to work with, so they are very effective from doing x-rays to actual crowns, they work around and with me because of my mouth as I never have experienced any pain or angst.I would highly recommend this practice, it is a team of highly educated, thorough in getting the job done and in a timely manner. Its exactly what you want from a dental practice, so I will keep driving the hike as I pass many dentists, but none like this group of professionals!

The team at Jax Dental is awesome! The Office Manager, Laurie, went out of her way to help my family move our records to Jax Dental. Both the hygienists (Cheryl and Jerome) made my kids feel comfortable during their teeth cleaning. Dr. Poblenz was also great with my kids and took the time to talk with me about their oral health. I also had my teeth cleaned and felt Jerome did a fantastic job. I’m very happy we have moved to Jax Dental Studio and highly recommend them.

Crown (2003- repaired in 2013) came off yesterday and I was seen in the office at 10:00 (same day). Dr. Poblenz had x-rays taken and repaired small decayed area and replaced the original crown. I was so relieved that a more extensive procedure would have been required!Im so impressed with his bedside manner and we had discussions about different types of floss and fluoride toothpaste. I would encourage anyone seeking a new dentist or unhappy with your current one to give Jax Dental Studio a call. His staff is fantastic!

In a world of inferiority sometimes, and especially in customer service, I was absolutely surprised by the attitude and treatment I received. From the moment I called for my first appointment and spoke to Karen until I left today with my finished denture, I have been treated extremely well. Over a span of seventy three years and several moves I have had quite a few experiences with different dentists, unfortunately. This office is by far the best! Dr. Poblenz is a fantastic dentist and Becky, Karen, Alicia and Laurie all compliment his practice and make a wonderful team! I highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. Poblenz took over from my long time dentist and good friend Sol Brotman when he retired. I hated to see him go. Dr. Brotman was such a good dentist. But Dr Poblenz has shown himself to be really talented. I recommend him highly.

I have been a patient of Dr Brotman for approximately 30 years, and always felt I received the highest quality care possible from him. Today was my first appointment with Dr Poblenz and I was totally delighted with the care I received. During my visit, he repaired a chipped tooth with a job so amazing that I cant tell where the real tooth ends and the fake tooth begins, and he filled another tooth, and he made an impression to repair a broken bridge- I was very impressed with the quality of each of these tasks!

Dr. Brotman is a great dentist. He is kind, considerate, and very good at his work. I’ve known him for 36 years, when he first started here in Jacksonville. My mouth is in great condition as a result of going to him all these years. I didn’t have the great gene(s) that keeps your teeth and gums in good condition.Dr. Poblenz has come on board during this past year and appears to be a lot like his predecessor. My first impression...he is nice and personable, and also gave my teeth and gums a clean bill of health. I’m on board with him. He inherited his staff from Dr. Brotman, and they are “on board” with him, too.

I had the details of my appointment date incorrect, but they worked me in, nonetheless. I took advantage of their expertise in diagnosing jaw pain with the result that they provided a clear and specific diagnosis, as well as a focused treatment plan. In addition, over many years, they have provided excellent care and service for all of my various dental issues.

Dr. Poblenz was absolutely phenomenal. Never would I have thought I could have a better experience here than already previously provided. Let alone, to think it was even possible to surpass the treatment offered by Dr. Brotman in nearly all aspects (no affence Doc) was just crazy talk but as of today it looks like Poblenz takes the cake. Barely a lick of pain felt during both of my consecutive cleaning appointment and my quad-cavity filling appointment. I couldn’t believe it. I’m more than impressed, but absolutely elated, with Dr. Poblenz. Couldn’t recommend a better personal/Family dental practice. Jax Dental Studio earns a 5 star rating all day in my book.

Thank you2021- I’m posting again, went for my 6 month cleaning, needed some extra work done - they were able to fit me in the next day. Dr Poblenz is so gentle, takes his time explaining and doing procedures painlessly. Staff is remarkable! They have now developed a reasonable plan in the office for those who don’t have dental insurance to provide continuity of care for their patients. Thank you!
