I have had nothing but amazing service from Midtown Dental. Such a loving, qualified staff! Some reviews say they are more expensive. But, so what? If you find a dentist that treats you like family, does an excellent job, and you’re comfortable, maybe the little extra cost is worth it! I haven’t compared other dental costs and I won’t because I won’t be going anywhere else. Dr. Li, Christina and Ashley are wonderful people who are dedicated to their profession. This is a top notch practice and they know what they are doing. You’re not just a number to get you in and out. The office reminds me of business in a Hallmark movie! Very quaint and comfortable. But, the people are phenomenal!!!! If I could give a higher rating than a 5, I absolutely would!!!

Long story short:I regret the day I decided to try out this place for a cleaning, they did it really fast and 6 mo lather on my 2nd cleaning the guy that did said: how long since you have done a deep cleaning because you have cavity!! I thought it wouldn’t be that bad since it was 6 mo ago... wrong!! It is been almost a year and they are still working on it

I enjoyed my visit, I was treated as a person not a number. They made sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the claim I am filing, whereas they could have just taken my money. It felt/feels good to have that Human/ caring quality in Business. I recommend Midtown Dental to anyone, they definitely will get all my future business. I recently had some dental work at Midtown Dental, and am very happy with the results. Krista and Doctor Li are very professional, friendly and quick. Thats the trifecta at the dentist office, and the entire staff gets 5 stars as well.

My daughter was referred to an endodontist in upstate NY. She came to visit me in jacksonville fl. Dr. Awad and staff was amazing. from Raisa the manager to the assistant! My daughter didnt feel anything and was taken care of promptly. Thank you Midtown for excellent care!

The best dental experience I have had in a long time. I found this office due to other google reviews and wanted to let others now this is the place to go. Dr. Awad and her assistant Katrina could not have been more patient and understanding. I have a severe gag reflex and needed an extraction, crown and a filling. They were very compassionate and I could not be happier with the end result. They are both rock stars.

Dr Awad is one of a kind. She always goes above and beyond. Very pleased with the whole office, will definitely recommend.

Really high prices even with insurance and they arent up front about it. Ive had the same dental insurance for years but when I switched dentists and went to midtown I was charged about $50-70 per trip (for a cleaning and an initial visit) rather than my normal max $10 copay. I only went there twice. Also, they mentioned things I needed done that were never mentioned in previous places. They were friendly but pricey.

Love these guys! Came in to see them after not seeing a dentist for way too long and they have taken awesome care of me! The process is (literally) painless and they make comfort a priority. Everything is explained thoroughly and you arent pressured at all. Ive already recommended them to everyone that will listen! A special thanks to Megan and Dr. Mike for all youve done so far!

Best dentist by far! Just switched over to them from a franchise dentist. They were so accommodating when my insurance was messed up, took care of it all without anything from me. So helpful, sweet, and honest! So excited to finally be with a good dentist!!

My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. They explained the pricing thoroughly and didn’t make me feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t need. They did a great job and were able to do everything I needed in one day even though I needed extra work after not being to the dentist for many years. Could not have had a better experience.

This place is fantastic. Super sleek and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. They even offered WINE while I waited for the doctor to come in. The doctor polished a chipped tooth at no charge and made me feel so at ease through the whole process.

I have found my dentist. Everyone here made me feel so comfortable it was like I’ve been going here for years and it was my first time. I had an emergency and thethey were able to squeeze me in without a fuss. Dentist offices are normally viewed as scary but I was so at ease here. Everyone was great from front desk to the back. Used car lot of dental care. Kept pushing for unnecessary procedures and refused to do a regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning, so the only way to get a cleaning when I needed it was to pay $500+(!!) for deep cleaning. I had to do it then for an event so I gave in and just paid it.Their justification for it are lies that its due to gum disease and they have to do it due to regulations (there are no such regulations). Also wanted me to get deep cleaning every single time going forward. Been to 2 dentists since, magically no sign of gum disease anymore.Also wont give you any prices or estimates over the phone. Tell you to come in so they can see what is involved, which means figure out more ways to milk you for more money.Stay away.

It has been quite a while since my last dental appointment and I saw a card to this location and decided to try it out. To my surprise I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed everything from reception to closing was smooth sailing. Shout out to Herman who was as professional as possible yet still made me feel like a valued friend. The Dentist and the hygienist introduced themselves by a first name bases and made me feel secure in my decision to try this location. I believe I have made the right choice and and they have 110% earned my business in all future dental needs.

I came from out of town for a dental cleaning and was greeted very warmly by Megan in the front office. My hygienist was Ashley and she was very welcoming and introduced me to everyone in the office. Dr. Luis was very kind and relatable. Ashley truly put my health and needs first and I can tell they cared about my well-being and working with my schedule. I love the culture at this office. Would be my dental home if I stayed in Jax!

This place is great. They are professional, respectful, and careful with your mouth. And the technicians do their best to remember, or at least have taken notes, who you are so they aren’t just rambling if you’re the type who is willing to mumble through a conversation with objects and fingers in your mouth.

I had a recent issue with tooth pain and called to get an appointment. I was offered an appointment the same day. Not having dental insurance I was told about a program they offered that provided some dental services as part of the plan as well as a discount on other services I may need. I knew something was going on with my tooth, a root canal was required and they were able to start it the same day. Then as they were working on my tooth they ran into issues and felt that it would be best to have a specialist look at it. I was impressed with their care and concern of my teeth and also myself. This was not the news I was expecting and had a lot going on in life. I was upset but they took the time to ask what was going on. Its nice to know there are still people who care. I highly recommend this dentist. The staff and dentist are all great.

Ive been receiving my semi-annual dental care at this office for probably almost 5 years now...and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Christina has been my dental hygienist (extraordinaire) since day 1! She and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I even got a free electric toothbrush for referring someone to their office! From the Keurig coffee maker in the waiting room to the soothing music piped through the speakers throughout the office, they sincerely try their best to make a not so fun chore enjoyable. My experience at midtown dental has always been awesome. The dental work is a plus in itself but the customer service is awesome. Christinia is and will always be dear to my heart because you cant do your job without having social interaction with a customer. I love her from the earth to the moon.

Terrible experiences. I had to get my fillings from this place redone, one was so rough and sharp and the other one had a pocket in it and didnt have enough filling in it. I have called the office to have my information sent to new place, they say sure, but never do it. Multiple problems with my insurance at this place as well. My insurance paid them yet they said they never received payment and Im caught in the middle. On top of that, dental hygienists, while very nice and friendly, will not take no for an answer for additional services like fluoride treatment. Started going to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry and am having a much better experience.

I have to express how much I love my dental office! The staff here is great and kind. I was nervous to get treatment done because I never had a good dental experience when I was younger. My new dentist Dr. Hutchins has the magic touch! I needed a lot of work done to my mouth and I can honestly say that I did not feel a thing! The entire staff is super nice and always lets me know what to expect on each visit before anything is done which is a big bonus for me.

They adjusted their schedules to make sure that I was seen immediately and took their time doing my procedure. Apparently they only open on mon-thurs. And no appointments on Friday either. Called in to see the next availability and read told theyre booked 4 weeks ahead already. I asked about the walk-ins and was told I wouldnt be seen regardless since theyre fully booked. Is this normal?!

I attended a free consultation for Invisalign at this location not too long ago, but I am no stranger to Dr. Narduccis practice. I have been attending Town Center Dental for about 8 years now and have not one experienced this issue. Im only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not impressed with the front desk receptionist, Lacey. She was not cordial (never even smiled), only spoke in a very low tone so I had to ask her what she said multiple times and when she did there was a slight attitude with it, and didnt have answers to simple questions that I had. Luckily, I had all of my important questions answered in the back, but you know how you always remember something after the fact. I will still be coming back to have my Invisalign treatment, but Im hoping that she will be in a better mood next time around, maybe it was just a bad day for her.

I could NEVER get them on the phone.. I tried calling several times, even on different days during business hours and I would always get a machine.. I dont want to talk to a machine and have them call me back.. its inconvenient to customers, so I wont be one because of this.. If I have this much trouble just trying to become a customer of theirs, just imagine the trouble they would give me if I became one.. Im taking my business somewhere else..
