Customers are nothing for them they only pursue they only goal to get your money. Their internet site never says anything about shipping but be aware they have hidden charge for that and that you will find out when you are at the customer desk to pick up your parts. Nobody cares that they charge you for parts cost less then that hidden shipping fee they never tell you in online order and they said you should assume that. It means think that you might be charged twice maybe or more if you order with ring-power dealership for CAT in Florida. If they would not work with me then I never come back to that SCAM place again. When I asked seller at the desk why there is no information on site about possible shipping charge he said he does not know which means they are not really even train they customer reps. It is sad really sad. New place, looking really great, in Jacksonville FL at Pecan park but absent scents of cooperation them and customers. Weak management?

We unfortunately had our small businesss forklift serviced by Ring Power. Quoted one way, and then the other shoe dropped once theyd had the forklift in their possession for one month (and hadnt done any work!). We got our forklift back with minimal improvement because the quote changed to an astronomical amount. We opted for the lesser fix but it still had a near $5000 charge. Said forklift broke down less than 2 months later. Never again. I would have forgone the fix and replaced the forklift had I known this would happen. The entire experience was shady and disappointing.

I get the sense from their 50 square foot sign out front of their property on I-95 that they only serve people who agree with the terrible policies Donald Trump has put in place. I guess everything, including fixing my large equipment, is political now.
