I really do not like to leave a negative review for a business but we were so deeply disappointed in not only the service we received, but the response to how unsatisfied we were that I want to inform others.I’m extremely disappointed that there was no resolution or an interest in my satisfaction. I think the response that I could have paid more if I wanted them to stay longer and do a better job is not acceptable from a business owner. I don’t know why I would pay an additional $140 when 90% of the house they ‘completed’ was not satisfactory. Especially after I already paid $338 for 2.5 hours.I would have appreciated an apology or at least an attempt at offering a solution. I was more than willing to come to a compromise that was fair for both of us but was instead met with contempt. I don’t think I was unreasonable and I know our house was not in disrepair, as was insinuated. (I hired a house cleaner because I’m already a clean freak after all.)They also broke our marble threshold in the guest bathroom in two.While I appreciate the offer to reimburse us for what was broken, I also did not so much as receive an apology for this either.I semi-regularly have our house cleaned have never paid near as much as I did for The Maids so I was expecting to be blown away. Instead, it’s hard to tell anyone was here.I would certainly not recommend their services.

They did a beautiful job. They managed to completely clean my bathtub from old hair dye and loose caulking, which I was delightfully surprised about! I was prepared to have to caulk over the stains they couldnt get out.I think there was a little miscommunication because I requested just the Kitchen and Bathrooms done, and was told if they had extra time they would do dusting/vacuuming of the other rooms. They ended up going over time, AND did the carpets? But it looked amazing so I did not mind. It made it easier on me moving out.And honestly I was in the shower when they called for approval so I missed their call and they went ahead with extending the time. Im sure that didnt make things easy for Franklin and his wonderful team. I know I left it dirtier than I intended for them, but thats what happens when youre busy running around like a mad man, moving furniture out of a third floor apartment all day, and are just tired and ready to drive away with a full uhaul at midnight!!I was so relieved when I came back to clean up whatever they didnt get done and found they made my life much easier. Thank you The Maids. Highly recommend.

I’ve never used maids before, but based on this experience that will change! I used their move out cleaning services, so the condo was completely empty when they arrived. The team was professional and flexible. They assessed the condition and accurately quoted two hours to complete the cleaning which they accomplished 900 square feet in that time. No nook or cranny was left untouched. They even found stuff previous tenants had left behind that I didn’t know was there! It was a ceiling to floor kind of job. Payment was easy to handle and the office staff answered all my questions with ease.

The Maids is a wonderful cleaning service with a staff who truly cares about their clients. I have raved to my friends about their attention to the smallest details. They are very fast but never careless, and they are friendly and extremely professional. I love working with Donna at the office to schedule my service...she goes above and beyond to ensure I have exactly what I need even when I need to change things at the last moment. Highly recommend!

Terrible cleaning and customer service was even worse, if that’s possible. Absolute waste of money. Do NOT recommend.

I was a customer for over 9 years. Beginning last summer their cleaning was subpar. Bathroom floors, kitchen floors were not cleaned. They would take a small amount of money off each time.Finally we parted ways.Recently I received a bill from them for November 2018 for a cleaning. As far as I knew after we parted In January or so we were up to date on payments.There was no calls from the management explaining the bill. ( apparently the mistake was on their part ...)Instead they sent the bill to a collection agency . When I called management and asked them to send me a bill so I can justify the payment it took days...( witch is fine) however I asked them to contact the collection agency to say we were working on the problem. They refused. A customer who has always paid her bills and given them so much business.I did get the bill and now am checking with my credit card company to see if they were paid in November. I have called 3 times yesterday and the general manager Polly has not responded.I would not recommend this company !!!!!

I am cancelling my service after 7 years. Over and over they come later than the “window” of time they give. The last clean, they were supposed to come between 12-2. They came at 3:30. Their English is minimal, so can’t understand what you ask them to do. We often have to call the company to complain about things they are supposed to do (like dusting), but didn’t do. I keep hoping that their cleaning will improve.......but has gotten worse. They have gotten unreliable and give substandard cleaning. Don’t bother with this company, it won’t improve.

Oh my goodness!! I used other home cleaning services and was left just plain frustrated. The Maids are THE home cleaning service you want! They are professional, thorough, and kind! Do yourself a favor and enjoy what these ladies have to offer. You will not be disappointed!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am still waiting on my invoice the cleaning was more than two weeks ago. They had to come back twice and the bathtub still let ST clean. It wasn’t even that dirty they just never wiped it to get the soap scum off. No one ever calls me back I keep leaving messages. They took three hours to clean the house and then it’s still not clean. Don’t waste your money
