Great membership price, friendly staff, and always a great wash. I pay for ther ceramic shield membership so we have a better wash than the standard one. I would payextra for a better wash but thats just my opinion.

Paid $10 for gold wash an extra $6 for diamond dry and bug removal. The car wash didnt even wash my entire car. I saw 2 employees walking out to the pay stations and I was trying to get their attention to come look at my car. They guy even looked tight at me but they kept walking. Never acknowledged me. Now I am going to see if they will do anything about it. I went inside and they gave me a coupon for a diamond wash to take care of the issue. And I had noticed that the tire shine only did half the tires the 1st time around. Thank you to the kind employee for making it right.

Quick easy access and great job on the wash!

Even when there is a line its still the fastest car wash. And the machine dose a fantastic job. But the blowers dont get the car as dry as i would prefer.

Every time you come to this location they are closing based on emotion. At 7:30 the car wash is closed and you are watching employees including the young managers on their cell phones while turning away paying customers. This location specifically does what they want don’t waste your money .

Very automated. Was expecting an average wash. But my wheels came out extra clean

So..clean and the suds are so bubbly and thick. Look like bubble gum and smell so good. Water that rinsed the car isnt that stinky smell that some carwashes have.The attendants guide you in and its a really neat experience.

We warn you not to use this car wash...we went through the washer and somehow our bumper got completely ripped off the car by their machine...we filed incident report and police report...what makes things worse is that company sent email the next day stating they are not liable...I attached pics below of the car...worst experience ever...never expected my bumper to be completely ripped off car...company is completely unempthatic to damage that their machine caused...I just like to warn others so this doesnt happen to you

Work at a job site just down the road and have to drive in and out of dirt everyday. Car was covered. This wash does a great job cleaning car. The vacuums are always working. Has mat cleaning machines. Good car wash and decent price. The grounds are always clean. Attendants are nice too.

30 minute+ wait stuck in line while the high schoolers that run the place scratched their head trying to figure out how to use the automated machines. Maybe they could figure out their job and stop hitting the bong in the bathroom.

Would give -5 stars if it was available. We have cars on plan and every week something is broken or does not wash correctly.Notice they never contact people on negative posts, because they know there are issues.

Brought my work truck here. I admit, it was a little on the muddy side. The two young men hesitated to do it at first. They decided to run me through. When finished, I vacuumed. I went there and paid $15.00 to wash and clean my F150, but it was a total disgrace only the front get washed not the sides and neither the back of the truck . This is insane.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me they cant take credit cards. Their car wash was still working. Would have been nice to either be notified right away or given a free basic car wash for the inconvenience.

Always have oil spots on my car no matter which upgrade I pay for. Took my husbands car and it did the same thing to his. Vacuums work great, but you have to go through the carwash first. Will have to find another place until this is fixed.

Im a Collins gate ex car wash customer, never have problem in collins rd. until I try Emerson with my gate car wash pass no no no work. I wait and wait for someone to help me and nobody even went out. Look like they need a new manager. They make big investment for what.

I am a senior citizen so this is a no hassle car wash for me. I love that your tires are Armoraled while you sit in your car and free car mat cleaner and vacuum is super. My car is almost completely dry when I roll out of the bay. Total time is 20 mins or less. Love it, Love it, Love it.

I like this carwash except but BEWARE - they have a skimmer on their card machine.. this morning I used my debit/credit card which was the last transaction I made on my card, I just got a call from my bank with a fraud alert, my card was used at gate gas station immediately after my carwash transaction and then at a raceway and then at a BP. I tried calling the number on line and its been disconnected. dont think Ill be going back there.

Great carwash. The monthly membership pays for its self. Some days there is a line so you have to wait but it is well worth it.

Great car wash but someone rearended us when we were inside. Didnt hurt our car. Attendant yelled at the driver but no one came to see about us. Other driver left without stopping. Be careful.
