They do a great. They made my 13 year old car look new.

We bought a car from a local dealer that does not detail their cars before delivery. Its there model and it saves on the purchase cost so its okay with us (bought two cars from them). The car was $2500 below book value. We took the car to Auto Preservation for a full detail - inside and outside. We chose them because of their high star rating and years in business. They did not disappoint us.Kevin and his team were great. The exterior paint needed help and the interior was stained and smelled stale. When we got the car back a day later it looked GREAT. He was able to fix nearly all the paint problems and the interior looked new. It was the best $300 Ive spent all year.Kevin and his team were great, I highly recommend them and Ill definitely use them again.

When I brought my car in for my detailing appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule after I had arranged an appointment through the website and with a follow up phone call. As a result, I was rescheduled for another appointment. After I picked up my car, my drivers side door was not functioning normally. I could open the door from the inside but I could not open it from the outside. When my Wife asked for a discount due to the damage to the door, they did not offer a discount. Also, there was a new bleach stain on the dark dash on the passenger side. It is my understanding that detailing is meant to clean stains, not add new stains. A new stain was in the back seat that was not there when I first brought the car in to have an inside detailing job. When I scratched at the stain in the back seat, at no time did the customer representative offer to clean the newly added stain. I would give a rating less than zero, if it was possible. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

They worked on my Volkswagen Tiguan for the past few days, car turned out to be in much better condition then when I originally bought it,super clean,gotta say it again car is super clean inside, seats are like new,carpets I mean everything they did inside was perfect.Gotta mention that my car had a bunch of water inside the carpets and seats and what they did to it made me feel like they are a dealership trying to sell me a good looking car.I would recommend everyone to come and let the professionals work on their cars.

This place is great. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was certainly worth it. I have a 2010 Highlander with water stains/damage from irrigation overspray. I thought the paint was ruined and that I was going to have to repaint the vehicle but I was referred to Kevin and he did an absolutely fantastic job. All of the water stains/damage is gone. The outside of the vehicle litterally looks brand new! I would recommend this place to anyone.

They do an excellent job. Miracle workers on stains and spots you never thought would come out. Not the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for and its worth the money! We even use them exclusively at my job.

You be the judge - About a month ago I took my 2014 Acura RDX to Auto Preservation based on a recommendation from a body shop in the area. I wanted to have some minor scratches buffed out and a full detail done. I spoke to Kevin the owner of AP. He looked over the vehicle and said that he wasnt sure he could get all the scratches out (3-4) but he would do the best he could. He quoted a price of $229 for a full exterior and interior detail. I finally made an appointment to have the work done this past Saturday. When I arrived and had Kevin look at the vehicle again; I also told him that I only wanted an exterior detail. He said the price would be $229. I questioned why it was the same for just an exterior only detail as it was for the full detail. He told me that he quoted that price thinking that the car was a sedan as opposed to a small SUV. When I reminded him that he actually saw the vehicle he said OK the charge would be $190 plus tax. I almost left right then thinking Im getting scammed but I left the car with him anyway. Now since Id heard good things about this shop I was willing to pay the premium price for the work. When I picked up the car, none of the scratches were fixed and there were two obvious bug splatters on the front bumper. When i pointed them out to Kevin he was able to easily compound them out. Now I admit that Im pretty fussy but I would think that any detailer worth his salt would closely inspect the front bumper of a vehicle to check for bug splatter and make sure that was clean. The whole incident called into question whether the car was buffed at all and how much detailed attention was put into the job at all. Now, I will say the car otherwise looked great and had clearly been waxed but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never use this detailer again.

Absolute joke. You spend more to hear their excuses of why they missed everything, they do a half assed attempt 2 days later and give more excuaes for not even trying. Try somewhere else.

I couldnt believe how good my car looked when I got it back, it looked brand new. I would gladly recommend them to anyone !
