I got my cars exterior and interior detailed here and they asked if there were any spots on the inside I wanted them to focus on. I said “not really there’s just some chalk on the sides” (I rock climb) I got in and looked at the interior and was unpleasantly surprised. I had to go home and use our car cleaning supplies to clean the inside and then wipe some parts of the outside. I have a 3 row SUV, and had to clean 4 out of the 6 seats, the center console, the steering wheel, my drivers side front door panel, and the passengers side front and rear door panel. I am super annoyed.

Was a member from the by time they open until today . A bunch of teenagers running the place and use headphone while working and do t make eye contact or look at the instructions prior to pull your car the other tunnel. I called ahead a time and told them my car now has a soft top . They promised they wound make adjustment to the machine . The girl who wrote in our window to makeSure of that did her job . But the kid that pre washes the cars and operates the machine . Had his headphones on, wouldn’t make eye contact, didn’t look at the girls notes and we even rolled down our window to remind him . He said ok but did he even hear us ????? Well my brand new soft Top destroyed and my sons $1k fishing pole destroyed. Then they tried to tell us it is our fault when the sign clearly says checking the beds is there responsibly!!!!!

I signed up for the Elite package with Prime Car Wash and they did not disappoint! So far I’ve taken my car in twice and one of the times was a very busy Saturday and they did not skimp by on detailing my car even though they were busy!! My car always looks amazing inside and out, and it smells great too!! The waiting room is very nice with plenty of seating, drinks and coffee options as well. I will continue bringing my car here!!

Did a terrible job, you couldnt even tell they had washed my car! So when I left there, I went right down the street to another car wash to get it cleaned again after I had already spent almost $60 at this place. Didnt get pictures of the outside that was still covered with bugs after their wash but did take lots of pictures of the inside since I had paid extra for them to clean it. When I questioned their poor service, they did offer to let me get a credit towards a future wash, but I kindly declined as evidently it would be a waste of my time to get a wash there. Definitely the worst carwash I have ever been to.

The guy on the car wash tunel dont brushed the car and didnt do the presion wash. He paid more attention to his phone call.

They do a very good job with all services. I have a membership that covers my three vehicles and I go weekly. I have had bar waxing on all vehicles, I also had all three detailed.Only one area of improvement and one of concern.Improvement- as a member you have a sticker inside the driver door and the person scans and ask a simple question or two. However if a few people in front of you are new it can take a litteral 10 minutes for the customer to ask questions and be processed. Last Saturday three cars were in front of me. From the time I arrived till I entered the wash was 30 minutes. I suggest having a separate lane for new accounts.Concern-interior clean - any and all coins/money will be removed during vacuuming. Before vacuuming I had several dollars worth of coins in the center console. After vacuuming it was a definitely cleaned out.Still I highly respect the service and so far everyone i have dealt with is professional.

All staff was very friendly and they perform an exceptional job on my car. Jared even shampooed my carpets at no cost. They are deserve raises and to be acknowledged for the great customer service provided.

I went to this place because I received a coupon in the mail for 50% off any service, so I chose the one that is normally around 40 bucks. The interior cleaning was an extra 17 or 18 on top of that, but whatever. The interior part was actually done pretty well (cup holders werent spotless, but everything else was clean and shiny). The exterior had quite a bit of pollen on it when I brought it in, and I realized when I got home that much of it was still there, so I had to clean it off myself. I guess if I get another half off coupon, I might go back, but if not it really wouldnt be worth it.

I had the pleasure of having M.J. do a full interior detail on my SUV and all I can say is WOW!! I had a lot of dog hair throughout the car and grime on my inner windshield, and when I came back my car was absolutely spotless, even under the seats and in the hard-to-reach crevices. I read a lot of the negative reviews for this car wash before going in, and I think many of them are unfair. M.J. spent just under 3 hours completely my interior detail, and I could see from the window he didn’t stop working on my car once and sometimes had the help of another employee. Most of the reviews I read were from people who asked for both an exterior and interior detail, but had very dirty interiors. I think it is unrealistic to expect your car to be perfect when asking for both (it would take at least 5 hours!). If the inside of your car is pretty dirty like mine was, my advice would be to go in for an interior detail and an exterior detail separately so they have time to be thorough. It might be more expensive (I paid $184 for the interior ) but well worth it if you want that high level of detail! I will definitely be coming back :)

They are getting a one star from me because they were not competent in making sure that there service was complete. They failed to place my car mats back in my car. My car has light grey interior with light grey mats. My husband took the car to get it detailed and came back home without the mats. (The employees should have made sure that the mats were in the car before returning the car to the owner.) My husband went back to get our mats and all they had were dark grey mats (Not the same color as the interior). The light grey mats were nowhere to be found in their shop. What did they do with them? Where did they go? The manager had no idea where they are. (No apology) Needless to say, we had to take the dark charcoal mats so that I could have some protection for my car floor. I am so disappointed! When you go to a business for service you expect to get great service (especially for the price that you are paying) with everything in tact! They are not ever going to get my business again!

I have given this place too many chances to get it right. They cant. The staff is pleasant enough except for the guy doing the drying. He always has an attitude. Normally its because they dont give him any help. Part of the 180 service is to clean my wheels and shine the tires. EVERY time I have to clean the wheels again when I get home. It has do be obvious that they see the brake dust but leave it. I have tried their 360 only to have someone spray my center console and leave it like that. I will give the new Gate car washes or Camel a try. Prime is not at all what their name says.

I had a full service (inside and out) performed over the July 4th weekend. The staff was great and did an awesome job. David the Manager came out to make sure everything was checked off and made sure I was completely satisfied.He was AWESOME!!!

The service is fantastic they wash your car and its absolutely spotless when you get it back however my wife is in a wheelchair and there is no ramp to get out of the main entrance you have to get over a 4 inch drop or go through the main garage part where theyre working on cars to get out they really need a ramp

I just want to appraise how the manager Ryan tried to reach out to me to resolve an issue in every possible way. My voice mailbox was full. He researched my email address and wrote me right the way and informed me that my voice mailbox was full. Even though the issue is undergoing to be resolved, Ryan is a good manager. Thank you for retrying to reach out to me so diligently.

Most of the staff is nice. We have a membership that we like however they always miss the cup holders and such so double check your car before you go. Also members should receive waters and soft drinks not just hot coffee.

Very nice place. But Im not impressed with their work. Over price for the quality you get. But thats what you get I quess for $78.00 dollars. I should have just cleaned it up myself. First and Last time going to this so called car wash

Just had my car detailed including the Clay Bar treatment. Wow, the car looks brand new inside and out. Nice work guys, you did a great job!

For the price I would expect a higher level of attention to detail. Water was still in ever single door jam and water was on the backseats. Business seems like a bunch of young kids just pushing cars threw not really doing a good quality job for the price. 40$ is a high price for simply not doing the obvious things. Wouldnt recommend.

Ill tell you this. The owners and several of the managing employees stepped up. There were a couple of issues of consistency on previous services and they rectified them and gave me excellent service. Customer service industry can be tough and these people are clearly driven to provide great service. Ill keep supporting their business.

I took my Toyota 4Runner to Prime car wash on San Jose Boulevard on August 30,2021.The automatic track did not work properly so the attendant had to manually turn some swItch to make my car go through the car wash, while they were drying and cleaning the tires I happened to step out and noticed the damage to the carI was told that the manager will get in touch with me in few days and take care of the damages, but nobody has bothered to even contact me which is over two weeks in-spite of leaving couple of messages.Careless attitude of Prime car wash is more troubling than the damage. For them it is one more nuisance but for me is my car.

Car wash is ok, although very expensive. The only reason I take my cars here is because, they are better than most car wash places I used before. I got the most expensive membership, for exterior wash I give them a rate of 7, my cars are always left with bugs stuck in the front bumper and dirt in the rear. For the interior I give them 6, the kids that work there don’t pay attention to details, always miss spots on the center console, and the bottom trims where the doors close, they can never get the floor mats right, I always have to ask again to clean the stuff they miss.

After inspecting at home, I found the drivers side still had pollen around windows casings and on Trunk. Passenger side was fine. I also think that a list of details for each service should be available at check-in, so a better choice could be made. I would have probably upgraded package.Oh and when I tried to go to Survey Monkey to enter concerns, their location wast listed. I wont be back.

This is the worst car wash in Jacksonville. Please see the pictures of my wife’s car after I had just taken it in to them. I took the car back and asked to see the manager. The clerk returned with a gift certificate for a $25.00 car was. I had just spent over $40.00 on this terrible wash. Manager never came out to see me. Stay away from this place!

If you have a dirty car like mine, this place is a nice time saver. Great exterior and interior clean with all the bells and whistles for just 40 dollars. There’s also 3 other price points to fit your needs. Highly recommend with a knowledgeable staff. Ryan, the general manager, recommended several services to help restore my clearcoat and knew what he was talking about!Friendly staff and clean facilities. Try it out—the elite car wash (40 dollars) took only 20-25 minutes during the afternoon.

First time in and they did a good job. They have a few price and service choices. $6 quick clean no extras. $12 180 which is a exterior good wash but no hot wax nor interior cleaning...thats the one we chose. After the wash you drive over to an open area where an employee hand dried all windows and surfaces plus he did a tire shine...did a great job. Next service is the $25 360 service that includes complete inside cleaning...looked like most cars went for this but know it may take 30 minutes or more to complete your car. They have monthly unlimited wash buys so see if they fit your needs. We will stop in again.

I asked them to also clean out wher my gas Ali’s, it was really dirty! They did do that, could have been better, but, ok. I had my granddaughter with me. I noticed the area where my trunk and gas cap opener are had not been wiped, so I took one of the wipes I keep in my car snd cleaned it out. My g’faughter was hungry so I left to go eat and while eating noticed they could have vacuumed a bit better. The my G’daughter told me the center area where my gear shift is, cup holders and holding spot was still dirty. So we wiped that off, all over. The area of my radio was still dusty and surrounding area had just had a quick wipe over. And the parts of my doors where dirt and such collect had not even been touched. Very disappointed in the job they did. However, the customer service was excellent, just not worth the $78 I spent!! Since we already cleaned it as we were driving, I have not included pictures.

They are a great group of people and seem to work together well, always professional and pleasant and they do an excellent job! I’ve been a member since 2018 and I have no issues.I would I highly recommend them to anyone who likes keeping their car clean. The membership cost is well worth it; if you bring your car in once or twice a week, you definitely get you money’s worth!

Fantastic car wash, I love that after an exterior wash they hand dry the entire car, hand adult tire shine, and clean the outside glass! First class service!! And great price!

I spent two hours and $200 (after a $50 coupon!) for my car to have honestly a decent waxing but thats about it. Sand still in the seats. Cup holders and interior handles untouched. Dust still on some hard surfaces. The outside was ok, but not fully cleaned as there were still leaves in some of the seams and a line of dirt around the doors. What was suppose to be a gift for my wife turned into a debacle. Do not come here.

I took my car in to get washed three times. Two of those times Ive had to hand them go back and clean the back seat because they did not touch it. Not worth the price they are charging. Only thing that saves it was the outside was washed well.

Need to wipe the rims better its been an issue the last few times Ive been there. Nothing upsets a customer more than still needing to clean behind the car wash employees after leaving the car wash. Im hopeful the management team gets this issue under control soon.

First time using this car wash near where we just moved. I had high hopes as it seemed like a good value price-wise and a cool venue/waiting area. Bought the Elite package. The interior looked like it had barely been touched with watermarks and cleaning solution spots everywhere. The manager apologized and they had to fix it. He was really nice and genuine, so we appreciated that. Also the guy in the car wash at the beginning was practically screaming at us. He was really angry for some weird reason, but we just couldn’t hear him well and he wasn’t giving any hand motions as to what we needed to do. Bizarre. After all, it was our first time. Cool concept but we won’t be back. Kind of a bummer.

Prime has been cleaning my vehicles for a couple of years now. The service and attention to detail is the reason I started a monthly membership. Having them closer to my house is a plus!

I thought the service was great. I just needed a basic wash and dry. I got a membership because I have a new car and I want to keep up with it. My car looked really good. The only thing is they forgot to tell me to fold in my mirrors before going in the wash. Nothing happened to my mirrors, not sure if its required, but I would have liked my mirrors folded in. Other than that,, car looks good, I was able to get in and out and my car is clean. Im glad I got the membership. I dont have time to wash my own car so I will make good use of the membership.

These guys are fast, reasonably priced, and do great detail work.

Paid for the $39.99 car wash which is suppose to include cleaning of the floor mats as well as pulling them out and vacuuming under them and we even opened the trunk to ha e them vacuum and clean them . They tried to give the vehicle back to us with vacuuming and cleaning them . Then on the second go around they still did not clean them properly.So we are waiting for the third time .Never again . Why pay for the top cleaning if they won’t do it right the first or second time

Dirt still in the rims of tires, cup holders not wiped clean, dash still dusty, smears of rag on window wipe downs in the interior... money better spent at a gas station wash for a quick wash or a detailed pro.

Have been a member twice now...canceled because of incompetence from a manager...the owner, or someone claiming to be the owner, called and talked me out of it. So I gave it another go...It’s a shame because some of the employees really care or are hard workers...it’s the actual managers who lack any expertise on detailing a car.Recently brought my truck and fiancés car in for a wax and interior cleaning...spent over $80 even with being a member and then tipped the workers $45 for their jobs...however, the interior was poorly done on both cars and after close examination, the manager who waxed my truck, did such an awful job, I went home and had to redo it myself.While I agree there are some 5stars that are deserving, this will be the last time they take a shortcut on any of the multiple vehicles I had an account with. So disappointing because I really enjoyed it when it was done properly...but it’s a 40% chance of that happening.If I could give a 1/2 star I absolutely would. As a business owner, my company lives off of the reviews...I should have known better when this rating dipped to a 3.5.When you clean house on managers, contact me.

Went for the first time today and got the Prime 360. Its an automated wash with a quicky hand dry and then a quick interior cleaning. The wash was mediocre, it didnt remove yellow pollen spots off the glass or paint. Also, my drivers side window had water spots. As for the interior cleaning, I cant really say anything, my car was already clean inside, so I really cant judge one way or another.

My girlfriend has a brand new car. She loves it clean. She visits this place about three times a week. When Im along with her I find that the team is very speedy and she is satisfied when she gets her car return to her.

Been twice, both times car not clean did not clean my trunk this time,I asked twice. Done.

The guy in the entrence with glasses was extremely rude! Upon entrance of the parking lot you would assume the first contact you make with an employee should be the most pleasant one as that has a huge impact on your opinion of any business. It was my first time coming here so of course when I pulled up I was unsure of which direction to take he basically yelled that I was going the wrong way and later he became angry when I took the ticket off my windshield and spoke to me in an aggresive tone. Like RELAX ask kindly to put it back on which I was going to do anyway.... the other employees were kind though, except the other employee.... as far as the service, I payed $40 for the elite wash and basically received $5 quality the windows were left with marks, they forgot the air freshener, and dash was left the same after I told them to wipe it down ..... all in all I won’t be returning as the gentleman in the entrance just made my experience that much less pleasant.

Everything was good, thanks to Haliey who did an awesome job getting us to sign up on the membership. The only thing is when we got to the other side the guy who was drying off the car did not attend to my wheels properly.

I normally dont go here because Ive had previous poor experiences from this location in the past. The car wash I go to was closed and this was convenient for me during my day. The young lady at the front was nice but didnt exactly explain to me the difference between the tiers of washes, just rang me up for Elite 360 (I think) and sent me on my way, whatever.Car was finished promptly but upon arriving home I came to the realization that a piece that holds my seatbelt in the back seat was broken off. I leave my seats folded down so when the associate pushed them up he didnt look or and didnt care because it was NOT locked in place after he was done. For someone who washes cars daily I would imagine that would be something youre used to doing?Called location, left on voicemail, and havent heard back. Disappointing. If you care about your vehicle and want someone treat it with respect go somewhere else.

Not as great as they used to be. Good for a quick wash and vacuum, but they dont detail or wipe things down like they used to.

Couldnt believe what a great job they done and how fast it was I used to go to car spa and be their two hours and not near as good a job as Prime done on my car I will never go to car spa again.

I had previously posted my impression of this establishment based on a visit to Prime Car Wash on San Jose just prior to the posting. It was not favorable, to say the least. However, I am happy to report that when I went in recently for one last car wash and to cancel my Car Wash 360 subscription, I was actively sought out by the manager of that establishment, a Mr. David Driver (who goes by just Driver). I must say that Drivers actions totally changed my opinion of this establishment. As far as the complaints I had about any property damages in my last posting, he took ownership of the situation and made everything right. In fact, I was so impressed by the way Mr. Driver handled the issues from a managerial standpoint, that, instead of cancelling my 360 Wash subscription, I will be renewing it for another three (3) months. I am firmly convinced that Driver has taken steps to correct the issues which I encountered on my prior visit and will continue to work toward excellence on every wash. Prime Car Wash is truly fortunate to have a manager with Mr. Drivers attitude toward customer satisfaction and his commitment to striving for excellence with every wash. Having had my own business for twenty (20) years, I can say with some authority that such managers are very hard to come by, especially in this day and age. I have high hopes of future washes justifying a change to a 5-star rating.

One of the worst car washes I have received. They didnt even know how to put my floor mats back in correctly. Loose dirt still on my leather seats. Didnt even touch the under neath where it wraps around. For $40 its not worth it. I wont be back. And they really acted like they didnt care. Well, I didnt care to leave any more of my money there, so sorry no tip! Take pride in your job, thats how you get tips!

Friendly, quick and thorough with many options: wash, wax, dry, wheel cleaning, inside vacuum, upholstery cleaning, hand waxing, detailing and more. A comfortable waiting area with indoor seating and outdoor waiting. The best carwash I have ever experienced.

Most parts of the car wash good, but the 4 round wheel scrubbers hardly ever work, the 2 on the left side never work, my biggest complaint or comments the aluminum spoke rims need to be cleaned better by machine or person ( not referring to inside the brake rim)

The membership is a good value. I’m all for maintaining an appealing appearance of my automobile while having the luxury of saving time that would be spent on this necessity.

Just went there again because is said under new management. Well the new manager is just as bad. This place should close down. I tried it again but did just the outside. After exiting the wash, the guys were done in less than 3 minutes. I asked the guy did you get the wheels and said absolutely move forward. This place is terrible!!! Ive given it 8 chances and every time they do a terrible job.

I got a great car wash they dry it off very good for me cleaned up my rims and tires very nice I was very pleased.

Good but not great. If you are going to towel off the wheels and give them tire shine, also do the same thing for the 5th wheel attached to the back(Jeep Wrangler). Details.......

I went in yesterday for the first time, I got the elite plus wash. I was happy overall at the end, after I had to tell them to fix a few spots. It was like they didnt even wipe the front of the car down. Dont you think they would check if before they call me out to say its ready.. since it clearly wasnt ready. Once I pointed out the areas i would like fixed it was looking very clean and nice. Was it worth $57? I dont think so, seems a little pricey. I did sign up for the membership though so I will have to think if I want to actually keep that for $70 a month. If I do I hope they will actually have my car clean every time without me having to ask to touch up some spots.

Great customer experience. Everyone is quite friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Since this was the first time I did make some observations:I had a numerous bug debris on the front hood. No pre wash performed. The side fenders were still dirty after the wash. I did note the observations at the end and the employees jumped on issues I presented. It is best to watch and comment as they go through the process

After a day at the beach, its time to get the sand/salt off my Cherokee! Prime Car Wash team did an awesome 👌 job of cleaning up! 😎

Horrible, I paid $100 for a detail and they did a $15 cleaning. Dont wash your car there, never going back there again.

I’m embarrassed to say I paid $97 for my CX-5 to be cleaned inside and out. My car was also waxed. The $97 did not include the back mat. I was not told my back mat was not included, but after complaining, the manager did clean the mat. Spots were left all over the body of my car. The manager says if I paid for the big discount of $39.00 more, he could get rid of those spots he said were sap. Except for a spot in the front passenger seat that needed to be cleaned again, the inside looked very nice. I’ll go back to Bubbles even though it’s further from my home. My car has never been left with spots at Bubbles and it’s half the price.

Nice work, nice people. I wish they allowed tipping on a credit card, but they dont. Price is reasonable but be careful about them selling you a free trial subscription. I said no, so well see if it shows up on my credit card in 30 days.

My Wife brought her Black Jeep in for Wash, Vac, ArmorAll, and was upsold a wax job. It was completed in 10-15 minutes and when she asked about it, was assured that it was done. When she got it home she realized that none of the interior was done at all, the wax job was over bugs and dirt that were under the wax now. Called the place twice and put on endless hold. We are never bringing either of our vehicles back to you. unbelievable, Find another place.

Went for the first time and paid for the exterior/interior clean. I think all they did on the inside was vacuum, nothing looked like it had been wiped.

Dont pass this place up and the value they provide is incredible. If something is not to your satisfaction, a supervisor will personally rework your vehicle until you are 100% satisfied...
