Great carwash. I have a high end car and do not use car washes with brushes. This is the best touchless carwash I came a cross.

Went here and it wasn’t working. Pushed the button to make my selection and nothing happened.

I drove in only to realize the 8+ dangling, vertical equipment was not ready for a wash as it clanged against my car. I backed out, and after several minutes, the lights came on saying to enter the wash. All malfunctioning equipment remained as it had been in the beginning. In the end, the machine where I swiped my Visa card to pay now had a message: Out of Service.My only communication to the owner was printed on the pay machine: [email protected], I wait to hear whats going to happen next. This car wash has no on-site service staff.**Update**Ive received contact from within 24 hours after my message to the carwash. It is as follows:Thank you for the email.  We will be on site today from 10:15am - 12:30pm repairing the car wash.  Please come by the wash for a refund & if we have it up & running again we’ll give you a wash for free.  We apologize for the inconvenience.This was a kind, helpful, and timely enough reply -- given that email was the only known way to communicate. However, I missed reading this message in time to benefit from it. Perhaps, the company may improve and grow by claiming the listing for themselves where this review is on the Google search engine. By doing so, post a business phone number, or even self-promote by posting a link to a business website.Only as the one result of receiving a reply from the company, I am changing my star rating for my experience with everything from two stars to three stars.

Cheap wash, but never got a token for the vaccum. Knocked on door, no answer. No phone #

The carwash stopped in the middle of the process and blocked the only exit out. Not only it left my car dirty and wet but it is also a safety problem that there is nobody at the place watching for any problems with the machine.There is not even a phone number to call someone and let them know of any problem!!!!

Convenient location just off I-95. Wash was $2 less than the signage but still not worth the $10 paid for the Works. Small SUV, wash did not clean back. Bugs not even slightly cleaned off. Blue lava water left on driver side door. Needs pretreat for front end bugs.

The no touch wash is great, because I never have to worry about scratches. Great value for the price.

I paid for the highest wash! My car was not dried! It was full of water! There is no number around this property to inform the owner that this equipment does not work properly!

Me and my friend have expensive cars that need touch free wash, and this is the only one found in our area. We need more of these around town.

Broken. Sprayers not putting out any pressure. You will only get your car wet and be out $12 bucks.
