This little relic of a Barber 💈 Shop is located in Riverside . This was my first time going to King Street Barber . It was a lovely experience, the eclectic barber chair even had an ashtray,,, remember that ?? The surroundings are stunning and felt safe and friendly . Leslie is the owner / barber . I hit it off with Leslie right off the bat ..shes that easy to converse with and a really good listener . I offer a YouTube video to show how I wanted my hair cut . Leslie had no problem watching, listening and making suggestions . I wanted very short hair, mostly clipper work . I got exactly what I wanted and am pleased . Great price allowed me to leave a decent tip as Im on a tight budget . I will be returning happily 😊! Remember, Barber shops arent just for the guys !!!

After moving from Riverside years ago I have yet to find a Barber that even comes close to Leslie at the Real King Street Barber. Love the Hot Neck Shave! Best Barber in Jacksonville, no.doubt! Ive been everywhere in this city looking for the best barber and I finally found him. His cuts are flawless and when i tried his hot towel shave and black mask combo, it was awesome!! My skin was so smooth. My lady loved it so much, now shes coming with me to get her face done! 😂 We love his old school vibe, and I walk outta there feeling so fresh!

This guy gives great attention to detail. I searched online for a barber who specialized in beards and was cautious setting my appointment. He did not disappoint. He comes from South Florida with all kinds of experience and offers many services. Well worth your time and money.

I was really impressed with the quality of work, especially for the price. Rand is clearly passionate about barbering, and i appreciated that he took his time to make sure my fade was perfect. I accidentally met Rand as my regular barber was out. I asked could he cut my hair ? Sure was his response. He was confident and easy to get to know. After the haircut I was amazed. I have curly hair but when my hair is cut its always straight . He is the first barber that cut my hair and there was my curl. Ive already started recommending him to my friends.

I bounced around barbers for almost a decade before I literally ran into Rand on the street. Pumped I did because the guy gives a seriously good cut. I’d happily pay $50-$60 for these haircuts but he charges $20-$30 and I couldn’t recommend this guy enough
