Ive been gone to this barber shop for nearly 3 years real good very professional in a heart of downtown

Top Notch is legit. Garryl Torres has been cutting my hair for at least two years. Garryl Torres and Tino Francis are the most consistent barbers on earth. GT and Tino take pride in work. These guys are the best in town, now i seen people complain about time, lets be clear, they do not rush your haircut and they do quality work, you may wait a few extra mintues but the benefit is quality not quantity! If you want a great look done by masters of the trade then this is the place! If you want your haircut rushed go to supercuts, if you want masters of detail and quality, you go to top notch. you will get top notch service and results .

I stopped in because I was waiting for something else at another store, but although I really did and still do need my Do Done, I wasnt inspired to stay. He maybe really good but he never encouraged me to find out why he needed to Do my Du!

I was in town on business 5/20 - 5/24. I have been traveling for the least two weeks and had not had time to get a haircut and edge up. I called these guys the morning of 5/20 and they were able to get me scheduled. These guys are the real deal. Torres is the man. I strongly recommend this barbershop if you are in town and in the area.

Garryl is one of the best of the best here in Jacksonville. His shear work, fades and beard work is impeccable. He takes his craft very seriously and really has a passion for cutting hair. That’s the person who I would want to get cut by, someone who is not only highly skilled but someone who is passionate on what they do! Garryl is definitely above a 5 star but I can only give him a five on here. The BEST OF THE BEST here in Jacksonville Florida.

Tino always does a great job. It had been a while and today I stopped in and was reminded of this attention to detail and the quality of his work. Well worth the wait and extra cash every time.

Good cuts but every time I have made an appointment I still have had to wait at least 20 minutes. I make my appointments during my lunch break for a reason. If I wanted to wait, I would walk in and not take the time to schedule an appointment.

If you like uneven fades and your barber seeing you 40 minutes after your appointment time then this is the place for you! Unbelievable. Especially after my barber had the nerve to talk to a random guy promoting his music for my entire haircut frequently taking breaks to show each other pictures on their phones. First time I came here the haircut was 25$ then it magically increased to $30?? Place is a joke

I love this hole in the wall barbershop.I take at least 2 hrs off just to ensure I get the services (haircut and shave) that are amazing.

Made an appointment at 11 am, arrived at 10:50 as one client was being completed, however instead of me going on the chair, another client went in instead of me at 10:55, I felt this was weird or a squeeze in (too early in the day to be running 1 hour behind)) I waited 30 minutes (11:25 am) with no signs of customer on chair being close to being done so I got up and left. Barber went outside saying I was next, I told him my appointment was at 11 not 11:30 or later. If you have time to waste please go to this barber since appointments are meaningless, however if you value your time Do not go to Top notch. Other peoples time means nothing to them.

The barbers make you feel welcome and are always on their best game when it comes to the clippers. very talented and work smart to make you satisfied! Recommended!

Best barbershop between Duval Florida and north of Indianapolis Indiana. Stopped a few times during those 4 months to get my hair cut. 4 month on the road and this was the best.

I just left there an i forgot the mans name but he is oriental i was kind of skeptical at first because i usually go to african american barbers but i came here i got treated with respect and kindness forgot the mans name but he had a oriental face but i loved it my hair looks awesome
