This place changed my life. I paid the same price I paid at my old barber for a movie star haircut. I have never in my life had so many people complement on my haircut. Not gonna lie, it boosted my ego and made me feel like 1,000,000 bucks. They treat your head like a blank canvas and they are Picasso. If you want a sweet haircut, try them. They cut all walks of life. I’m a middle age white dude and they treated me like one of the boys. I love this shop!

First time coming here. Since I live elsewhere, its always a little weird going to a different barber. Ldog aka Luis was awesome and made me feel at home. They had plenty of seating and even had room for kids to roam. Overall great experience .

My barber never disappoints however I’m quite disappointed I walked in today and they asked me who I had an appointment with when I told them I literally mispronounced he’s name by one word an H instead of a J and two barbers as well as a customer gave me grief like I was lying that I had an appointment they even had me show on my phone I had an appointment on the app. The situation could have been handled a lot better. I seriously thought the client was the owner the way he acted, and If I would of known he wasn’t I wouldn’t have even bother speaking to him since he is not worth my time.

Highly recommend Raw Cuts! Walked in and was greeted immediately, they have a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Marion took his time and put all his attention into my hair and we had great conversation. Made sure I was comfortable and 100% happy with the cut before I left his chair, I didnt feel rushed at all. Also to mention Marion gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had! Marion is my set Barber now everytime I need a haircut I will be going to Raw Cuts to see Marion. The other barbers are great also I saw the work and attention they put into the other customers when I was in there shop. These guys know what they are doing, you wont be disappointed!

I got my fade by Jay. Best barber I’ve had in my 30 years of living. I observe all the cuts while I’m getting mine and raw cuts by far has the most talented barbers in Jacksonville. I recently relocated to the south side of Jax and I make the trip because the service is that good. Highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Went recently to get my sons haircut and went with Louis . He’s honestly hands down the best barber I’ve ever taken my son to . Will definitely be returning to see him .

My barber (Lambo) was awesome with my side shave. The barber was full of men but to my surprise I used the restroom and the toilet seat was down... the floor was swept and I saw how they constantly cleaned their clippers. I love it and will be back to get my boys cut.

Understanding the nature of buisness and how good these guys are I knew it wouldnt be a typical 30 min 45 min in and out type of visit.With that being said, I came waited patiently and my son recieved the best hair cut Ive seen him obtain. Luis (Ldoggthebarber) did an amazing job with my son and his hair (he normally goes to a salon with his aunt) . Needless to say the results speak for itself and to top it off I showed him a picture of what he was looking for and near the end he asked him if he could style it another way and without a blink or question he pleased my son and that meant the world to me.Thank you raw cuts and Luis for a 5 star visit. We will tell everyone we know and will definitely be back.

My son was very nervous and hesitant to try someplace new. The guy who cut his hair did an awesome job on his head. Unlike many other barbers, there was no swearing and music was edited. I dont even recall seeing inappropriate pics on the walls. Even asked my son and he agreed the environment was better compared to the Avenues mall barber. The guy used a razor to complete his shape up very impressively. No nics and no cuts. The only downside is a $20 charge for a kids cut. Thats a bit extra but I feel it was worth it today because there was no anxiety, no complaining, and he has liked his cut even after showering off when we got home...which is the most important thing for us.

Jay is the Best Barber in Jacksonville hands down. He’s cut my hair for 3 1/2 years now and he never disappoints me. He’s a loyal barber and I’m a loyal client!

Beginner stylists, one stylists told me I was “trippin” because I had a shelf on my head. Lol I will never go back here.As most bad stories have a good side, the manager was very professional and kind. If only his employee would Be the same, I might consider another chance. Regardless the beginner stylists.

So my experience could’ve went different because what should be a pleasant relaxing time going to the barber shop turned into a horrible experience I don’t want to come to a barber shop to get a hair cut and have to deal with the employees vaping.. I want a haircut not lung cancer this place has the ability to be amazing because besides that they do amazing work! A place of business that services adults and children should not be VAPING!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! My husband and I relocated from New York & he’s been on the hunt for a barbershop here in JAX. I couldn’t believe that he actually paid for the haircut he received. I was in the car waiting with our kids, and I sent him back in TWO additional times to have the haircut touched up and we both still weren’t satisfied with the job. His haircut was not even, he had patches of hair that were longer in some spots. His mustache was trimmed with a point at the top instead of straight across, and was not done well (stray hairs left I trimmed and still present) and he even still had full length hair left on his neck!!! Also, around one of his ears the hairline was not trimmed or edged. I was so pissed that the barber thought this was acceptable work. On top of the lack of quality in the haircut itself, my husbands entire face was COVERED in stray cut hair that was not cleaned from his face. Don’t waste your time or money. I don’t know if it’s because he was a new customer there, but how in earth do you expect to gain any new clientele with that kind of experience? Such a shame..

Two kids for hair cuts. My 11 year old looked fantastic when his hair was done. My 4 year old still had hair hanging in his ears and it was very chopped looking. He was being very still so it wasnt him being wiggly. I was not happy with the price for what his hair looks like.

I take my son to get his haircut here started about two months ago he goes to 730blade and he’s amazing. My sons hair is flawless each time and every time ive been and sit there and wait the staff is so much fun to listen to and be around and are always courteous to everyone who walks in. I actually always look forward to taking him.

When i woke up this morning, i had a busy day of errands ahead of me so i decided since i was going to encountering alot of face to face customers, i thought it was best to get groomed up so i decided to try Raw Cuts on Blanding Blvd. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted by Barber Nick. He welcomed me into the shop and was very professional i.e. yes sir, no sir. He intently listened to how i wanted my beard to be styled and i couldnt have been more pleased with the results. Nick was amazing and i recommend anyone who wants an amazing cut/shape up to make an appointment with Nick. I will be visiting this location again in the very near future and happy to have found a reliable barber in town.

Saw one of your vehicles and pulled up beside it to speak with the lady inside and she completely ignored me and kept driving. Now we call and leave a voicemail and still have yet to get a call back. So far not so good!

I really wanted to like this place, its so close to my house but I had a nightmare occur today. I made an appointment with Jay fade em, I got there on time at 10 am, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. Now anyone who regulars barbershops knows that this happens sometimes. Really not much of a problem as long as the cut is good.Well I asked for my side cut to be taken down, thats all. He for some reason call himself shaping up my side cut by cutting my hairline back literally more than an inch. not half an inch, not a inch, MORE THAN AN INCH. Literally just take off a huge piece of my side shave. Im still confused. My mom, brother, friends all saw me and their confused at what the hell he was even thinking.Than he uses an ungodly amount of filler and it looks awful. I knew it was bad, but I didnt see exactly how bad until I got in the car. He literally completely butchered my hairline. My face is so uneven. I left a review on booksy and this is where it got crazy (have receipts of all the conversation might post later.)I expressed my dismay and a way too nice way the first time. I said I would be coming back to first chair because he looked like he knew what he was doing. Jay got extremely offended, lied and said I got there late. Than told me I made a weird request (mind you I have these receipts) and that I should take myself to a salon.I always go to a barber shop to get my haircut. Just not one as bad as him. Also if you didnt know how to do a simple shave down on a simple female side shave, thats already in place, you should of said that.I than call him out on his lying and update my review. He than does something strange and accuses me of harassing customers and said he would report me to the authorities, Im still confused on this as well(again I have receipts from the booksy app of all this craziness and how he tried to delete and switch up the things he was saying).Mind you I only spoke to him and ANYONE in their can account that I never said anything and was quiet the whole time. I think he was trying to discredit the review and intimidate me from visiting again which is bad for the business owner, just because you are incompetent you shouldnt screw over your other barbers who can get the money or the owner Mr. Fade em.I than invite him on his insane child like threats to call the authorities just because an honest review and he was embarrassed that I wanted to go to first chair, since its close to my house, how insane and than he plays stupid, erase his response again and tries to gaslight(too bad i have receipts).I would love to speak with the owner, because I honestly hate to judge a business by how despicable he was. Again I have proof of this all. I just want to say that the business itself seemed promising, but with liabilities like this I worry for it.I just would avoid Jay Fade Em at all cost. He will butcher your hairline and try and intimidate you if you call him out on it.

I have been getting haircuts from @mark2fresh for sometime. I have asked for different styles and cuts and he has yet to disappoint. He is very professional and makes sure you recieve the haircut you asked for as well as giving the ultimate barber expierance. He is the first to greet everyone that walks in and when they leave. If you look around each barber does a great job! If I need a haircut in a pinch and didnt make an appt, Mark can trust any of the barbers in the shop. Each is willing without pause to step up to the plate and offer equal service! I have never seen someone walk out of that barbershop not happy with the results! I highly reccomend Mark and Raw Cuts Barbershop!

Great friendly staff and great designs

Had a great experience here. My husband and I did a walk-in based upon the reviews, and was in the next chair in 30 mins. DeeNyce (Dee) did an amazing job replicating the picture I showed her. She did good on my husbands hair cut as well. I gave 4 stars because one of the barbers decided to vape in the shop with children there. One being my 3 year old. Vaping should be done outside. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Its a little expensive, but thats because these guys know what theyre doing. Just went for the first time today and this place is pretty cool. Coming back for sure.

JayFadeEm is my dude, always had long hair when i decided to cut it off a few yrs after moving to FL. I let two barbers cut my jon but wasnt feeling it so i kept growing it out but after 1 cut from Jay hell always be my barber. PERIOD.The cut is on point always and beyond that we actually talk when im up to and my man Jay remembers things from when we first met over a yr ago and ask you about your life. My folk care about his clients tru, even if its never a chill outside of the shop when you in his chair he make you feel like family what better quality can a barber have? Cause i trust no one and im trusting a stranger within my personal space. Best barber in my opinion.
