I scheduled an appointment with this shop on June 7th for 3:30 PM. I booked it earlier that morning via their website that was listed in a google search. I booked it because I didnt want to spend all afternoon trying to find a barber that was open for walk-ins.I received an email confirmation 15 minutes later that my appointment had been accepted and it gave me the name of the barber, Daniel Oquendo. When I arrived at 3:25 pm I checked in and to my surprise there was not a barber by the name of Daniel that was there. However one of the barbers onsite said he would text him and he would arrive shortly.I WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES and Daniel never showed up. I patiently waited for the main barber to finish the client he had and it took forever. Some of the barbers were standing around talking and laughing while I continued to wait. FINALLY, the lead barber finished and was able to take me.When I sat down the barber mentioned something about when people schedule in the app they dont get a notification when someone has booked an appointment. At this point I was just ready to get my hair cut and get out of there. The haircut wasnt terrible but they charged me full price even after their rude mistake. I understand everyone has to make a profit and I dont mind paying for a good product. However their customer service ruined it for me and their lack of empathy or understanding to make it right. I will not be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went with my sister to get my nephews hair fixed/corrected from his grandmothers (on the baby-daddy side) hack job done the day before. This barber shop was fantastic w/kids, clean, accommodating, & checked w/approval from the 6yr old client & his mother thru the whole enjoyable process. Im super impressed w/ERICs professional services & creativity AND pleasantly surprised how clean it was for a barbershop.

Jake hooked it up!!I had a last second job interview, and I had a mop on my head. I called asking if there was availability and Jake answered and said to just come in and he’ll take care of me. I was really nervous because I care a little too much about my hair, and just left my barber in Kansas, but Jake KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. He said he has been cutting hair for only two years, but he honestly gave me my best haircut yet at 24, paying attention to every detail. Jake, I will be back my guy!

Brandon was my barber. $45 for a fade and eyebrows is a bit pricier compared to most local barber shops charging $20 for the fade and $5 for the eyebrows. Also edges were messed up and covered with spray paint, got home to shower and my fresh cut looks really bad since the paint washed off.

What I love most is they respect their business and aren’t constantly cussing or openly having adult conversations while a child is present. Now don’t get me wrong I cuss too. Traveling to Jacksonville for the first time for a wedding and I had to find a place quick. I got my haircut by Jake in the front and I have to say, this was the best skin fade I’ve ever had! He took his time and I can tell he was making sure that I was looking clean. I wish this shop was closer to where I lived to make it my new barbershop. I highly recommend this place and ask for Jake!

He gave me the best haircut I have gotten in a long time!!!! And he even gave me full refund on my last haircut and threw in some hair gel to try out. Matthew K is a bomb stylist and barber. Not only are his fades but he also is a stylist as far as color, cuts and style even for women! He gave me an intense color correction with me going from a bad orange to blonde and my curls are still healthy and intact. I recommend for both women and men! I promise you won’t be disappointed especially when you see how thorough he is with the consultation to master and give you the knowledge you need for your hair and maintaining it!

Decided to try this place out because of the reviews I saw and they were completely right! Everyone was really welcoming as soon as I walked in. Got a cut by Eric and he did an amazing job. Pompadour with a mid skin-tight fade. Even got a hot towel shave as well. Told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. Hands down best barbershop in Jax!

The owner of this shop worked at another shop in the area and recently started his own business. He does an excellent job and is very consistent, fast, and precise. This is exactly what Im looking for when getting my hair cut. I visited the first day it opened so I think things were still being added to the walls, but overall it was very clean, bright, and open. Youll be offered a cold drink while getting your cut.

Klajd is probably one of the fastest and most detail oriented barbers in town. He works fast but is extremely good at what he does and gets you in and out in no time.

Call ahead and make an appointment to see Matt. You’re seriously going to need a bodyguard, after a cut, to keep the ladies back. Met my girlfriend hours after my first visit. You’re doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else.

This place has it down free beer while you get your cut, plenty of staff= usually no wait, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and most importantly a great haircut, I got my fade by Jonathon, he lined me up and gave me one of the best bald fades I have ever received, dont usually post reviews but this place earned it! I can vouch personally for Jonathons cuts but that being said every barber in there looked professional and every customer seemed very pleased.

Hands down, the best barber shop in Jax. Im very picky about my hair and having it just right. Ive been to several barbers all over the southside and was getting very discouraged after every single one left me with a few missed stray hairs, crooked tape ups, sloppy fades, or something that isnt even close to what Ive asked for. A friend told me about Eric, so I decided to give it a shot. About 2 1/2 years later and I wont go to anyone else. His attention to detail while being speedy, along with his professionalism goes unmatched.Its also kind of cool to say that I have the same barber as the Jags!

A black man in the back right hand side of the building said he would see the people waiting in 15 min. Waiyed 30 min never said anything he played on his phone and I finally walked out. First time going to this place,very clean. Went in to get a fade and a small trim on the top, I even showed the barber a picture of what I wanted. I got something completely different. Im very disappointed that my damn head looks like a pineapple. The fade was so high up that my curls on the side got cut all the way down not to mention the top didnt look even at all. Now I have to go to my grandparents wedding with a bad cut.wont be coming back.
