Chae and Tina Birdwell are the best around these parts hands down ! I will never trust anyone else with my hair. Ive been coming here for a few years now and I would never dare go anywhere else. Salon is always clean and offers a number of services and they keep all the best products . All the girls make you feel welcome and right at home. 5 start 2 thumbs up best hair experience every single time .

Chae Birdwell may do other client hair well, but not if you’re a new client. She made me wait over half an hour past my appointment time, barely spoke to me, talked to others around her while saying she had to “hurry” and “do this quick highlight”, when I had wanted all over blonde. She didn’t tone my hair correctly, didn’t even let it sit properly, as it came out gray in spots and uneven. I just bought bleach and did my hair myself and got it to more of what I was wanting without paying $75!!!

Great place to get your haircut! The hair stylist treat you like family here. They charge you a fair price for their services unlike those super fancy salons in Tyler. I highly recommend any of the hairstylist there to cut your hair!

I was visiting family in Jacksonville for Thanksgiving and desperately needed a cut/color before I traveled back home to Arkansas. I called on Saturday and was able to get a same day appointment. Jackie worked me in and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I guess Ill be visiting my sister more often because Im not letting anyone else touch my hair! :) Happy, Happy customer!

The sign outside this business says Walk-ins Welcome. That was not my experience. I walked in and took a seat and waited for about twenty minutes, then walked out. It was like I was invisible. I have some advice for the people who work there. You might consider greeting your customers and not being rude and ignoring them. I will not do business with people who do not treat me with respect.
