Shop supposedly opened at 10, showed up 2 different days no one there, called the number and the person who picked up sounded like they were just getting put of bed. Had somewhere to be so I couldnt stay and wait, called and made an appointment for 10, still no one showed up to open the ship and cut hair at open time.
