Takes time haircut and beautiful fade on top that he got, particularly nice beard trim. This is the shop that you can have all asked haircut services. I strongly recommend it.

Wonderful atmosphere. I received the best cut Ive had in years. The young lady who cut my hair had the softest hands and paid close attention to detail. I almost fell asleep in her chair and she smelled wonderful. I would go back in there now to get a haircut again. lol if that wouldnt make me look like an weirdo. probably should have gotten her name to make sure she receives the good praise.

I have been a weekly customer to the barbershop for several years. Great service, professional atmosphere, attention to details in the work, quality product and a clean environment are what you can expect there.Like any business, they close early on slow days, have a limited Staff on low traffic days and extended hours on the weekends, and are attentive to the needs of the mostly military client base.For my money, it is the best shop in town. Highly recommended.

I’m almost reluctant to write a review, because I don’t want more people in line, ahead of me, but I at least owe this to them. Luna’s is unarguably, the best barbershop, in town. I don’t go anywhere else, anymore, and haven’t, for a while. I wasted too much money at places that cost more and put in less effort. They have a great selection of pomades, as well. This turned having to get a haircut, on Sunday, into an annoying chore, to the best part of the day. If you go anywhere else, and take pride in your hair, then you’re really missing out.

Lunas is one of the best barbershops I have been to in Jacksonville! Friendly atmosphere, and awesome barbers! They offer multiple products for hair care and shaving needs. The owner is a second generation barber and you can see a long history in the decorations and photos on the wall! I will never get my haircut anywhere else!

Gem. If you feel home sick, this place will lift you up. Theres something very cozy and warm in how they they take their time to make sure your haircut is cut and shaved properly. Its busy on Sundays, but Saturdays are less so. The line system is simple and courteous; no tickets, just genuine wait-your-turn-and-use-your-memory.

Mike Luna is one of the best barbers in town and one of the few places that not only do you get your moneys worth but also get exactly what you asked for.

Past three haircuts have been sub par. I couldnt tell until later because I asked for the pomade, once it was washed out there wasnt much of a fade. There wasnt anyone else waiting or anything. If you get the owner, you are going to get a good haircut.

I have gotten a haircut from Maria 3 times now and i have to tell you she knows how to cut hair....like no other! She is super careful and knows whats shes doing you dont even have to tell her she knows! I have been in the Marine Corps for 15 years now....and no person....Let me repeat that no person has ever and i mean ever cut my hair to absolute perfection as she has every single time and taken time and care to add attention to detail!!!! Absolute solid place.....all barbers know what they are doing no damn joke this place is the real deal and the best barber shop in Jacksonville....I would venture to say in eastern NC hands down trust me I know ive been to a lot!!!!!!!!

Went in for the first time today with my son, there was 2 young Marines in front of us and only one barber, their haircuts went as any normal ones should have!Then there was a family of 4 that included a small child. Seemed to be the little ones First hair cut so time wasn’t an issue with us but the barber started talking and talking and 35 minutes later the little boys dad finished his hair cut and then the granddad sat down for his cut, WE HAD TO LEAVE!She was the only barber and a little wait is to be expected but when the ENDLESS talking took over any respect for us as CUSTOMERS ended!Sure hope no one else has to experience this RUDENESS

We made reservations hours before, showed up and sat down, after 10 mins passed for the first appointment, we saw I guy go ask one of the barber what the wait was and the said pick a number, so after waiting over 30 mins we go ask whats going on we have two appointments she said, well sometimes it doesnt work. And she said sorry. So we just went down the street got right in.

Old fashioned barber where they really take time with your hair. Best of all they will Bic your head! Prices are way too low so make sure you tip well.

If you need a fresh cut with that old corps feel come here...you wont be disappointed. So dont be upset if you have to wait a few minutes, its worth the wait.
