I think they were closed down. They are never open any part of the day.I was there at 10:30am on Monday morning. There door was locked and no one answered the phone.

Did not get the haircut I asked for and continually told the barber over and over again that I was a barber myself and told him how I wanted it cut and how to go about it. He totally ignored what I said and did what he wanted to do and the end result was a terrible cut that I really didnt want. I didnt even go to church for Passover (Easter) Sunday because his T-liners cut me completely up and I have scars all around the front and sides of my head. He continually kept talking while he did my hair which is a no go for professional barbers. The shop had a rated R comedy that had a lot of cursing on it playing in the shop and there were small children and minors in the shop. I would have rated it a zero star but there is no way to do that so I just gave what was the lowest rating.

To be honest, Im not flattered with the professionalism, the condition of the shop, the craftsmanship of the style, or the pricing. The lady my husband booked the appointment with passed him off to another stylist (because she overbooked.)For a wash and 4 braids my husband paid $45. The braids were neat, but the woman had to spritz the braids for them to stay so I dont think they will last and the placing of the braids werent symmetrical. I could have stated my piece and maybe got it fixed, but she had clients waiting as well and i was aggrevated. I dont think well be returning.

Entourage is clean and the workers are professional. This place is family oriented and the workers make sure youre happy.

MrEntourage himself cut my hair and left me with 2 hairlines and a choppy beard and one of his barbers came to work either drunk or hungover you could literally smell w.e he’d been drinking.
