Simple barber shop. Period. I dont need a fancy setting, a massage, complimentary BS, whatever gimmick other shops seem to need... Just want a quick professional cut with a pleasant stylist. And them being in my neighborhood makes it even better.

The Barbershop at Grove Park is the best barbershop in Jacksonville. A friendly staff of experienced barbers that specialize in mens and boys cuts. One of the few places where you can still get a straight razor neck shave also. Nikki, Rhonda, Shelby, and Harry get the job done right every time. If you are on the Southside and need to get cleaned up, definitely stop in and see them.

I was denied a haircut because I was a female even though I wanted a male style haircut. Ive always had a male style haircut. Ive never felt so discriminated against. Nowhere on their business card or on the outside of the store say anything about males only. If I had read that from the beginning I would have never entered. The website says specializes in mens and boys STYLES not men and boys only barbershop
