Just got a storage unit with Public Storage at property #28085. Scott in the front office was absolutely incredible. Answered all my questions and made the experience super enjoyable. Highly recommend this place. Nice gate up front to boost security for all your valuables.

I needed to store my belongings for a little over a month while in between moves. I chose this location because its not far from my new place. When I returned with my movers to unload the unit, I immediately noticed my items werent arranged the same way as Id left them. In speaking with the property management, apparently someone cut the lock and stole several items (mostly electronics but also some other items). They also claimed another persons unit had been broken into. I was advised to file a police report with JSO and to call Public Storages insurance company (thats been a whole other nightmare aside from the initial break in). When I asked about camera footage on the property for the police report, I was advised they dont have cameras on site with the exception of the front office...BUT they were oh so conveniently now installing them. At first I believed them until I started this review. Im literally looking at reviews from at least 2014, 2015, and 2016 on my sidebar on Yelp where at least THREE other peoples units were also broken into. So theyre just now installing cameras outside (so they claim) SEVEN years later?! Management also alleges they tried to contact me about the situation mid-August; Ive reviewed my call history. They did not. Im honestly beginning to wonder if its an inside job.Absolutely DO NOT use this location to store your personal property. Ive used Public Storage before in Virginia and never had any issues. Its egregious that this location is STILL experiencing break-ins after multiple customers have experienced and reported theft. The one review Im literally looking at from 7/15/2014 states, Dont rent from here unless your unit is completely closed in. Well guess what? Mine was a completely closed in unit and it was STILL broken into.

This location was great easy to book, and easy to vacate. Teresa had great customer service and was very welcoming. I definitely recommend.

Theresa made sure everything went smoothly and answered all one million questions I had. Unfortunately our catalytic converters was stolen at some point from our vehicle. Knowing that this facility is gated entry only it is very concerning that this happened, costing me well over $1000. Not a great way to welcome my husband home from deployment

This is by far the absolute best storage facility I have ever had!!! The employees here are so kind and extremely helpful with any and everything you will ever need at a storage facility! My company rents a unit here to store my equipment. I visit this site 4 times a week and it is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

I was having the hardest time with the online reservation for a unit (my cell service, not their web page) and the two gentleman inside (scott and Peter, ididnt think anyone was on location since the covid thing) must have seen my aggravation and come outside (left their cozy a.c office to stand in the 90° heat, hottest day of the year so far) to help me not only get the unit, but fix the 5 previous units I had reserved thinking when my phone would die or never went threw.. so thank yourguys. Youre the best

Im VERY disappointed in this place its such a scam! Advertised $45/month which actually was $60/month because they FORCE you to add THEIR insurance, which actually doesnt cover anything. And then kept increasing the price for no reason over the course of a year and a half. Now we are at $85/month for a tiny 5 by 10 none protected outside storage unit. Ridiculous!!!!

This is a really good place to use especially because of the staff they are really welcoming and helpful. Tammy and peter are the most kind people i have come across and they have beautiful characters. This is my second time using a storage unit and i will chose this place again.

Its the only place in south side area with superior customer services. The manager Scott is an outstanding guy and always took care of me and my friend like a family. We had our Jet skis there with lowest price in town. Compare their price to others you wont regret it.

Well what can I say best customer service ever. You may be like what its just a storage place but Scott the manager understood everything I was going through the stress that was on my back we had a wonderful conversation because what I am going through he related to me because he have been through the same situation. Oh the best part it was raining and he walked me the car with his umbrella and while it was raining walk in front of my car to show me where my storage unit was who you know would do such thing. I have rented storage unit before and they would tell u the number give u gate code and your on your own after that but he made my experience very comfortable and easy and even helped me choose a lock for the storage. Thank you so much public storage for hiring a man name Scott with excellent over and beyond customer service. I myself was in the customer service industry so customer service is everything to me not one negative thing to say. I even had rescheduled my appointment with him And he understood what I was going through put it for 3 and told me he put it for three incase I needed more time which I made it there by 1:30 Thank you again Scott. Management did the right thing. They called me back. My only problem is with Property Management. I was basically told by the property manager. I’m not gonna do anything for you. You need to call the district manager. In my profession if you aren’t able to do anything at your level you pass it to a supervisor. You don’t tell the customer to do it. I was told I needed to call.Long story short, Caleb the District Manager made things right.

Im leaving one because I cant leave 0. Yes my first interaction with them was pleasant. But other than that, this place is a joke $1 for the first month lies... I paid almost $100 on a $70 unit. I got my unit on the 15th of March and on the first of April they wanted another payment. My gate code was made invalid on April 5. So I paid 109 to reactivate my code, because I couldnt get access to my stuff. I have since removed my stuff and found cheaper but better storage.

Tammy was a great help to get our space rented. She was so nice and pleasant. Definitely made us happy to rent a storage space from this company. Have a wonderful Christmas!

It has a step hill so half the units are hard to get to, and it doesnt have a bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus they have their own mascots; rosters and chickens.
