This review concerns Aces and Jacks Automotive and EZ Towing and Repair (run out of same location by Aaron and Jimmy). Jimmy was very helpful in towing our truck and RV but overconfident in time frame for the work to be done. Bed of truck replaced. Truck back up camera no longer works. If tonneau cover is latched shut the tail gate will not shut. If tail gate is closed the tonneau cover will not latch. Poor at communicating/answering the phone/calling when said they would. Repeated delays in getting work done. They charged us for parts and labor that they said were not covered by the insurance company. Later we reviewed what insurance company had paid them and it included what we had been billed. When called them for clarification Aaron became argumentative and hostile on the phone (not the first time this happened when speaking with him). Aaron said to never call back and that they would not take our calls. Stay clear of them.

They have good people working for them. They also have Aces and Jacks Automotive here with lots of cars for sale

Worst towing company ever. The owner is the worst person on staff and all he wants to do is argue and act like a female dog.
