The owner Tony Perez is the best mechanic I know. Hes a hard worker and is always willing to work with the customer to get the right parts and the job done right. Hes good for everything from basic and minor repair jobs all the way up to doing builds for race cars. He can do it all.

Tony is one of those rare mechanics that tells you the truth. He can be trusted and the shop does a great job. My whole family goes to Veloz Motors and I recommend everyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Took my 2005 Nissan maxima to Firestone complete auto care due to rough running conditions..They told me my engine was dying and needed to be replaced...I took it to Tony at Veloz Motors..Tony diagnosed it and informed me that it needed 1 ignition coil replaced and 2 were not connected correctly..And he replaced the valve cover gasket..Tony is very knowledgeable about foreign engines....I WILL CONTINUE TO PATRONIZE ....THANKS

They broke my brake rotor while trying to install my wheel bearing on a steering knucklethat i brought them. Then they broke the brand new wheel bearing I had brought with for them to press in. This caused a 2 day delay. Finally they pressed in a much lower quality bearing than the one I had supplied and ruined the splines on the spindle in the process. Finally after cussing me out, the methed up shop helper that ruined my parts let me take the steering knuckle. I had to take it to a proper qualified mechanic who installed a yet another wheel bearing and a new hub and a new rotor. Ultimately Veloz cost me three days of downtime and damaged expensive parts that I would not have had to replace if it wasnt for their incompetence. The pictures are of the splines they damaged on the hub.

I have been dealing with Tony at Veloz Motors for over 6 years. He has worked on multiple vehicles for me and always provided excellent service for a reasonable price. I recommend this garage to all my friends and they have also been pleased with the service and value they received.

Tony is the best auto mechanic I know, I trust him like family with all my vehicles (my Dad and brothers are airline mechanics and have always worked on my cars until I had to move away from family). When I moved to Jacksonville in 2006 and went to various mechanics looking for someone I could trust like family and finally in 2010 I found Veloz Motors and have been going there for the past 9 years. He is honest, trustworthy and tells it like it is. If there is a possibility that a fix could be one of many options, he tells you up front all of your choices and when I check with family about the choices, they confirm his options are valid and related to the issue. He never charges your for parts or services that are not needed. I recommend Veloz Motors to everyone that wants an honest mechanic to keep their car running for the least amount of money. He has kept my daughters 1999 Buick Regal running since 2011 and it is still going strong. Thanks Tony!

Had to get gas flushed out of a diesel engine, gave me a much better rate than anyone else. Tony was very friendly as well fixed it right away.

I will never recommend this place, Unprofessional and hard to work with, After they worked on my car it stop working well, I am not sure if all the reviews here are real but I have a bad experience with them.

I hate to do this but if there was a rating lower then 1 i would click it . My boyfriend decided to bring his car here because we read the reviews online and they were pretty good so we trusted the reviews. Come to find out it was a big mistake we brought the car so we can be told what was wrong with it. When we went they were nice but they told us the car needed to have the timing fix witch we were charge for so we said go ahead thinking the car would start .Came the next day and car wouldnt start he said he needed to open the engine to check what was wrong with it because he thought it was the engine he said he can do the job but it will cost a thousand and something plus we needed to pay for water pump and other things to be change bc he suggested all that needed to be change he told us we can buy an engine and he would discount a little of the cost witch wasnt alot but the issue was he said even by fixing all that i cant tell you how the car would run . He gave us a few days to think about it or get it tow out. We decided to tow it out because he said he wasnt sure how the car would run and i didnt want to spend alot of money . We tow it out and i decided to have another mecanic check it . Come to find out he didnt do the timing witch he charge for because they fix the timing and the car ran like nothing . Since we seen that we started checking the whole car since it was sitting in the shop and we started seeing things missing that we ended up replacing . To be honest i dont know if it was just us that had this experience. We paid for the car to be check and paid for the timing to be fix since they said that was the problem and ended up wasting our money our time and replacing things they took out from the car me personally will never ever come back here .Especially since when we went we went with 3 family memebers and they all heard what the guy said and everyone from the shop kept looking at us and now i know why because they didnt fix nothing took things out and i felt like they didnt want to fix the car because is an older car . Very dissapointed since we were willing to pay to have car run but all they wanted was more money now car running but we had another mechanic fix it .
