If you do not feel like reading the whole review then I will summarize it by saying that they performed fantastic work bringing four curb rashed rims on my Honda S2000 back to nearly new OEM condition. The price was fair and the staff was very professional and upfront about everything. I would, and probably will, use them again. Joe was also fantastic to deal with.I have a Honda S2000 that had curb rash on every rim. I dropped off my car when they first opened hoping I would receive it back on the same day as I hate leaving the S2000 anywhere overnight as it is a soft top convertible that is highly sought after by car thieves. Joe, who I believe is the assistant manager, said they would make a best effort to get it completed that day. Thankfully they did have it completed that day. Joe was also very easy to work with.They did a fantastic job on the rims and made them look nearly new from the factory. The price was very fair (pretty much same as everyone else). They repaired the damage, powder coated the rims, machine faced, then clear coated the rims. By looking at them you would think they are brand new. I wanted the rims to look OEM and they achieved exactly that. They also did a great job balancing the tires as I do not feel any vibration from the steering wheel at any speed.Whenever I drop off a car somewhere I am always fearful that the car will be damaged somehow. I am glad to report the car was returned in the same condition I dropped it off just with brand new looking rims.I am extremely picky about work performed on my cars and I am happy to report that I can highly recommend this company.

I brought them wheels on Monday, March 1st, 2021. I have 4 Work CR Kai’s that I bought recently and didn’t realize just how destroyed they were until I seen them in person. They had been used for formula drifting. I decided to give them a try because my work place uses them for customers. Each wheel has at least two dents on the spokes, 1 wheel has curb rash all the way around so bad the lip was practically gone, another had curb rash all the way around, and 2 wheels had bends. I wanted them to be powder coated white too. Negasi told me he will do his best. It will take 7-10 business days and they won’t be perfect. Well March 4th, 2021 arrives and they text me that they are finished. They committed to fixing this wheel and they are ready. I was excited, and I went up to see them and I was shocked. They looked brand new! You couldn’t even tell there was any damage to the wheels. I have been throughly inspecting each lip to find out which one had no lip and I can’t tell. I was expecting for them to still have imperfections. As long as it looked good from 20 feet away I would be happy. I was so flabbergasted, I could only say “ you guys did an amazing job” and “ holy sh*t” the whole time. They resurrected my wheels at a pretty fair price. I will recommend this company to anybody who needs wheel repair. I’m so excited to put these on my car. Thank you so much Alloy wheel repair, and every employee who took pride in making these wheels look just the way it was when they were new.

Reply to your comment I came because yall said you all were done only to get there and find out you all were tracking my tire down also I did sit there you misplaced a whole tire didnt know if you would know how to follow directions to get to my destination didnt want to take another chance

After contacting multiple places about fixing my bent wheel and being told they could not do it because it was an aluminum rim I was referred to Nigasi by a tire company. My wheel was fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommended them to anyone needing any type of wheel repair!

AWRS of Jacksonville is exactly as their name indicates - specialists in their trade. I had a leaky tire for 2 months - bringing it in and out of Discount Tire. Discount Tire claims that the wheel was corroded, claimed to clean it up and apply sealer. This problem persisted for 3 months, before I brought it to AWRS. They were able to squeeze me into their tight schedule, diagnose the problem, and solve it. I have been leak-free for 3 months. They are professional, courteous, and experts in their field. Highly recommended!

Finally a place I can recommend people to have their wheels repaired, I am in the Off The Road Wheel Business and get calls about fixing/repairing wheels for Over The Road Wheels. Hope some of the recommendations have actually done some business.

They fixed my rim in less than 7 hours & it was only 100 dollars

I called a day before about my wheel repair the person on phone told me yes they can fix it I drove all the way from st Augustine to there location,then one of the personnel looked on my rim and told me no they cant repair it and waisted all my time... I took my wheel somewhere else and got my wheel fix in 10 minutes for half the price

I spoke with the owner about getting the curb rash fixed on my rim, he looked at it, gave me a price, said it would take about an hour and to come back on a sunny day. A week later I called and said I would be there at 1pm. We show up, my husband finds someone to come out saying we had an appointment. That guy started saying all this stuff we needed to do. We tell him we had already spoke to the owner and he had seen the rim. Then another guy comes out and says it will be all day that we have to wait. We asked to speak with the owner and we then got tired of waiting, so we left. We wasted 2 days with over 2 hrs round trip each time from where we live. If you dont want to do small jobs thats fine, but to have employees just trying to jack up the price, is very unprofessional. Lost our business.Response to owner: I get my information because I was there with my husband that day. I guess that information wasnt told to you. We spoke with 2 different guys that day, and they both wanted to do something different. I dealt with you, and had no issues. I just wanted the rim fixed.

These guys did an impressive job fixing the curb rash on the edge of my rims. My rims have a combination of black and polished metal look so the damage was pretty noticeable. They were able to fix it and it looks new. More importantly, the color looks the same as the rest of the wheels. They were also pretty responsive to email/calls and easy to talk to. I left my car in the morning 9a.m. and I picked it up after work in the afternoon. I guess it depends on the damage on the wheel. If it requires painting and complex repair, be prepared to wait or leave your car there. Also your TPMS light, if you have one, might turn on after leaving the shop. Just be sure to check tire pressure and reset your TPMS. This happens if they take off the tire from the rims during repair.

Dont use this company!! They are awful!! They repaired 3 of my wheels and painted the inside of my wheels black. The original is silver not black. There is dirt all on the inside of the paint and has fisheyes. IMO this company is unprofessional. When we contacted the owner Negssi he would not even talk to us. Because Mini of Jacksonville hired him, he claims we are not his customer. Save your time and money, find someone else!

Was relieved that I was able to get the rim repaired after my wife nailed a curb trying to pull uturn. Guys were super nice, in and out same day.

I cant give this review anything more than 1 star not because of the the quality but because of the lack of customer service and care they had for representing themselves 100%. When profits come before your customer there really is an issue and something needs to be changed.I brought in 4 OEM rims to have repaired because I was in an accident and was told wrong by the gentlemen at Tires Plus that the rims were bent and needed repair. My rims in fact were perfect and did not need to be repaired nor painted. I asked to be contacted before having the rims be painted because I didn’t want to have them painted if they were not even damaged (which they weren’t). Then they couldn’t put one rim on correctly so instead of telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, they decided to have some paint guy from the garage who was a “mechanic” attempt to fix the issue. After getting my car back almost a day later, the problem was “fixed” with four sensors now off and still no explanation as to why the sensors were off or what they did to jerry-rig my rim. The owner said he would take it to a “body shop” but honestly I didn’t want me vehicle in the shop for days on end not knowing what the issue is.I still don’t know what the issue is. My ride is all jacked up & I now am going to have to spend more money to fix the problem. More money that I wouldn’t of had to spend if these guys had just number one, been straight up and honest with me, by telling me that the rims did not even need repair.

My front passenger side wheel on my Porsche Panamera was bent and the dealer said it would cost $2400 to replace the wheel (no other options). I called a few businesses that offered wheel straightening, and this one was the best! The owner, Nigasi, came to my house and straightened my rim within an hour for $150. You will have to have the tire balanced afterwards ($25), but now my car is driving as if I purschased the $2400 rim! Great service and great price! Thank you Nigasi and AWRS!!!
