If I could write 0 stars I would. Drove 45 minutes after being sent the wrong address. Put me another mile up the street no big deal. I’m 20 minutes early for my appointment no one is there, no answer to my call. Get a TEXT back apologizing for having to fire a technician and they would have to reschedule. Typically I’m an understanding guy. However, after driving 45 minutes one way and getting told AFTER I SHOW UP with 3 hours of sleep from working late the night before and no other day to reschedule...not a happy guy. Duval Ford recommended me, but I’ll find anyone else at this point. I was even willing to pay the $200-$300 he quoted me from the pictures I sent with measurements of the 2 tiny scratches. Very dissatisfied.
