Were happy with our purchase and the service team has done a good job.

Arrived but didnt feel very welcomed. Was talking to an associate about trading car in but while one gentleman was checking the car out, the rep I first talked to jumped to another couple immediately and left me hanging. After sitting for about 15 minutes with no interaction I left. Not going to say it had anything to do with race but the attentive response to a customer waiting was disappointing. Dont think Ill deal with the used car sector over here any time soon.

Thomas Batie was great to work with. Definitely one of the better car buying experiences. Would highly recommend working with him.

I am not sure what was going on the day the first reviewer (2 Stars) was there, but I suspect it was while they were settling in at their new location. I have had my Subie serviced at this dealership since buying it there two years ago. The old location was nice, and so is the new one. The new location has a much larger waiting area with coffee, water, multiple restrooms, and lots of places to plug in and charge up if needed to use the free and pretty decent Wifi. The Wifi extends to the large covered area outside where there are clean picnic tables to sit out if you prefer for your wait to be al fresco. My service person was professional and quick and answered all my questions. They also advised me of savings opportunities for future visits. I was in and out in less than an hour. Will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership.

What does not clean my car properly it took a very long time to rotate tires and change the oil.. Was not coffee at all
