Very knowledgeable. After researching some issues I was having with my air pump, they were able to give me confidence I was dealing with professionals who also had great public relations. Considerably busy, a good sign, but also something to realize if youre not willing to put aside the time. Discount on parts and labor for military and senior citizens. Id heavily recommend them after being disappointed in other places. *cough cough brakemasters cough*

I took a 2004 Jetta in a couple months back. They were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem for a decent price. I also called them the other day for a separate question while I was out of state and they were happy to help. Its convenient to base too. Keep in mind the location is actually on the West side of the road down just north of the Meat Shoppe, not as far North as Google shows.

The customer service here is supurb and product knowledge is a 10. Great reliable place to take car and be insured that you will get the best service out here.

I have used Sherrills Automotive for towing on two separate occasions. Both times they offered quick, prompt, and friendly service at a reasonable price. Since I had such a good experience, I decided to call and speak to Mr. Sherrill regarding a problem I was having with my car. He immediately diagnosed the problem to me without trying to make a fast buck, which is highly respectable because most automotive stores/ car lots usually take advantage of women and the fact that they dont know a lot about cars. Sherrills is the only place I will use for my vehicle repairs,etc.
