Just moved to the area and was looking for a reputable mechanic that can service my 650CI. Was referred to Sams by a neighbor and couldnt be happier.Very professional, thorough, and most important HONEST! Mechanics and honesty are terms typically not used in the same sentence. I was very pleased with the level of service and knowledge they have. If you want the job to get done the first time you go to the experts. I believe those experts to be the fine people at Sams.Most recently I had an issue with my convertible top not closing. After a few days in the shop I was sure the bill would be over $1k. To my surprise they charged me $0. The issue took them less than an hour to complete so they were kind enough not only to nix charge but also show me how to fix the issue (its common in these types of cars) myself.HUGE thanks to Robert and Sam for being stand up gentlemen. I only wish they were closer to my home! Well done fellas.

I brought my 2001 525i in when it began a loud knocking sound. The team as Sams was very friendly and straight forward, no BS and didnt try to upsell me for fixes that werent required. Three days later my car drives better than ever and at about half the price I expected to pay. Way to go guys 🙌

Decided to forgo the BMW dealership this cycle and try Sams - sure enough, my precious (single-owner) M3 was in good hands from the start! they performed an oil change, brake service flush and also provided feedback on considerations based on mechanical history of my model BMW, to include detailed parts, prices and how to best approach the future repair. throughout my visit all their staff were top notch, answered all my questions in full detail and treated me as an important customer - i will def return. the best part, aside from the excellent customer service, is that i paid half the price compared to dealership. book in advance b/c they stay busy for a reason!

This shop is absolutely incredible! Considering I am not from Jacksonville, I was uncertain where to start my search for a mechanic. Due to the high volume of shops in the area, many people warn you to question all services quoted and provided.The mechanics at Sams Automotive are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. Their BMW expertise has provided a relief with all of my automotive concerns.I would recommend this shop to all.....fairly priced, friendly and BMW experts.

Really wanted this repair experience to go well as I was referred by a good friend, unfortunately, it did not. I made an appointment for two weeks out to bring the car to the shop. I dropped the car off on a Friday and they said they likely wont look at it until Monday. I told them fine with me. Then days went by. I called twice and was told they are really busy and have a tech or two out. I understood as this is a small business. I was patient even though i had rented another vehicle for 4 days at my expense. Then MORE days went by and I called again. Then 13 days later they got around to looking at the car. A full 2 weeks before they even looked at it! At that point I was annoyed and just told them I would pick up the car two days later. When I showed up, the car was still on the lift so i had to wait yet again. Nobody ever attempted to apologize. I even called Sam himself and asked for a call back, but never got one. So the car was never fixed, and they wasted a lot of my time. I paid them for an hour labor and will never return.

I called for a quote, I have bought my parts i just needed the work. The lady tried to insist we use their vendors and that they cant really do the work unless we buy through them and give them more money. Terribke communication skills.

Sam and his crew are amongst the best in the nation!!!! If you bring your car else where you are wasting money and will not get the level of service they perform! This shop is top notch! I took my BMW 335i here after going to RPM. RPM did not have the right tools and knowledge to do the job. So glad I brought my car here. Wayne provided the most outstanding service Ive ever experienced. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but was so understanding. His passion for cars shows and gives truthful feedback. He let me know what needed to be done today and what could wait. Coming from Miami Ive had such a hard time finding people who know about BMWs. Skip the dealership and come here! BMW blew me off and did not return my calls after multiple attempts. I had to wait about a month for an appt. Luckily I have another vehicle. I recommend calling ahead. I cant say enough good things about Sams Auto. Truly superior service. Thank you guys so much!!!

They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when installing my aftermarket differential (Paul knows his stuff). They have all of the resources of the dealer with higher quality work and service at a fraction of the price. I will be bringing my car here for all of my future needs.

I dropped my car off at there business because my doors wouldnt unlock do I had to leave windows diwd in the rain. I dropped my car off they said they would try to fit me into a schedule but they had my car for ten (10) days never done anything never called me to say they couldnt do it or will ever get to it. I was referred by some good friends who said they wont return either.

Have been taking my 03 525i to Sams for over 10 years. Never been disappointed. Prices are a little high (umm it’s a Bimmer) but repairs are done right, they explain what they did and why, and will make suggestions on future work that may need to be done, but no pressure. Have talked with Sam several times over the years. He doesn’t know me from Adam, but he is always pleasant and willing to answer questions.

Sams is a bit pricey as are any shops for BMWs but he has saved me a lot of money in the past. When it comes to having non-warranty service done on any BMW I would highly recommend Sam. Other shops arent familiar with BMWs but Sam is dedicated to BMWs alone. This is the shop for BMW maintenance and repairs.
