I’ve been taking our cars here for 9 years and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. Rob Mays is excellent and has always been so helpful and they get the work done in the time promised. Very very great body shop, they fixed my baby so well you can’t tell the accident ever happened . It took 1 month to fix but was well worth the wait. My car looked just as pristine as it did before the accident. I was even more surprised they were able to find my custom colored paint. the only issue was the black glove marks On my cream colored cloth on the roof of my car and the sun visor but no worries it came right out with a few Clorox wipes And now looks like they were never there. Overall i am very pleased with the work that was done .

They did a great gob in March of 2020 after I was rear-ended in my new car and on Tuesday I returned to have more damage fixed. Drove over a chair this time.Again in Feb. 2021 (I think) I hit a chair (or card table/not sure) on 295 and had to take my Pathfinder in again! They did a GREAT JOB AGAIN!Once again in June 2021 (I think) My other car was rear-ended on the Buckman bridge at about 3:30 AM. @cars on the road and BANM! For the third time Sunbeam Autobody knocked it out of the park and my other car looked fabulous! Thank you to my Sunbeam Autobody team!
All I can say is WOW!I was referred to Sunbeam Auto body from my insurance company and took my car in to have some repairs done. They were on top of it the whole time! The car looks amazing, like new and I was very nicely surprised when I picked up the car to find out they had detailed inside and out! Billing and repairs went so smooth. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing any work done to their vehicle. Great service in the office, warehouse and beyond. If I ever need another repair Ill absolutely use them!
Was there to get an estimate on my truck. The front desk greeter was friendly and responsive. I showed up 1/2 early to my appointment time and they took me in right away. The inspector noticed more damage than what I originally saw and was courtesy about pointing it out. The inspection was quick, simple and they were ready for me with all their paperwork. Answered all my questions as well. Would highly recommend them for accident claims work.

It seems if you are an insurance claim, then there is no need for customer service. They kept my car an extra day for a hub cap. When I called back because I had some questions pertaining to my repair, they never returned my call. I guess they got their money so no need to call back. The work was okay, missed some screws in putting back frame. I had been to them before about another repair and as other reviews have said, they dont give estimates. I asked for an estimate on this and they wouldnt give one. The only professional people are the ladies at the front desk who answer the phones. I will never go back or recommend them!

Sunbeam tries hard to be a good Auto body shop but lacks the quality to actually pull it off. Weve had 2 different experiences with them with two different vehicles; both with sub-par results. They are more than willing to work hard to earn your business and their service is pretty good, but even after taking it in several times they have yet to return my vehicle to its original condition. Even after multiple complaints it is still not right. Our other vehicles new paint repair is a different color than the original. Shake my head...
Car was finished on the date expected. Dealt with David he took great care of us. All the work done looks great! Transition with Enterprise rental on site and handled quickly.
I have to say the team at sunbeam auto-body was definitely the light at the end of the tunnel for me after a awful event that I hope no one has to go through. They worked very fast and diligently at get my car back to Optimal running performance. They take pride in there work and go above and beyond for customers and exceed at outstanding Service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and if I ever need them again I know I will be in good hands.

I had both of my vehicles repaired here! Very pleased! I’m not sure about the negative posts because I didn’t have to wait long at all and everyone knew what vehicle was mine when I asked for updates. I’m a mechanical engineer and checked the work very closely, I have found no problems. Safety is not a concern for me at this shop.

Great front office, quick to make repairs but lack a Quality Assurance process before delivering the vehicle to the customer. Had to return my vehicle for obvious workmanship issues 2 days after picking it up, not accident related but caused by Sunbeam. I picked up my vehicle today, lets just say it was a subpar effort.
I actually ended up not having work done here, but that was because of an honest staff member who explained I didnt need to. Id definitely give them my business in the future.
I have never in my life done business with a more unprofessional auto body shop! They tried to give me my car back with half done repairs TWICE, I guess they treat women differently because I promise if I was a man they wouldn’t have tried that with them. The two ladies at the front desk have attitudes that are the absolute worst! What should’ve taken 10 minutes to check out (after waiting 2 weeks to get my car) took 30 because they take their sweet time & could care less about their customers & their time. Never again. I will spend my money & take my business elsewhere.

Just left Sunbeam and they did a phenomenal job! First accident ever, and they made everything so easy. Cant even tell that I hit my fender because the work is so flawless. The customer service is top notch and the fact that they are family owned and operated is a huge bonus. Thanks Sunbeam for making an incident that could be terrible as best as possible!

Fast, friendly, honest. We had an issue with a fuse being put in backwards when my car was repaired here months ago after a bad accident. It was recommended by my insurance agent. When my battery died out of nowhere 6 months later, the tech from the shop I had it towed said a fuse was put in incorrectly, and that it cause my battery to short and die. It is a $200 specialty battery, plus installation and service etc... almost $300 in total. I called my insurance agent, who told me to contact Sunbeam and see what they can do to fix the issue and reimburse me. As soon as I got there, the lady who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly (I think her name was Michelle). She said they would fix it and reimburse me 100%. They also fixed an issue that broke in the accident and was never fixed: the camera on the passenger side mirror. It needed to be synced again. Since they couldnt do it there, but needed an actual Honda Dealership to do it, they sent it to the nearest one, and it was ready the next day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing car repairs or questions answered.

Quality repairs. Shop was recommended by Geico as one of their certified repair centers and they did not disappoint. My car was repaired quickly, properly, and was even returned in cleaner condition than when I had it taken there. Front office staff was very kind and helpful, and so was the staff who made sure I was happy with how my car looked and drove before I paid for it. I would definitely recommend this business!
I could not be less satisfied... I would give a zero if able. First, when I dropped the car off it had 160 miles of gas in it. When I picked it up there was 131 miles of gas in it and only driven one mile. I called and complained after I left and their excuse was that they had the car running while they washed it...and to that I asked why?? He gave me some crap excuse about having to do that to make sure the windows dried properly. Secondly, the check engine light was not on when I dropped it off and it was one when I picked it up...again I complained. He nonchalantly said, bring it back and Ill hook it up to see why....like no big deal. And third, which my husband noticed once I was already home, is that the bumper they fixed was reattached way low. From behind you can see the frame between the bumper and tailgate..and from the side the back panel and bumper do not line up at all. The bumper literally looks like it is hanging off. I will be back there tomorrow.....but NEVER again!!!!
I gave a two stars instead of one because manager eas nice, however he has no idea what his employees are doing. I had my car repaired and they had to replace my side mirror and did not know how to hook my sensor up on my car. Instead they broke it and put tape around it. I argued knowing something bogus was going on. Im a woman but a smart one. Why...all you had to do is u-tube it!😡

Horrendous customer service. They never updated us on our vehicle after weeks. And when they did, it was because we had to surprise them by driving up there to get an answer from them. Keep in mind this was an insurance job. They left orange peel, paint looked like garbage, and there was still a dent in an area they fixed but called and told us it was ready to be picked up. NEVER recommending this shop to anyone. Considering they completely ruined our vehicle by not leaving the windows down during a storm and leaving the floor soaked. They went out of their way to prove us wrong so they wouldnt have to replace the damage they did by forcing water to find leaks. When in fact there was none before we dropoed it off at the shop. Too many shady people are working there, and very (no one) little to trust there. Disgusting how unprofessional this whole experience this was. (This entire process took over 2 months.)
I was rear ended Recently, which resulted in repair needs. The other parties insurance provider is Geico, which offered the option for a turnkey repair via their selected auto body shop.Not only was my car ready several days before the expected completion date, but they did a beautiful job on the repair AND my car was cleaned & detailed, which was greatly needed with two kids & a carpool.

I had to use them due to a geico claim .I believe thats why I got such poor service. Since it is a guaranteed contract they dont give 100 percent. I was told on Monday my truck would be fixed by Friday. I never got a call from them. I had to call them on Friday to find out it would he next Wednesday. Like I said they didnt care because its a insurance claim. I personally will never use them. If they dont make enough money off insurance claims then dont do them. Dont let some insurance company dictate the quality of service you provide.
My car was rear ended and Geico suggested Sunbeam. The repair was done perfectly and professionally. Jessica the service manager was great and a pleasure to do business with. The whole process couldnt have been better. I highly recommend Sunbeam Autobody.
This is a great auto body repair shop. Excellent work, fast and they handled much of the insurance issues for me
So I woke up one morning and go out to my car to find that someone stole my stock rims off of my car and did not even put the car up on cinder blocks. They literally let the car drop straight on the rotors. So I call Geico and they tell me they are going to tow the car to Sunbeam Auto Body for the repairs to the bumper panels (left and right) sides as well as what ever damage was done to the undercarriage of the car when the car dropped to the ground. 9 days after I have my car towed to Sunbeam Auto Body I get a call from them letting me know the car is ready for pickup. I drive 45 minutes to go pick the car up and when I drive off the car is making a really loud rubbing noise from the wheels. I turn the car around and bring it right back and this guy Joseph Freeman says :oh we must have missed that I said to him how can you miss that when you just drove the car around the building to bring the car to me? He had no response to that question, and began getting angry towards me for his mistake. So I leave the car there and 12 days later they call me telling me its complete and I can pickup the car now. I drive there again and when I get there they refuse to give me any paper work on the work they did to the car($4,900) work of work that they refuse to give me paper work on. Makes me wonder if they even did anything to the car. So I get in the car and there are dirty hand prints all over the inside of the roof and on my seats and pretty much all over the inside of the car. Then I look and there are parts of my car that they broke, little panels, my dome light, my inside door handles and a bunch of other things. So now I have a car with only 19,000 miles on it that I make a large monthly payment on that is all messed up after bringing it to Sunbeam Autobody. The car is more damaged now then it was before I brought the car to them. I would NEVER recommend going to this place, there is so much more I can add but dont have the time to write about it. This place was by far the worst experience I have ever received at a car repair shop in my entire life.
I used this company to repair my vehicle because they were recommended by my insurance company. They did a really shoddy job putting the front end back together. The hood wasnt flush and the lights looked crooked. I recently had engine trouble that I was told by my insurance would be covered under the lifetime warranty since they had replaced that previously. But after I got the vehicle towed there they tried to charge me for repairs. Very untrustworthy and clueless office staff. Run away!

The absolute WORST place to get your car fixed at. Never ever use them. Not only will they not communicate with you during the repair, once you get your car back you end up with more problems than before. Which of course is not their fault. I came in without my check engine light on and picked it up with it on... They say its not their fault and arent taking responsibility for it. There are now scratches on my car & my brakes are not working properly.I will never use them again and you shouldnt either.They had my car for over 3 weeks and not once did they call me with an update. I ALWAYS had to call them.Terrible service, terrible people, with terrible attitudes!
I picked up my Nissan Maxima and everything looked great, so from a work standpoint, I was pleased. The problem is I placed a bag of change (considerable amount) in the center console as a trust test, they failed. Cannot promise Ill be returning.
I was referred to them by Geico and I could not be happier with the service I received. Having an Enterprise rep on site made it a one stop shop for me, and everyone was very friendly. They called me the same day to give me an estimate on the damage and a time frame for the repair. It ended up being ready in half the time. I was shocked. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and best of all, they cleaned the inside too (it was a mess from traveling with my cat in the car for 12 hours). I highly recommend Sunbeam.

Went through Geico for my auto body repair. Loved that they got me right in. 5 stars. Loved they had Geico in house. Five stars. Hated how I had to call to find out my car was done. 2 stars. Hated how there was paint overspray on my windows and on two door components. 1 star. Loved they were willing to repair 5 stars. Hated how they could NEVER find me in the computer when I called. 0 stars

Got into a wreck and they fixed that problem, but they took out small accessories from my car that shouldve never been tampered with and never put them back in, but worst of all there were huge horizontal scrapes and scratches on my passengers window that were never there before. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you get an estimate from this people because Geico tells you to go there... take the check and have it repaired elsewhere. You have the right to have your car repaired wherever you like to.Keep in mind, don’t leave your car there. They will have a different estimate for you if you repair it there or elsewhere. If you pull it out, they will charge you tear down fee. Typical body shop scheme. The only difference is this time GEICO is in on it. They charge of an estimate! That should be a red flag that I ignored.Insurance mill jobs! Their lifetime warranty is a scheme to get you there to sign the authorization. You will get tired coming back to get it fixed right. They will cause more damage in your car that is not part of the accident.They also have employees leaving 5 star feedbacks here like we don’t know :) ???Bad people! Thieves! Crooks!

Worst ever service! They dont even deserve 1star. Took 3 weeks for what should of been 1 week and no one ever calls you back to update you. You have to constantly call them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Geico needs to terminate their contract!
Took well over a week to recieve my vehicle back, when it was promised to be done in a week. Then I get contacted from Sunbeam by the associate for USAA a few months later, and he tells me I owe more on my bill, when I paid it in full months prior. Scammers and lazy associates. Dont recommend.

Excellent work. Painfully slow. Geico and Enterprise are onsite which can be handy. The staff are a bit of a mixed bag. There are some folks who are cheerful and happy to help in what can be a stressful situation. There are others who seem shocked when you walk in the front door and even more dumbfounded when you approach them to attempt to speak to them re your vehicle. The thought process seems to sometimes be, Who are you? Why are you in my house which is not a place of business? Hmmm, best to gawk at you like a zoo animal... Gasp! It speaks! Is it attempting to communicate with its mouthwords? You get the picture. Top notch work if youve got time and your insurance will cover a rental car.
Great experience. Went there for tots front end repair on daughters car as part of Geico claim. Loved the full integration with Geico- from the front end tow arrangement to the guarantees to the on site Geico rep to help answer questions. Provided great feedback whenever I had questions. Fixed car in time specified. Frankly, I didnt know if the car was fixable but it looks brand-new now and it drives great.Thanks people at Sunbeam and Geico. Outstanding job!
