Update: ID.4 is now at the shop for indefinite time for an electric system error code. Code has not been fixed but the service manger said it was safe to take, but we are in new territory and just don’t know. I’m sure Chevy said the bolt was safe too. His techs told me yesterday if I wanted to take it I would have had to sign saying I was taking it at my own risk, and they did not recommend it. No one at VW can give an ETA for the part.Went to multiple dealerships before this one, so glad we ended up here. Jag really made it a nice buying experience. No pressure, knowledgeable, and no hidden dealership fees. Ive also used their service department and it seems the entire dealership is an amazing team. I asked them to make sure my vehicle was ready by a certain time, and they did. I really appreciate Brittanys help with my car.

Rob Delvecchio is TOP NOTCH! When I explained to him that it took me 2 months to spend $1500 on a new laptop and this was a $40k vehicle, he took it in stride and kept on explaining the great value I would be getting with the 2021.5 Atlas. It is such a spacious SUV, even my 7 4 fiancé fits and doesnt have to fold himself in half. While they shipped a car that had captains chairs instead of bench seat, we worked out a deal and Rob was able to Gimme them rims Rob. No he didnt give them to me, almost, but it was a fun negotiation. I brought my consigliere brother Alessandro to oversee the initial discussions.Everyone in the dealership was amazing, including the GM Chuck, the financial advisor Rob Davidson and the sales manager Shannon but the true star was Rob Delvecchio. I think this guy has worked at every car manufacturer possible which is such an asset because he can explain why other cars are inferior to what he is selling you. I think what I liked most about Rob was that he wanted to make sure I was getting the best car for my goals and needs. He was not pushy, he was a great communicator and negotiator. He also got me a loaner for the weekend since I had totaled my VW Jetta. Great sales tactic because it ensured I had to come back to the dealership....I see you Rob! Anyway, we had fun picking out a car and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase and new rims when they come in!

Came in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and a half. Waited there for it to get done and it ended up being two and a half hours, which forced me to cancel my plans for the day because I wouldn’t be able to make it in time.UPDATE: I also had them order a part for my car. Came in a week later and they ordered the wrong part. Very inconvenient when I live 30 minutes away. Sadly I might have saved time going to a further away Volkswagen dealership for this work.

We came in looking for another vehicle, that was unfortunately sold. Jag was our salesperson, who was referred to us by Anthony. On our way home from Savannah we were caught in traffic from a serious accident that put us on a lengthy detour and when we stopped the car battery just died. Saturday late afternoon and every other dealership says sorry we close in five minutes...NOT OSteen! They said come on in, well wait for you. Not only did they wait, and change out the battery but checked (and topped off) the oil and gave the car a quick wash before sending us on our way. Chris and Garrett went out of their way to help some weary travelers and I cant thank them enough!

My car purchase at OSteen was the easily the best car buying experience Ive had. I live in Texas and purchased a used GTI from OSteen. After driving over 1000 miles to the dealership, everything was just as we had discussed over the phone - the car, the price, and the offer for my trade-in. The whole transaction was completed in less than an hour. Jag, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to assure me that everything would go smoothly once I arrived. Do not buy a care here!. I bought a new Tiquan. Had it in the shop over 25 times while under warranty. The dealership offered me 1000 dollars off if I trade in my lemon and but another Volkswagen. Cant get then to return a call to resolve the situation. Sometimes you can just get a bad car, it happens. However the dealer should resolve it.

I can say the people are a great asset to this company. I was greeted with no pressure in buying and everyone was so kind. The atmosphere was welcoming. Jessica Jordan was my salesperson. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I love my Toyota 4Runner that I purchased last week!! The dealership has a very friendly staff and everyone makes you feel welcome. I did run into an issue with them following through with a commitment. Lou, the sales manager, was so awesome. My husband pointed out that one of the front speakers was blown, and the interior of the vehicle smelled like dog and had sticky stuff on the armrest. Lou said he would have a complete detail and the speaker checked on when I brought the car back for alignment. The handle to lower the seat to access 3rd row was supposed to be fixed, too. I bring the car back (mind you, we live in Georgia so it’s a good drive) and they gave me a loaner. I get a call a few hours later that it’s done. I ask about the detail, speaker, and handle and am told because Jessica didn’t write it on the paper, it wouldn’t be done. I even asked Jessica if she needed to put it on the paper when she was filling it out. And apparently Lou no longer works there in that 3 day window so he couldn’t vouch for what he promised me. They agreed to order the handle but nothing on the speaker. I picked the car up and only the exterior was detailed. I would recommend them but make sure all of your expectations are written on the paper.

Purchased a 2020 Tiguan. My salesman was Trey. Great salesman however failed to mention before the sale that my car only had one key and I would have to wait for it. Once he did, he told me Id get it in a couple of days..no worries. Three weeks later... after coming by the office weekly theres my key after I say I refuse to wait any longer. Not professional. Tire caught a flat one week later. Bought a tire pkg warranty but trying to used it was a pain! Service dept (Chris) sucked. Rude and obviously unfriendly. Although mgt had him apologize it was hollow.

Excellent customer service by Lou the sales manager and Marc my salesman. I purchased a 2019 Atlas yesterday. Lou gave me a great offer on my trade and Marc found me a beautiful 2019 Atlas. However after getting home and learning more about my car I realized I made a big mistake and did not purchase the trim level I thought I did. I fretted over it all night and went back and talk to Lou the next morning. Lou said we want you to be happy its not just a new pair of shoes. They found me a Atlas at the trim level I wanted and we worked out a even better deal than the first car. Very please with OSteen for doing me right. They earned my loyalty going forward!

The service was quite professional and prompt - Brittany was a joy to deal with as she was engaging and professional. My car functions better than when I purchased it (2016 Volkswagen Passat). Great experience. The salesman, Marc Trice, was able to find the color/model I was looking for after a quick call (and this was a very specific request as my wife was looking for the same model and trim I have - nerdy, I know, but the Atlus SEL Premium feels like it should MSRP much higher).When we showed up, the car was already pulled up waiting for us. Once in the dealership, he kept the process quick and easy. I was in and out in 30 mins, including financing paperwork. Ive been though some painful experiences with new cars in the past, and to avoid that, call and ask for Marc.

This place has the worse service department in town. They had our car for two weeks because they could not program the ecm. If you are a authorized Volkswagen dealership you should have the ability to program an ECM quicker then two weeks.

My husband and I stopped by on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. Our plan was to just look at the Atlas, test drive one, and ask a few questions. After speaking with Andrew and driving an Atlas, we went home to think it over. First thing Friday morning we sent Andrew an email to let him know we would be out of town for the weekend, but couldn’t get an Atlas we saw on the lot out of our heads. We started getting a deal together, and after setting everything up through phone calls and emails, we stopped by after work Monday night to pick up our new car. I dragged Jag around the car lot in the evening and didnt return for two days. Then came back after I saw another car on the site and bought it. Jag worked well for me.

I brought my car in for service today and Brittany (my service manager) was extremely professional and courteous. The salesman who saw me wondering the showroom was pleasant and offered to answer any questions regarding a new vehicle, even though I let him know that I wasnt in the market for one. I witnessed the who I believed to be the general manager interact with a few other people waiting and overall seemed like a nice guy.Needless to say I will only be going to OSteen for my future VW needs!

Sitting in the waiting room right now at 12:30pm for a vehicle that I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours and it’s been over 3. When I asked the service advisors they said my car is up in the air on the machine but the tech has gone out to lunch so there is no way to give me a timeframe. This is ridiculous!

Sales associate Randall was friendly and is very knowledgable about the 2019 Tiguan. He went thru the infotainment system before we drove and talked to us about its passive and active safety systems while on the highway. No pressure and was upfront.

I love my new VW Golf!! What a great experience Jag Jag provided!! He was knowledgeable but he was also very helpful, respectful, not pushy, and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend Jag Jag and look forward to working with him again in the future!!

Trey Miller was my salesman when I bought my Volkswagen Tiguan. This was my first car buying experience. I had my parents and boyfriend with me and he was very friendly and patient with everyone.
