A engine service was performed but needed to be REDONE by another mechanic. He refused to honor the warranty and chose to hire an attorney rather than satisfy my warranty issue.

Amy (desk attendant) is very customer friendly. Gabriel (owner I think) is very rude and unprofessional! He doesnt seem to value the customers wanting to understand the process or ask any questions. It seems as though questions are out of the question! Sorry sir, youre proving a service, therefore customer service is a must. I know where my hard earned retirement money is best spent. Furthermore, if you cant get diagnostic done from open to close, thats understandable but at least let the customer know.

Customers service is great, but how do you Diagnosis on my car and it still in the same spot where I left it. Then you take off all these parts and didnt replace them. Then you didnt give a diagnosis, you think it need this, you think it need that. You should pay me back. And thanks for the tools you left under the hood.

Smaller garage but really knows their Porsche and Mercedes stuff. A lot cheaper than main dealers and very friendly and thorough service.

Rude and unprofessional. A simple oil change and tune up is now a nightmare. My car is now leaking in places where it wasnt leaking before. I am taking it somewhere else to have it looked at and will add another comment after. For now, DO NOT GO THERE!

I took my 2002 M3 in for a simple check up I was told would take no more than a day and an oil change. The car was originally smelling of burning oil and I was hoping that when they checked it out they would find out what was wrong. They claimed there was a small oil leak coming from the valve gasket cover so I went ahead and told them to replace the valve gasket cover. Once the valve gasket cover and an oil change was done I received the car with a service Oil light still on. I called the establishment and spoke to a guy who said the secretary isnt here she is out sick call back when she is here and we can help with that. So I drive the car for a few days call back she still isnt there and I ask to speak to the owner. Gabriel gets on the phone and tells me hes very sorry and I can bring it by anytime and they will clear this code. I then ask him if they can look up previous work done to my car since it has been serviced there before dating back to 2008. He tells me the secretary is sick call back when she is working and she can get it for me. Another week goes by I still smell burning oil and the secretary is still sick...at this point im assuming after two weeks and a few days she is either deathly ill or quit. Either way I never received any information on what I needed. I found old paperwork in a file cabinet from the previous owner (family member). It appears they stated on there paperwork 60,000 mile service which BMW refers as an inspection 2. Many things are done in this inspection I wont get into detail but the biggest thing is a valve adjustment. I call the shop and speak with a mechanic that answers and ask him if they do a valve adjustment for a 2002 e46 M3. The mechanic states no, that doesnt need to ever get done....I ask him if hes completely sure about that because ive read otherwise. He puts me on old and then says...well ill be damned I guess it does need to get done, youll have to speak to gabriel about that to see if it was done.....it was never done.I then take the car to the BMW dealership in Orange park to be serviced and they do a checkup and notice the oil pan is leaking and the rear dif. is leaking....both seals which were replaced by Autobahn March 9th of 2009 ( have a very extensive paperwork history on my car now). They replace both and I still notice a burning oil smell. It turns out the valve gasket cover is still leaking according to BMW since it has only been 3 weeks since Autobahn has serviced the vehicle I decided to take it back to them. After driving on sunday prior to taking it to Autobahn (theyre closed on the weekends) my car completely bogs down and their is a very loud ticking noise. So $270.00 later (spent at autobahn) then $2900 dollars later (spent at BMW of OP to fix things Autobahn has done previously) I have the car towed back to autobahn (the car is now no longer driveable) to fix there shotty work. They claim to have fixed the valve gasket cover and there is no longer a leak. I take it back to BMW of OP because im absolutely scared to death to have anyone at Autobahn touch my car. BMW sends me a picture of the inside of my valve cover gasket where pieces had been broken off and missing inside my cylinder head. After BMW replaced a broken rocker clip and did the valve adjustment and fixed the shotty valve cover gasket job (autobahn replaced the gasket seal incorrectly), Im happy to say my car finally drives right for the first time since Ive owned it.Moral of the story is, if youre trying to pinch pennies, you get what you pay for.
