Tried using their service only because it is who Home Depot uses for their extended warranty work. I had original claim in and they closed it claiming no one responded to their phone call. No phone calls ever received, not to confirm appt. nor to tell me they were at my house. Had to submit a new claim for two days later. Still no confirmation call. I’ve left 4 voicemails with them with no response. Will definitely be calling Home Depot on how horrible this company is.

0 for service! I.S. repair Never called, emailed, or text me back regarding Home Depot Warranty repair claim. Home Depot Claims Review Team tried several times to call & email also with no response either. Trying to get dryer repaired since Monday. Not a happy customer of warranty group, even though they did find another repair company but could take 2 days for call back. Very Frustrated, Karen Hazlett

I had the same experience as everyone else, first unable to fix the problem and after that a no show, but lied about it to Asurion. However I got a resolution from Home Depot. I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and they did respond to that. Called me the next day and got me connected directly with Whirlpool (I have a KitchenAid appliance). It stinks they could not solve the problem the first time, but at least there is a solution.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! This company was sub-contracted through Home Depot to service my range cooktop which is under extended warranty. We were supposed to have the repair done today between the hours of 8a-12p. By 12:15p I asked my wife if anyone had called or come to make the repair. Of course she said no. I checked my email only to find out that our ticket was marked as completed. This company indicated that they were at our home at 10:00am and no one was there. This was a LIE because my wife and daughter both were home all morning! We never received a call from IS Appliance Repair to verify if anyone in fact was home or not. I called Home Depot to make sure that they placed my repair with another subcontractor. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Contractor of home Depot protection plan dont know why they use this bogus company but they dont know what they are doing and never fix your problem but claim they do and they dont answer the phone when called.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with they have not shown up at all twice and then came 2 other times to fix our washer but didn’t bring tools any time.. They schedule 4 hour windows and just don’t show up don’t call don’t answer the phone I don’t know why Home Depot would use this company for their warranty service..

This.company came twice to fix my dishwasher. First dishes on top shelf were not drying Technician told me to let them air dry. This is a new dishwasher. Second time 4 months later suds was in the bottom of my dishwasher after washing dishes. Technician told me to buy Dishwasher Magic and he was ordering me a new electrical unit plus some type of strip and it would be in a week and they would call me to set up a time. A week later I called to see if it was in no answer voicemail stating they would return calls next day same thing no return calls. Last call was made two weeks after Tech came out. Still no answer no return call. I contacted Home Depot since this was who they had sent. I was informed I S Appliance had never ordered the part and said service was complete. I would rate them a -1 if there was such a rating.

Horrible service. They are the company Home Depot and Asurion send for service under the extended warranty. They on multiple occasions mark the service as complete without ever showing up. They then claim they came and no one answered the door. I filed a formal complaint to Home Depot, so they finally came, but left with my refrigerator in worse condition than when they came. It appears the replacement part was damaged in shipment or storage. We were told it wasnt there fault, they just install what was sent, then left. Im working with Home Depot to find anyone but this company. It is shocking they have been allowed to remain in business.

So this company was the preferred service provider for our Home Depot extended warranty. IS Appliance claimed they came and repaired our dishwasher, but NEVER even called us back to schedule. Then they collected the warranty money from home depot. Nice and fraudulent. Good luck getting into the pearly gates.

Shows so called company is a sham. They never answer or return calls...they close out your service claims but never show up...they should be reported for fraudulent practices. They are telling companies like home depot that the repair was done so they could get paid, but they never even show up.

Unfortunately Asurion, which handles service for the JC Penney Protection Plan, uses IS Appliance Repair in Jacksonville. They dont ever answer their phone or respond to texts, and they dont return calls when you leave them voicemail messages. If you can ever get them to show up, theyre OK. First scheduled appointment was a no-show, but they said they came and nobody was home, a bold-faced lie, and they cancelled the service. After several irate calls to Asurion, another service call was scheduled and the tech showed up this time, took a look at my problem and said he needed to order a part. For 3 weeks after that, I heard not a peep from them. Then, after several more VERY irate calls to Asurion, I finally got another call scheduled. This time the tech showed up on time and I even got a heads-up text saying he was on the way, the first time they ever initiated contact with me. Bottom line is it took more than a month to get my ice maker fixed on my Samsung fridge, which is totally unacceptable.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Cancels appointments, reschedules and then comes to my home earlier than appointment and puts it as a no show. This company is pathetic. Do yourself a favor and pick someone else.
