(Washing Machine) AMAZING!! Bill just saved me hundreds of dollars by phone. He diagnosed an error code via phone, told me what to do and 3 minutes later my washer was working again. OUTSTANDING!!(Refrigerator) Bill was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and well prepared. The first thing that he showed us was where the diagnostic sheet was hidden (literally) and how to use it. Additionally, he allowed us to watch what he did and explained it every step of the way. The pricing was fair. The work was on the weekend for which there was no extra charge. He cared enough to have us text him when the ice maker produced ice so he could make sure that it was functioning well.After all that he helped us solve an odor problem with our front load dryer and alerted us to a potential problem with the dryer that we could test for ourselves.Great experience and would recommend Bill to anybody for any appliance repair issue.

Called Bill late in the evening in regards to our refrigerator and freezer that had stopped cooling. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable despite the late call. His expertise saved us a ton of money and he even was able to answer a question we had about our dryer. Weve found our new appliance repairman for the future!

This is a review for Bill at Duval appliance. I had an extremely positive experience with Bill. My washer was not draining properly and after calling and expecting to wait around for a service call I was helped immediately instead. Bill had me text him the error codes and model number of the washer. He looked this information up and then explained clearly how I could fix the issue myself. In this day and age its rare to find someone who wants to share knowledge rather than make a service call, I commend Bill for his excellent service and would recommend him to anyone.

Cant yet speak about his service quality, but can talk about his high level of honesty and customer focus. Was referred to Bill by my appliance dealer. Our high-end microwave broke after 18 months and, of course, the warranty was 12 months. Bill told me, Im giving away business, but I know this manufacturer. Theyll fix it for free since its so new even though the warranty expired. Just call them. He was right and will get all my future business.
